The virtual environment’ main components analyzed are: content management, planning and mapping of the curriculum, participation and administration of students, communication and collaboration, communication in real time. On the other hand, the activities to generate meaningful learning must involve and support combinations of: active, constructive, intentional, authentic and cooperative learning. This information was collected through the survey technique, raised both towards the authorities, teachers and students. Subsequently, the statistical analysis of Chi square was used to detect significant results. Thus, these results showed that most of the students exhibit a lack of knowledge on virtual environments and consider that the use of this alternative educational pedagogical technology would help to improve the Meaningful Learning process in students.

Resumen
This bibliographical and historical research aims to find the state of the art of the theory of Synergy, (a science that studies human cooperation and association, as a praxeological theory of the firm; a business entity formed by at least two individuals). by Doctor Leonardo Ravier in the framework of the Austrian School of Economics and as the axiomatic application of ten principles on which this theory is based, serves as an explanation of historical facts of entrepreneurship and that we observe them in the creation of new ventures and applications innovations during the first semester of 2020 in which the whole world in general and Ecuador in particular has been doomed to a situation of destruction of income (and product) of individuals, due to the fall in employment, as a result of the Pandemic of the disease known as COVID 19.
We have therefore observed the creation of new business modalities and productive activities, as a result of the urgent need to proactively adapt cases to the new reality; In any case, from the perspective of resilience entrepreneurship, a creative attitude has been present in the business world and has been observed during these first six months of 2020, despite the restrictions imposed by the State.

Resumen
The main objective of this work is to develop a control and management tool for the finished product inventory of a company with the help of technological tools such as Excel and R Studio software. For this reason, the variables that intervene in the inventory control will be analyzed, such as: historical sales data, atypical sales data, forecast model, lead time, service level, safety stock, average inventory and optimal inventory. In addition, the inventory optimization model is based on the statistical analysis of data such as: coefficients of variation, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values, and quartiles. Due to the reliability of the data and strategic information of the company, this study has its limitations and therefore assumptions are generated that will be detailed so that the tool in the future can be used, tested and improved as necessary.

Resumen
The resources available to companies and the results they obtain determine their financial situation and economic performance, reflected in their financial statements. The managerial function plays a fundamental role for the maximization of business value, through leadership, direction, and correct decision-making; so that, the qualities of the person who manages a company have an impact on its results. This research aims to evaluate the financial management of the four most important economic sectors of the Ecuadorian manufacturing industry: meat, textile, beverage and furniture, during the period 2013 - 2018, and to study their relationship with management, through the quantification and analysis of their qualities, such as gender, permanence in office, academic training and affinity. The financial statements reported by the companies to the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance of Ecuador were used. Financial management was evaluated by applying and comparing financial ratios, to study its behavior and evolution, by identifying the main similarities and differences. The results show a majority participation of the male gender in the management of the four sectors studied. The indebtedness index is higher when management has a university education, which shows that academic preparation affects the ability to take greater risks. Companies whose managers have related training have higher levels of liquidity, which shows better short-term financial strategies.

Resumen
In the company, it was determined that the level of maturity, in relation to the execution of the systems, is imperfect, because there is limited confidence, a lower level of efficiency, and the lapses highlight what was agreed. In this sense, the objective of the research was to demonstrate to what extent an expert system improves IT Service Management in the Sion Global Solution Company in the expected time, the levels of reliability and the effectiveness in the assessments of the levels of maturity in the management of IT services of the company Sions. The foundation of the system was executed under the union of the CommonKADS and SCRUM methodology for two notable aspects, which was the reconstruction of the knowledge and scope of the project. The methodology used maintains that the quantitative approach allows the verification of the variable that was executed through the numbers that corresponded to time, confidentiality, and effectiveness. Likewise, two methodologies were used to design the system and achieve results that verified the improvement of the context, the design was Pre-experimental in view of the fact that it worked with a single group, the sample was determined by 16 evaluations of technology companies in Peru. The results showed that the expert system optimized the average time in assessing maturity levels by 585%, in parallel with the usual system. In this way, the reliability levels optimized by 98% and the efficiency by 113% the response volume, the effectiveness of the service and the practice in the technological administration evaluations. It was indicated that the processes of the phases of the administration of services such as delineation, tactics, transition, work and perennial improvement, contribute by reducing times, costs, extending their functionality for organizations that work with technological services as part of the maneuver of the deal. Therefore, the expert system could be used in companies of different areas that have technological services, whose objective is to determine the current moment of assistance and its potential improvement over time.
