This article deals with the formation of cognitive interest in leading a healthy lifestyle through information portals of the Internet environment. In addition, the results of research related to the inclusion of adults in the health environment are presented. The purpose of the article is to define the content of the information portal, which would meet the needs and requirements of adult users. The work used methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature and information environment on health improvement, methods of mathematical statistics. Publications in periodicals, methodological materials, monographs and information portals related to healthy lifestyle were used as sources of information. The article presents the results of a survey of adults, which made it possible to define the criteria and content of the information portal on healthy lifestyle. Based on the needs of users, the requirements that should be considered when designing such information portals were identified. The results will be useful for specialists developing information content portals aimed at supporting healthy lifestyle, as well as adults who are subjects of self-development, to lead a healthy life with the support of the information environment. Identified relevant content will be the basis for expanding the idea of what the information space related to healthy lifestyle should look like, as well as help self-development actors to design an individual set of health-forming practices.

This work is limited within the potential procedural actions that the Public Prosecutor’s Office has in the area of protection of consumer rights and in the field of private civil law, mainly covered by two circulars issued by State Attorney General’s Office and numbered 2/2010 and 2/2018. Leaving aside the role of the public prosecutor’s office in the widest and natural protection of fraud and other criminal types and interventions in defense of individuals, such as consumer users, against the public administration, and those other complementary training disclosures. The State and the Autonomous Communities have created the precise legal framework for this protection by developing a broad regulatory regulation of these relationships that are based, in many cases, on the exercise and protection of rights recognized by Fundamental laws.

Spain up to the last third of the twentieth century has traditionally been a country of emigrants, a situation which has been reversed since the 1980s. The complex reality of mass immigration at the beginning of the 1990s largely exceeded the regulations in force in this respect, so that it had to be transformed and Community legislation had to be applied, as a result of Spain’s accession to the European Union, new rules on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration emerged. The investigation focuses on the analysis of the study, as well as on the case law produced in this regard. 

In the framework of the censorship legislation of imperial Spanish we pretend to analyze, on the one hand, the cultural and doctrinal origin of sociological concept of public opinion in our country, which has its roots in counter-reformist absolutism and was adopting a recognizable physiognomy within the spanish society of the Golden Age thanks to the contribution of our baroque writers; and, on the other, the political and indoctrinating dimension of the New Comedy and religious preaching, since they constituted the most effective propaganda springs of mass manipulation driven by the Power in order to achieve emotional accession and, therefore, irrational from the spanish people to the Hispanic monarchy.

I address in this paper the difficult delimitation and concretion of the principle of procedural opportunity due to the plurality of purposes to which it responds. I focus on cases of civil, labor, criminal and administrative litigation process, as they arise prior to the process of avoiding it; they occur during their penance to put an end to it either in the first or successive instances, or even after his firmness. I conclude with some conclusions.

This article addressess on the one hand, how the automation and connectivity processes in transport systems can provide information to be used in the public security framework as an element that helps in the strategic and tactical intelligence. In this regard, it is analyzed the on-board technology in motor vehicles and in remoted piloted aircrafts used for improving road traffic and safety. Besides, there is a proposal of universal ethical principles guidance in relation to the use of information provided by driverless vehicles and drones, proposing the adoption of new respective terms ‘carethic’ for the ethic to be implemented in the case of driverless vehiclesm and ‘dronethic’ for the ethic to be applied for the use of drones.

This paper analyzes the franchise agreement in light of the regulation provided for distribution agreements in articles 545-1 et seq. of the Proposal of the Draft Law of the Commercial Code issued after the Opinion of the Spanish State Council. Despite its great importance, our legal system currently lacks a legal regime that regulates a legal framework of the franchise agreement, therefore, said agreement is considered as atypical. However, although Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade and Royal Decree 201/2010, of February 26, which regulates the exercise of commercial activity under the franchise regime and the communication of data to the franchisor registry, regulate some aspects of the franchise agreement in Spain, these regulations are completely insufficient, therefore to this day the franchise agreement continues to have the Spanish Civil Code and the Spanish Commercial Code as its main legal references. Thus, the proposed regulation of the franchise agreement provided for in the Proposal of the Draft Law of the Commercial Code issued after the Opinion of the Spanish State Council, despite not being the first attempt to regulate the franchise agreement, if it finally occurs will constitute an important step forward in the regulation of such agreement in our legal system, providing greater legal certainty for the franchise sector in Spain.
