Resumen
El presente artículo define las concepciones actuales con respecto a la educación inclusiva, donde se expresan diferentes puntos de vistas al respecto, al inicio se plasma lo que plantea la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO) con respecto al tema, luego se enuncian los conceptos expresados por varios autores, de esta manera se puntualiza en que se hace necesario elevar la calidad de la respuesta educativa que requieren los escolares con necesidades educativas especiales en todos los contextos educativos y se enfatiza en aquellos con Trastornos del Espectro Autista, donde se dan sus características a partir de lo que expresa el DSM – V. Seguidamente se hace alusión a la necesidad de preparación de los docentes, de su rol en función de la orientación vocacional de adolescentes y jóvenes con Síndrome de Asperger, se define la misma y se dan criterios de diferentes autores.

Resumen
El presente artículo expone los resultados obtenidos como parte del trabajo desarrollado en una de las tareas del proyecto de investigación “La Pedagogía Especial como sustento para la inclusión socioeducativa de los escolares con necesidades educativas especiales (NEE)”, dirigida a la elaboración de acciones didáctico metodológicas para la realización del diagnóstico psicopedagógico como sustento de la inclusión socioeducativa de los escolares con NEE. Desde una perspectiva cualitativa, considerando como grupos de enfoque a los docentes de instituciones de los diferentes niveles educativos de la ciudad de Santa Clara, provincia Villa Clara, Cuba, quienes participaron en un curso de entrenamiento impartido en el contexto del referido proyecto de investigación, se logró la elaboración, a partir del criterio colectivo, de acciones relativas a la preparación teórica y determinación de aspectos e indicadores que guíen el proceso de diagnóstico; recopilación de datos empíricos acerca del alumno y sus entornos; elaboración de la caracterización psicopedagógica del alumno; la construcción de la estrategia dirigida a favorecer la inclusión socioeducativa de cada alumno y las relativas al seguimiento y retroalimentación del proceso de diagnóstico psicopedagógico.

Resumen
The article presents a multiple-criteria analysis of the composition of the Simferopol correctional shelter of the late XIX - early XX centuries. The social well-being of a child who showed elements of destructive behavior is assessed, the role of an educational institution in the life of juvenile delinquents is examined. The authors compiled a social profile of the pupil of the Simferopol correctional shelter, based on dominant indicators according to different criteria: the grounds for sending juvenile delinquents to the shelter, their age, the length of stay of juvenile offenders in the correctional institution, the family composition and literacy of the delinquent, religious and social status, place of residence, crimes committed, determining the definition of juvenile delinquents in a shelter, further life after release. The article analyzes the misconduct of foster children in a shelter and considers the system of punishment for juvenile delinquents.

Resumen
La investigación “La Educación Artística y su rol en la atención educativa a la diversidad”, responde a la necesidad de darle solución a la carencia de herramientas cognoscitivas y prácticas para el trabajo con la diversidad desde la formación inicial del educador artístico, partiendo de la propia concepción para la formación de este profesional, quien deberá utilizar la apreciación y creación artística como herramientas para solucionar problemáticas educativas más allá de la clase, el taller y la actividad comunitaria. En la investigación se parte de un diagnóstico que permitió detectar el estado del problema y posibilitó constatar que, en el componente académico de esta carrera, se carece de herramientas cognoscitivas artístico-prácticas para el tratamiento educativo de la diversidad. El trabajo investigativo permite el logro de transformaciones en la formación inicial de los estudiantes, como son: aprehensión de conocimientos para el trabajo con adolescentes y jóvenes en esta arista educativa, demostrándose así, las potencialidades del arte como una alternativa para la atención educativa a la diversidad.

Resumen
The article is devoted to the problem of self-directed learning of students of Language University. Self-organization is an integral characteristic of personality development. The authors studied the components of self-organization: self-assessment, some personal qualities, etc. Some peculiarities of self-organization of Language University students were revealed with the standardized questionnaires and questionnaires based on self-assessment. It turned out that students with high cognitive capacity have insufficient level of self-organization, low cognitive activity. Self-organization is formed in the process of independent work and autonomous learning. The authors consider the problem of educational autonomy development of students while learning foreign languages as an interdisciplinary problem, as a subject area of linguopedagogics. The research also studied methodological strategies for learning new vocabulary. The development of learning style activity depends on certain personal qualities related to native traits. The research about self-directed leaning of students is the basis for the development of pedagogical activities with the aim of developing the optimal style of educational methods. The content of this research is both theoretical and practical; we are creating conditions for effective cognitive activity.

Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo fundamentar la necesidad de la preparación de los educadores artísticos que se desempeñan en instituciones educacionales para enfrentar el reto de la inclusión educativa, en la búsqueda de herramientas factibles para su labor, dado el importante papel que desempeñan como promotores de los contenidos de la cultura, se encuentran en una privilegiada posición para propiciar los procesos inclusivos. Se ha podido constatar, a partir de observaciones realizadas en las instituciones educacionales y del análisis de documentos como el plan de estudios y el modelo del profesional de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación. Instructor de arte, que, tanto en la práctica profesional, como en el currículo de la carrera se evidencian limitaciones en cuanto a la preparación de estos especialistas, necesaria para enfrentar el reto de la inclusión educativa en sus contextos de actuación.

Resumen
The beginning of the 21st century was marked by the rapid growth of qualitative transformations in all spheres of public life, including in pedagogical activity. Undoubtedly, this was facilitated by the steady development of information and communication technologies (ICT), the transformation of knowledge into a fundamental source of welfare gain as for a separate individual, and for society as a whole. Today, cross-cultural competencies are actively being formed that create opportunities for self-identification of individuals and communities; the dominance of the role of information-filled factors in the composition of sources of information-analytical base, etc. are observed. All this allows us to talk about the formation of the information society, which determines the transformation of professional pedagogical activity and its institutional environment. In our opinion, there is a change in the content of pedagogical activity; it is being transformed into information and analytical activity, as it is implemented by carriers of intellectual and creative resources with the active use of breakthrough information and communication technologies, which, ultimately, allows us to provide the main contribution to improving the level of professional development teacher. It is about the formation of a global information space. Experts note that teachers of non-pedagogical specialties of higher educational institutions in the Russian Federation often do not have basic pedagogical education, which makes it very difficult and even impedes the solution of many educational problems, not to mention the fact that they do not have a proactive character regarding the state of educational practice. Speaking about the teachers’ availability of professional and pedagogical training, we assume that, at a minimum, they know such methods of professional pedagogical activity as the algorithmization and problematization of the educational dialogue, which allow them to identify the operations of the activity and determine their optimal sequence; all this also actively involves students in discussions when considering problem situations, etc. All that, in the end, is associated with the need to find relevant information for a professional solution to the problem in question. It is obvious that in modern realities it is necessary to constantly update professional information due to its rapid obsolescence, which in itself requires the active improvement of pedagogical technologies. All this speaks of the need to improve the theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations of professional and pedagogical training of university teachers in the conditions of informatization of education.

Resumen
The present study aimed to provide a conceptual model of cultural policy-making in Payame Noor universities in District 8 based on piety and virtue. In this study, the components of cultural policy based on piety were first identified through exploratory studies and surveys of knowledge-aware experts using the Delphi technique, and then these factors were tested in the form of a model designed in the statistical population. The statistical population of the study was 30 experts to test the model and to measure the research variables according to the managers of District 8 Payame Noor University; the head of cultural affairs of the university and clerics and professors of Islamic education department of Payame Noor Universities District 8 were used, which were 110 individuals. Due to the limited statistical population, the census method was used. The present study is a descriptive-correlational research that has been done by survey method. Furthermore, this research is development-applied in terms of purpose. The data collection method in this study is a combination of library and field studies and the tools of data collection are review of documents, interviews and questionnaires, which confirmed the validity and reliability of the questionnaires. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (types of indicators, statistical tables and graphs) and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling) have been used. The research findings, while confirming the proposed model of research, showed that piety and its components: God-centeredness and monotheism, promoting the need to obey divine sovereignty, expediency in Islamic culture and meritocracy (Imam Ali's biography) have a positive and significant effect on cultural planning. At the end, research suggestions were presented.

Resumen
This article presents an analysis of the functioning of the leading Russian television channels in March - May 2020, during the coverage of the problem of coronavirus infection. The informational priorities of channels and the linguistic aspects of presentations are investigated. The stages of coverage of the problem are determined, as well as the actors that dominate the information space. Attention is drawn to the application of event interpretation techniques, the implementation of new forms of television broadcasting in Russia under the influence of a new virus pandemic. Analyzed the information issues that appeared on television channels: “First”, “Russia 1”, “Russia 24”, “NTV”. The reports of Murat Zaripov on Rossiya 1 channel, Mikhail Chernov on NTV channel, which touched upon current issues of the pandemic in Russia and the central problem are rather clearly presented: the restrictions of the authorities introduced to save the lives of citizens and people's unwillingness to comply with the restrictions are analyzed. A personality protest aimed at realizing one’s own desires and ignoring social norms has become one of the most characteristic phenomena during the coverage of the topic of coronavirus infection. The most frequent images are distinguished: “doctors - rescuers”, violators, volunteers. New terms are formulated and updated: medical authorities, plateau, self-isolation index, self-isolation, self-preservation. The determination of these and other data allows us to better understand the specifics of coverage of the topic of a new coronavirus infection by leading Russian television companies.
