Resumen
This work has analyzed the evolution of Blas de Otero poetics. For this it was considered that, in his poetry, a high-sounding duality operates: from one of the imaginary he is one of the most read poets in the recent history of Spain and, nevertheless, the former criticism disdains him for the politicization of his work; in its versatility oterian poetry is existential tension, in its first stage, and an evident social concern; in the second. Blas de Otero is a poet of concepts, in particular of social content, because his early poetry reveals the human tear in the face of the suffering and existential anguish of post - war man. His evolution as a poet starts from his religious and faith concerns, going through existentialism, until reaching the social content. The texts analyzed in this work are a sample of this thematic evolution in different stages of the author's literary production: "These sonnets of mine", Angel fiercely human (1950) and "Fidelity", I ask for peace and the right to talk (1955).

Resumen
This essay has analyzed the importance of Burgos and Valladolid Laws as an early background of human equality. For this, these legal bodies are considered and compared with the main postulates of the Declaration of Human Rights and certain Constitutions, among them, the Constitution of Spain, Ecuador, Colombia and Mexico. In that order, such legal texts served as the basis for the new legal order of international law in favor of the indigenous population and other social groups, recognizing certain rights that would be the basis of an anticipated equality between human beings

The essay introduces Professor Ferrer’s proposal to endow the widely employed criminal standard of proof of guilt beyond all reasonable doubt, with epistemic-intersubjective (as opposed to psychological-subjective) content. In analyzing the positive implications of adhering to this interpretation, the author argues it is a promising way to start eroding Mexico’s authoritarian model of criminal investigation, and to put in place an innocence-disproving culture instead.

Resumen
The resilience characteristics of people in deprivation of liberty as well as the internal, external and risk protective factors were studied. A sample of 292 people from different penitentiaries in the State of Mexico was evaluated with a two-part resilience scale. The first part reflects a moderated level of resilience (60% teenagers and 62% adults); in the complementary part, internment and the loss of a family member are reported to be the most difficult situations to overcome; besides, inmates recognize the family support as the most important external factor in their internment condition. It is important to have characteristics of resilience in a penitentiary context to lessen the internment impact and to be able to adapt to the institutional functioning.

Resumen
This research focuses on describing the soil conservation practices of the nine farmers from Santa Cruz Moxolahuac, Puebla, Mexico. The transactional model theory (Holahan, 2006) is used to describe these practices. Two research techniques are used: systematic observation is used to measure both environmental and behavioral components, and a survey to measure the psychological component. The results are classified into three kinds of inconsistencies, which do not allow resilience to develop in the farming systems. Thus, the social – environmental intervention proposal for this investigation is to reach a coherent connection between the environmental needs of the farming systems and the farmer’s knowledge, attitudes and behaviors regarding their soil conservation practices.

Resumen
Several studies have demonstrated that nutritional alterations in mothers has influence on the risk of non-communicable diseases in adulthood of progeny. These non-contagious pathologies of slow evolution, such as those involved in the metabolic syndrome, increase the risk of suffering from type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. In this review, we will discuss the concepts of metabolic syndrome, fetal metabolic programming, epigenetics, nutritional factors (malnutrition and overfeeding), related to alterations in the early development of individuals, that condition the emergence of non-communicable diseases in adulthood. Unfortunately, the perspectives on the panorama of a reduction in these diseases both in Mexico and at a global level is not very encouraging.
