Resumen
Since the late 1960s, the concept of archive is used to analyse practices, which occur outside the realm of archives, museums, libraries and other state and private owned institutions. During the last years, the concept has been useful to understand diverse aspects of the working of the World Wide Web. The WWW, a hyper-textual, multimedia and global environment, can be thought of from two opposing perspectives. On the one hand, as a hyper-classified and meta-classified world, which has an immanent storing voracity oriented to exhaustiveness. In such sense, the WWW is a set of archives and meta-archives, with its logarithmic predictions and classification rules. On the other hand, it may be considered an environment of overabundance, which gives it users the illusion of navigating freely in a chaos, which incites us to put it in order, to classify it and to archive it. The purpose of the article consists of going deeper into these perspectives and weigh their reach in view of the different types of access which the Internet provides to the WWW when navigating is done with the objective of finding music expressions. From an interdisciplinary approach, those perspectives are questioned through the intersection of problems, which bustle in the discussions about the concept of archive, and others referring to the conditions to have access to cultural goods and services through digital communication. Access to music expressions through the web, both in their downloading or streaming modes, is problematized around archive routines, and from approaches which relativize the distinctions between consumption and production and which reflect on social life and digital information, based on the recognition of their mutual transformation.

Resumen
The objective of this work is to analyze the process for linking content in institutional repositories through the use of semantic metadata profiles. It is estimated that the content relationship in the digital context reveals a series of problems, since the practice required to achieve this objective is the construction of collaboration networks through digital platforms. At first glance, institutional repositories appear to be the ideal mechanism to implement these networks, however, this has not been possible, since the documentary information resources available in the digital environment have metadata schemes that fulfill the function basic description and representation of the characteristics of the resource and requires semantic metadata profiles. This is the aspect that is dealt with in this text. In addition to this, the linking of contents in institutional repositories through semantic metadata profiles is an intellectual analytical process whose main purpose is to offer a mechanism to discover the attributes that are significantly related in a digital context. In the institutional repositories, there is the ideal environment for the application of these profiles, as they are systems used by scientific and academic communities to disseminate and develop their research processes.

Resumen
The design of information offers focused on the user favors their satisfaction. It was identified that in the local televisión channels an incorrect treatment of the audiovisual documentation is made, mainly due to the lack of specialized personnel. The objectives of the study were: 1) to diagnose the information needs of professionals who work in Cubans locals television, as a way to design an information offer that allows an adequate treatment of audiovisual documentation and 2) design an information offer that facilitates the processing of audiovisual documentation in Cubans locals television. The characteristics of the potential users were identified for the design of the information offer called Procesinf. The offer has as a product a procedure manual supported by a user training service. Procesinf is designed with the purpose of carrying out an adequate treatment of audiovisual documentation in Cubans locals television. The offer and the visual identity of the same was evaluated by means of a heuristic test.

Resumen
In our current world, we find ourselves in a moment in which intellectual property and author’s rights are placed in the spotlight of public debate. One of the main platforms in which new protectionist models are revealed is Youtube, platform in which original content created by its millions of users coexists with derivative works, piracy and content sponsored by great media conglomerates. This proposal draws from the study of a small sample of content hosted on this platform and its relationship with creators and consumers’ freedom and creativity. On one hand, we will go over the presence (legal and pirated) in Youtube of the 10 Spanish movies with the higher viewership in its History; on the other hand, we have selected a sample of short films with high creative content. The juxtaposition of both samples allows us to analyze the efficacy of the Content ID system and to emphasize the importance of user generated content in a networked universe in which big corporations have increasingly more influence, which impacts the (re)using of copyright protected works uploaded to the platform.

Resumen
The audiovisual as a document has characteristics that differentiate it from the rest of the sources. The activities corresponding to the processing of audiovisual information correspond to a series of stages that can be described from a life cycle. The closing of a cycle constitutes a working model in centers where audiovisual collections are produced or guarded. The objective of the study was to establish the life cycle of audiovisual information. The present study classifies as descriptive with theoretical and practical contribution. The analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, inductive-deductive, systemic-structural and classical documentary analysis methods were used to obtain results. The life cycle of audiovisual information is established based on the establishment of six stages: 1) origin, 2) selection, 3) creation, 4) dissemination, 5) processing and 6) storage. The cycle integrates the actions related to the documentary processes and those related to the conception and realization of the audiovisual.

Resumen
Academic publications are moving from a pay-per-read model to a pay-per-publication model. These journals are free to read, but charge the author publication fees in advance (APCs). Although many of the open access journals are legal and reputable, there is a thriving black market economy of open access journals that take advantage of authors and the growing publishing pressure on the academic community. They are so-called predatory journals that mask existing publications for the sole purpose of financial gain. This article analyzes the phenomenon, the forms it presents, the agents, the consequences and the contamination on the scientific communication system.
