Resumen
Tourism has turned out onto the greatest phenomenon on the modern world. It has been responsible of great transformations around the globe. Globalization and tourism have gone together during the last few years, nevertheless, tourism great success has resulted into considerable consequences. Gentrification, touristification and most recently, overtourism, are direct effects of what not to look for when countries and regions choose tourism as a development activity. The sanitary crisis that came with COVID-19, showed the fragile state of the touristic sector on a global scale, being the greatest destinations the most affected ones. For Ecuador´s case, being an emergent destination, it has also been affected due to total paralysation of the tourism industry. Facing this crisis, cities around the world must rethink the type of tourism they want to develop. The present academic work is based on a literature review, which aims to identify the evolution of touristification in patrimonial-historic spaces, on the span of the last 20 years. Since this is an exploratory study, with a qualitative focus, it was based on an historic-comparative analysis of Latin American and European destinations, where touristification is evident, while on Ecuador, La Ronda neighborhood on Quito´s historic centre was taken as a reference. With the results obtained, a series of orientations were stablished, and sustained on them, the process of touristic reactivation must be reconsidered, particularly on cities where tourisms impact hasn´t been significant.

Resumen
The Municipality of the Metropolitan District of Quito created two Special Zones for Tourism (ZET), through municipal ordinance No. 236 of 2012, establishing them in the areas with the greatest concentration of tourist offerings: The Historical Center and the neighborhood of La Mariscal, in order to encourage and promote tourist activity in these areas, through a management plan that regulates activities in the territory. Within this framework, we have researched about the relation between tourism and gentrification in the historic center of Quito. Through a bibliographic investigation about the policies of the municipality and the municipal land registry of touristic services, a new analysis was performed of the gentrification process in this important zone of the city. This new study was necessary because the policies implemented by local government have not been able to make significant changes to tourism in Quito, without affecting the quality of life of the traditional inhabitants of this zone. Combining both quantitative and qualitative information, we have identified plans and programs to energize touristic activities. Analysis of historic objectives and actions implemented demonstrates that some of the policies and touristic businesses have affected the population through displacement in the city's historic center.

Resumen
Tourist activities in the Equinoctial Valley of the Metropolitan District of Quito receive the largest number of tourists who come to the city, this is largely due to its location: La Mitad del Mundo. Diversifying your tourism offer will allow you to respond to the needs of a tourism market that requires experiences related to sustainable tourism and that does not involve local actors in the process. The research establishes the relationship between these aspects and the incipient gastronomic tourism that exists in the Equinoctial Valley around the Andean agave. The trends linked to a better diet and the search to strengthen a local identity that can face globalization have found a niche in the Andean agave as a tourist resource with great potential for Quito. Due to the particularities of the phenomenon to be studied, this research is exploratory, it uses tools of the qualitative methodology, which allows identifying the particularities of the territory and proposing a gastronomic tourist profile that responds to the issues raised around the agave.

Resumen
Entrepreneurs currently face great opportunities as well as great challenges and difficulties, such as the degradation of the environment and its consequences on production, the global and local economic crisis, the proliferation of the autocratic administration of power holders in the companies, social protest due to the political, social and economic dissatisfaction of the people, low level of disruptive innovation that not only affects production but also the low quality of the goods and services offered. This article aims to recognize the factors that currently affect entrepreneurship in Ecuador, through 7 aspects that affect corporations established by Diana Rivenburgh in her book, The New Corporate Facts of Life. According to the results of the Global Innovation Index 2019 (Global Innovation Index 2019), Ecuador is ranked 99th out of 129 countries and economies around the world, in terms of innovation performance, this, this contrasted by economic growth negative for the country, with values of around -7.3% projected by the International Monetary Fund for 2020 and to the economic instability produced by the social protests of October 2019 and the effects of the health crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic at a global level , in which globalization, the deterioration of the environment, and the lack of business leadership to provide answers and solutions to the challenges and opportunities that arise have to do.

Resumen
The research had the objective of establishing the determinants of happiness according to undergraduate students during the state of sanitary emergency - Lima. This was developed under the quantitative approach, substantive type, ex post facto design, hypothetical deductive method. The study population consisted of 1556 students and 308 participated voluntarily, for data collection an online Happiness Scale survey and questionnaires for adults in Moyano (2016), Emotional Intelligence de BarOn ICE: NA (2005) and Engagement de Salanova y Schaufeli - UWES (Utrech Work Engagement Survey) (2016) were applied. The data were analyzed with the support of descriptive and inferential statistics with structural equations using SPSS 24 and Amos 24 software. The results showed that the medium level of happiness, the high level of emotional intelligence and engagement predominated. Likewise, the theoretical model proposed was that emotional intelligence and engagement determine happiness; therefore, from the result obtained with the Chicuadrado test (131,804) and the significance level of .000, the model was accepted. In conclusion, it was demonstrated that emotional intelligence influenced happiness by 22% while engagement by 36%; likewise emotional intelligence was related to engagement by 33%, in consequence happiness is determined in 23% by happiness and engagement according to undergraduate students during the state of health emergency - Lima.

Resumen
The general objective of the research was to determine the correlation between the perception of directive leadership and student learning in educational institutions of Callao. The methodology used was the quantitative, prospective, cross-sectional, correlational scope and non-experimental design approach. The sample studied was based on a census population of 20 teachers between 20 and 60 years old and a census population of 20 students belonging to 6th grade of primary school. Data were collected through a survey based on a questionnaire on leadership styles and a standardized grade register. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 22.0 software. The data were recorded in terms of descriptive measures. The results showed that there is a low degree of correlation between the variables (Spearman's Rho: 0.205) with a bilateral level of significance of 0.05, that is, at 95% confidence. Therefore, it is concluded that there is no direct or significant impact between the perception of directive leadership and student learning in the educational institutions of Callao.
