There are many pure mystical themes and ideas in the thoughts of Rumi Jalaluddin Mohammad and Sheikh Mahmoud Shabestari. The main purpose of this research is to study the common themes in Rumi and Golshan Raz Shabestari's Masnavi and the sub-objectives are to study the dimensions of Shabestari's influence and follow-up on mystical issues and to study intellectual differences. Rumi and Shabestari and reviewing its arguments and comparing the quality of methods of expressing mystical issues in Masnavi and Golshan Raz. The present study is of a fundamental type. The research method of this research is descriptive-analytical and the results are library. The method of data collection was through recording and taking notes from reliable sources. The results of this research show that Rumi and Shabestari in many cases revealed the same mystical themes in Masnavi and Golshan. Common themes in Masnavi and Golshan Raz are the unity of existence and the multiplicity of existence, existence is of divine light, both worlds are the manifestation of the appearance of God; The veil of the human way, the imaginary of the universe, the loving look at God. The science of religion, distance from oneself, the effects of divine manifestation, the discredit of the world, etc.

This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in providing an attractive and safe school environment for students as one of the requirements to achieve Vision 2030 in public schools in Al-Kharj. A random sample of (16%) of the study population was selected. The questionnaire was distributed to all the study sample. The study has reached several results including: the average response was much higher when asked about the role of school administration in providing an attractive and safe school environment for students. Statistically significant differences between the mean values were observed from the samples towards educational stage in favor of the primary and secondary levels. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean values of the respondents according to the gender variable in the tool as a whole in favor of females. The researcher suggested several recommendations such as improving the level of students to be creative individuals in their community, encouraging educational initiatives that contribute to creating an attractive and safe school environment, and encouraging local community institutions to make donations to the schools and involve them in developing the students psychological, cognitive and physical health.

This paper aimed to study the effect of education based on concept map on the academic achievement of secondary school male students in the field of thinking and media literacy. Quasi-experimental research method was used with experimental and control groups. Three classrooms were selected by purposive sampling method (one concept map presentation class, one concept map presentation and construction class and one control class) by random arrangement. In the group of presentation and construction (combined), the course materials were presented to the learners in the form of a concept map. The experimental groups were trained separately for 8 sessions by the teacher-made and combined concept map method and the control group was trained by the traditional method. All groups completed the teacher-made test of academic achievement at two levels of knowledge and perception (understanding). The measuring instrument validity using S. H. Lawshe formula was 0.79 and the reliability of this instrument was 0.807 using Kuder-Richardson. Findings of covariance analysis showed that the mean scores of post-tests of all three groups increased in compared to the pre-tests, but the most effect was observed in the presentation and construction of concept man (combined) group and the least effect was in the control group. Therefore, teaching by a concept map has led to an increase in students' scores.

The article reveals the potential of implementation of different theories in the process of creation of the complex methodology of the research of social and pedagogical features of the members of teenager-youth street crime groupings (gangs). The author creates the design of indicative model allowing to notice the condition of social and adaptive potential of the personality of teenage youth: motivation for behavior and actions, reflexive abilities, value- meaning sphere and the level of the behaviour aggression. The author concludes that there is a necessity to determine subjective potential of the teenage youth personality, who are the members of gangs for designing the system of preventive measures against involvement them in the gangs and further successful social adaptation and socialization after quitting the gang.  The author concludes that the obtained data can be the basis for the development of preventive measures in the process of working with the teenagers from the risk group.

The goal of this study was to investigate the impact of using metacognitive awareness instruction (MAI) on EFL learners’ writing skill. To follow this goal, a research questions were designed and proposed. The questions sought to explore the impact of using metacognitive awareness instruction on the writing performance of the learners. To achieve this goal, two groups of high school EFL learners established the participants of the study. To collect the data of the study, three instruments were used: a test of homogenization, pre and post writing tests and finally intrinsic motivation questionnaire developed and examined by (Renee Payne, 2007). The achievements of the study indicated the positive impact of using MAI on the writing improvement of the learners.

Introduction & Purpose: Considering the stressors in the Social Security Organization and the management of these factors in order to improve efficiency and quality of medical services, the present study aimed to to provide a stress management model for insurance employees of the Social Security Organization of Iran. Materials and Methods: This research is applied in purpose and is survey in method. The statistical population consisted of three groups: Experts familiar with the field of employee stress management that by selective non-random sampling method, 15 individuals were selected. Results: All employees and managers of the Social Security Organization of Iran that 462 were selected based on the Cochran's formula, and 232 people were selected by stratified random sampling method appropriate to the size of the population. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect the required data. The model design and approval questionnaire with 29 components and indicators was changed to 24 items after obtaining the opinion of experts using the Delphi method. The Stress-Related Factors Questionnaire included 72 questions and the Stress Management Questionnaire consisted of 24 questions. In this study, the content validity of the questionnaire of factors related to stress and stress management were 0.915 and 0.921 respectively, and their reliability was calculated to be 99.1 and 94.6, which was greater than 0.7 and it was acceptable. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling with Lisrel software. Discussion: At 5% level error between individual factors (-0.33), occupational factors (-0.37), managerial factors (-5.99), organizational factors (-4.62), environmental factors (0.76 0), there was a significant and inverse relationship between stress and stress management of insurance employees of the Social Security Organization of Iran. Conclusion: The existing facts in the discussion of psychopathology and mental health in the workplace show that a significant percentage of the causes of mental illness and work fatigue among the employees of organizations can be found in the behavior methods and personality of managers.

