Author’s moral rights under the Colombian legal system are protected as a fundamental right that seeks to protect the special connection between the author and their work. However, since moral rights are regulated under the Andean Law, it is the Andean Court of Justice’s jurisprudence the one to determine their scope of protection. In this way, this paper aims to argue that decision 47-IP-17 relaxed the threshold of protection of the moral right of integrity for certain types of works, having as an impact at the domestic sphere the need to revoke the decision of first instance in the Gabriel Antonio Calle case.

This article, which derived from the research project New pedagogies in the teaching of singing in the formative context of the School of Arts and Music of the Sergio Arboleda University, aimed to investigate proprioceptive mechanisms and the degrees of internal awareness developed by singers in training within a collective learning experience was. The results, analyzed from a hermeneutic position, expose the reflections, dilemmas and achievements originated in the process of construction of one's corporeality and the different adjustments and perceptive developments for an adequate articulation between the voice and the body. The conclusions highlight the importance of proprioception as social and intersubjective learning through an internalization process in which the singer’s subjectivity to express their inner world is valued.

This article presents the results of an investigation project whose aim was to determine the presence of biopolitical control elements in the formulation of the Colombian health system, regulated by Law 100 of 1993. Having in mind that all the population makes part of the health system, a constant and transdisciplinary analysis is necessary, to study the suitability of its operation, its service conditions, and the essential improvements to its actualization and maintenance. Thus, qualitative research was realized, prioritizing the documentary sources that allowed the correlation between context analyses, theoretical references, and the normativity of the health model. The results showed legal grey areas and legal loopholes in the surveillance state of the private participants on the health system, which have enabled and promoted the control over the lives of the citizens who make use of the health services.

The starting point is the dual option of approaching the study of law. On the one hand, the mechanistic vision, which leads to posing the law as something pure, which cannot be related to the natural or social sciences. On the other hand, the systemic vision, which implies understanding the object of study in interrelation with the environment. As a starting point, the second option is taken, confronting the purist thoughts in favor of a vision of the object of study, not as something static in space and treated as a thing, but dynamic that manifests itself in time and behave as a process, which is part of that environment constituting a larger system, and that by considering process, elements of the environment become part of that system and elements of the system become part of the environment, and both the environment determines the system and the system the environment. Law is considered a dimensional system and therefore inseparable from the social system; but, in addition, both law and society, have, and require to exist, a substrate where human beings are found as biological entities, natural resources and the planet. Therefore, the social system as a communicational system cannot be confused with the grouping of human beings, or with the physical space where human beings exist, it cannot be forgotten that this real system constitutes the substrate of the communicational system; being the thing itself, of which the social system is the phenomenon or as if.

A review of the development of Political Science in Mexico and Latin America is carried out, in this article, from the internal perspective of the history of science. Based on a selection of Political Science handbooks written and / or translated into Spanish, topics, paradigms, and methodologies that have dominated the discipline in various periods; from the early 20th century until the first decades of the 21st century, are comparatively analyzed. The scopes and objectives of a discipline, delimited by the scientific community, which cultivates it, are contained in handbooks. This way, they become an essential object for understanding the sociology of Political Science. Four theoretical methodological trends are identified in the same number of periods: philosophical-institutionalist; legal-institutionalist; sociological-functionalist and Marxist; and finally, democratic-pluralistic. It is important to note that Political Science emerged with low independence from other disciplines. Currently, Political Science has its own paradigms and theories. It has incorporated new discussions as a reflex of historical-political changes in the region.

Dating violence through technological media and social networks has been shown to have a high frequency in the youth and adolescent population. It is a relatively new phenomenon whose existence has been classified as an extension of violence exercised face to face. Despite this, there is little research aimed at studying the relationship between the two phenomena. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the prevalence and association between cyber dating violence (online) and dating violence (offline). It involved 443 adolescents (231 women and 212 men), who answered the Conflict in Adolescent Dating Relationship Inventory and the Cyber Dating Abuse Questionnaire. The results showed the two-way nature of cyber dating violence and dating violence, which could indicate their normalization. Among other data, it is highlighted that the greatest perpetration of emotional and physical violence is exercised by women, which would go against the conventional profiles of female victims and male offenders. However, it should be noted that sexual violence was mostly perpetrated by men, which is consistent with what has been found in various studies. Finally, a positive association was found between offline and online perpetration of violence in dating, which suggests that violent behaviors that are exercised face to face could be transferred to technological media and social networks.

Strengthening socio-emotional skills is a challenge for the labor, political and educational spheres, and indicates a route to understand the development of emotional experiences, the purpose of emotional education. The objective was to determine principles and actions for understanding emotional episodes in education, which could contribute to a humanistic formation, in research results carried out by educators. The methodology corresponds to a selective narrative review. The inclusion criteria were determined by temporal aspects (2000-2018), publications (journals located in international systems and bases: Scopus, Science Direct, Ebsco, Proquest, Dialnet), typology (theoretical, revision or reflection studies; qualitative research or quantitative; research carried out by educators in the classroom). The results outline guiding principles such as the understanding of the educational act —as an emotional act, the consideration of the complexity and the multiple dimensions of emotions, as well as the attention to learning theories that contribute to emotional development. Both the principles and the actions found support the practices to understand emotional development in the educational field and could contribute to the human formation of educational actors.

The article focuses on analyzing the state of scientific research in political science in Colombia. Therefore, the investigation delves into the examination of the groups that are recognized and endorsed by Colciencias. In this way, useful information is provided on the areas of study in which the research groups in the country are focused, their geographical location, the public or private character and the gender of the members assigned to them. Among the main findings, we discovered a discipline focused mainly on conflict, security and peace research, together with international relations. At the same time, there is a lack of attention in the topics of comparative politics, methodology and political economy. Finally, the study raises the need to promote greater leadership of women in front of the groups and consolidate research in political science outside the main cities of Colombia.

This review article is the result of research on public policy, educational management and teacher training in Colombia. For its development, some concepts in which education policy is framed and the relevance that it has in the educational processes carried out in the country are described. Likewise, the concepts that have been established from different perspectives for public policy, educational management, teacher training, the relationship that these concepts have with the being and the duty to be, and the challenges of teacher training in relation to the approaches of educational policies are presented. From this, it can be concluded that education policies must be created on the principle of transversality, from which they take each of the important elements to provide a quality education that directly contributes to the development and resolution of social problems.
