This paper analyzes the aporetical form through which Politics claims to combine the ethical virtue of the good man with the political virtue of the good citizen. While the former is characterized by the ability to rule over inferior anthropological beings in the domestic sphere, the latter is characterized by the political obedience due in the polis to individuals that are equal and free. This article tries to answer to the following question: how Aristotle justifies that a man that is legitimized by nature to rule in the oikos can be required to obey as a citizen of the polis?

This article aims to showcase the importance of the study of aesthetics, focusing primarily on fashion and the way of dressing as the carriers of a message, as well as displaying how theoretical and philosophical studies of fashion have caught the attention of a plethora of intellectuals from the XIX century, as the first part of this article focuses. The second part contains examples that illustrate the theoretical studies, in which constant changes, designers and most importantly, their designs, 'in-between fabrics and seams', carry hidden messages that reflect the reality of what was happening in a particular moment in time, like the cultural, political, and economic movements of the era that may also reflect changes in the way people think.

This is a comparative, historical and critical study of economic and business thought, to review its ontology, axiology and epistemology. It is offered a balance of the main categories and classifications until the globalization, to adapt them to the post-globalization paradigm change (and Horizon 2030), with the transition from Welfare State Economy to Digital Economy. Revelations are made about the economic interventionism and its macroeconomic and econometric failures, so influential in the repeated systemic crises, increasingly accelerated and with an extinction tendency. The new approaches of the happiness & talent economics are exposed (i.e. CSR 3.0, emotional salary, organization climate and satisfaction, motivation, gamification), as they are change-levers to advance towards a new economic stage, accounting for international indices, certifications and good practices of the leading companies in this transformation and transition.

In this text will reflect about the human formation was carried out in the period before de discovery and conquest of the American continent, in two cultures: Tojolabal and Aztec. For the Mayan Tojolabal culture, there is no principle of individuation or “I” but of the “We”, that is, the sense of community in which the human being receives his human formation. In contrast, for the Mexicas or Aztecs, education was carried out from molding and building what we would now call “character and personality” of the “face and heart” of the human being, that is through poetry called “flower and song”. In this sense, poetry and oral tradition will be analyzed as one of the ideal means of transmit values, customs and traditions, as well as to acquire knowledge in human faces-hearts and within the community.

The following article aims to explore the type of communicability that, from the Nietzschean perspective, takes place in the aesthetic experience. Outside the traditional framework of modern aesthetics based on the subject and on the premise that the transcendental principles guarantee intersubjectivity and, therefore, communication, Nietzsche thinks a kind of language that can establish links and articulate communities that contemplate reality’s spontaneous character and the differences from others without reducing them to the level of discourse, meanings or representations.

The words auctoritas and potestas come from the Roman law and they constituted the angular stone on which the functioning of the civitas was settling itself. The transmission and projection towards the future of this incipient Roman ethos will shape an array of social, juridical and religious habits that we know with the name of inores maiorum. The potestas like a force delegated by the beast publishes and the auctoritas rather as a prerogative of certain subjects based on the charisma and on the personal prestige; a public ethics that guide will recognize the community as Superior. This archetypal constructo seems to crumble with the arrival of the modern epoch, due to the fact that the same one seems to break with the tradition and the prejudices.

The problematic condition of emotion in modern aesthetics is linked to the ideal of the autonomy of art. This uncertain character, which belongs to the modern aesthetic framework and which is transferred to the contemporary one, appears in Kant’s systematic thought. After analyzing the formulations, mainly from Kant, Diderot, Schiller, Schleiermacher and Hegel, a characterization of the three ways of negation or inhibition of emotion and their respective alternatives in aesthetics and art of the 20th century is proposed.

This paper emphasizes the corpocentric nature of buildings from the spatial point of view in philosophy, and forensics in anthropology, of the last century. It analyzes the change in the execution of war and the metamorphosis of human habitation in the face of urbicide or military violence against buildings. It highlights the material and socio-spatial relevance of the property in the intimate relationship with the human body, which makes it possible to point out that the building is not an accident of living or collateral damage in conflict.