Today, it is necessary to learn to manage and administer organizations based on values, which is also influenced by the culture and atmosphere of the organization. No comprehensive research has been done on organizational culture and personnel values. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical framework based on the components of organizational culture and personnel values in Bandar Imam Petrochemical. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-exploratory in terms of data collection method and with the help of a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study includes all employees of Bandar-e-Imam Petrochemical with a total of 3622 people. The said value is variable between 425 and 850. Taking into account the probabilities related to the unusability of a number of completed questionnaires, a total of 620 questionnaires were randomly distributed in the desired area at different hours of the day, and finally 595 questionnaires were used as a basis for statistical analysis. (Organizational Culture Questionnaire and Personnel Values Questionnaire) was used. In this study, in order to determine the validity of the questionnaires through communication with elites (management professors) and the second-order confirmatory factor analysis model, all the proposed dimensions in this section (15 dimensions) were approved. Experts were located and the research model was approved. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for reliability of variables and questionnaires. To analyze the research data, factor analysis and confirmation of structural equation modeling and to fit the research model, SPSS and AMOS software were used. The results show that the research model has the necessary validity and there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and personnel values in Bandar Imam Petrochemical. Finally, based on the importance and purpose, suggestions are presented.

In recent years, the evolution plan in the educational system and curriculum has been one of the most important topics in educational circles. This implies that the programs implemented in higher educational system have not been fully achieved for various reasons. One of the most important reasons is "not paying attention to the localization approach in the curriculum". Curriculum planning is one of the interdisciplines that can play an important role in influencing the curriculum process of humanities. However, the lack of a suitable native curriculum model has made it increasingly dependent on foreign sources and plenty of used terms are imported and translated, resulting in little attention to customs, culture, social, economic and political conditions of society. Although our culture and civilization derive from the most complete and highest order of divine teaching, the educational system has failed to provide an appropriate educational model that is appropriate to cultural conditions throughout the country. The present study has evaluated localization approach of Master's Degree in Curriculum Planning from the viewpoints of faculty members of public universities in Tehran in 2017-2018 academic year. To achieve the research purpose, the main question is "How is desirable of consideration the curriculum localization approach in curriculum planning field based on nine elements of Klein"? This research is descriptive-survey research. The questionnaire has been used for data collection. The statistical population of this study consists faculty members of educational sciences field and have been used Krejcie and Morgan sampling method. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for data analysis. The results of evaluated elements showed that faculty members of Tehran state university ranked elements learning activities, teaching methods, time, materials and resources, grouping, place, and evaluation at a relatively desirable level and target and content elements as undesirable level.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of organizational culture at Bandung Regional Ministry of Education and Training Center. This research was conducted with a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data were collected through interview, observation, and document review. The analysis results showed the following(1) Organizational culture seen from the aspect of providing a sense of identity, a role in an effort to arouse commitment to the organization's mission and its role in clarifying the standard of behavior has not played an optimal role one of them do not use complete attributes and do not use uniforms according to the rules (2) The obstacle in implementing organizational culture at Bandung Regional Ministry of Education and Training Center is that there are still employees who are more concerned with personal interests so that work is often neglected. Many employees are still lazy to follow the flag ceremony. (3) The efforts made by the Bandung Regional Ministry of Education and Training Center to discipline employees by distributing examples of uniformed rules that are correct in accordance with the rules, direct supervisor approach to be able to foster subordinates to work better.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of professional meritocracy of managers based on Iranian and Islamic teachings. The research method is mixed (qualitatively quantitative) of the type of successive exploratory designs. In the qualitative section, using the library method and mining texts, the concepts related to the indicators of professional competence of organizational managers were examined. The statistical population in this section was 47 educational management experts who were selected by purposive sampling method and using the analysis of semi-open interview results and content analysis method, concepts were drawn in the form of a network of themes. The tools for collecting research information in the qualitative section were sources, interviews and documents (research reports, etc.) that the participatory feedback method was used to validate the validity and reliability analysis. In order to analyze the qualitative data, inductive content analysis based on open coding was used. In the quantitative part, data collection was based on a researcher-made questionnaire. In this part, a one-sample t-test was used and the statistical population of this section was 213 And were bred in Bushehr province that multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select quantitative statistical samples. To validate the reliability of the questionnaire in this section, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, the reliability of which was 0.78, and its face and content validity was confirmed by experts. Data analysis in the qualitative domain was based on content analysis and in the quantitative domain was done using statistical software and factor analysis method. The results showed that the development of human resource management model with qualification criteria in accordance with Islamic and Iranian teachings, organizational planning based on "competence", matching capabilities and competencies with jobs and managements should be done carefully and only under legal and ethical criteria.
