This paper has the purpose to analyze the use of B2B as a tool of international trade, under the proactive strategy approach that favors competitive advantages. The typology of electronic commerce and its evolution in South America and Ecuador are analyzed. The qualitative approach is used for the development of research. Among the findings are the transformations of business structures and the need for changes in Ecuador to be made in the legal field, business culture and payment system to spread the use of B2B.

The purpose of this study is to explain the conception of knowledge, philosophy and sciences that is considered adequate for the proposal of a doctoral research project. It has been used to review the texts of several philosophers proposed in the course of philosophy of accounting sciences in order to know their theories, epistemological approaches and methodologies so that after their understanding they relate to the proposed topic. From the point of view of what you want to achieve with the development of the thesis it is evident that the conception of the research is directed to the positivist current while the development of the model will be falsely demonstrated to avoid contingencies. It is concluded that from scientific research can generate accounting theories that after being validated can be accepted by society and thus give recognition to Accounting as Science.

The present research work was to propose the three pillars to reduce the rotation of human talent. The methodology used was based on the holistic syntagma, mixed approach, projective type, comprehensive level. In order to obtain the information, a documentary analysis of the "Supplementary work risk insurance" for the period 2015-2018 and was carried out, in turn, interviews were carried out with seven people, of which three were former workers, three workers who currently work and the general manager of the company. It was determined that the turnover of personnel in 2015 was on average 123%, while in 2016 99%, 2017 was 91% and 2018 50% on average. For this reason, the three pillars for the retention of human talent were outlined, the first pillar corresponds to the implementation of a new process of  hiring of the personnel in order to optimize time, the second pillar concerns the creation of the profile of the posts of work, in order to hire qualified staff, finally, the third pillar concerns the plan of involvement of the staff, all the above will allow to meet the objectives of the organization.

The growing concern on the part of the mathematics didact in relation to the poor performance, apathy and demotivation of the students towards the study of that Science, has led them to rethink the way of teaching them, especially for those students who study careers not related to it, who point out that there is no direct relationship between the career they study and mathematics; One of the challenges present in this process is to show the numbers from their usefulness, that is, appropriate to the context of the student and that has meaning for him. Based on this premise, a classroom pedagogical project was implemented based on the origin, evolution, development and application of the golden number due to its direct connection with elements of reality; in order to motivate the student to be interested in mathematics. Methodologically, a mixed nature study was carried out under the modality of participatory action research, whose protagonists were the students of the first level of Basic Mathematics. The results obtained showed a favorable acceptance of the subject and the students were receptive and motivated to carry out the activities and expressed their satisfaction with the learning obtained.

Institutional evaluation is directly linked to decision-making, with the aim of achieving continuous improvement of university institutions, their programs, learning outcomes, teacher performance, and with special emphasis on the learning environment, which allows have a knowledge of the reality that the institution is going through and at the same time generate a culture of evaluation at the university level. Evaluating necessarily implies establishing comparisons through analyzing the different positions present in the institutional evaluation models proposed by authors and organizations such as Scriven, Stake, Sttufflebeam, EFQM, CINDA, CEAACES, CACES. This research article is approached from a theoretical perspective, analyzing state of the art models of institutional evaluation, revealing  their meaning which allows the determining of the similarities and divergences especially in those models applied in the ecuadorian university that have not reached the goal of educational quality, which forces us to rethink approaches and dimensions to efectively contribute to the improvement of the teaching processes and other main roles of the university

The article aims to show how, from the development of a technological solution directed to the student welfare department of a university in Ecuador, the management processes in the registration and control of student records are efficiently optimized for the care of new students. to the University. To this end, an articulation of exploratory and descriptive research methodologies was carried out, supported by tools and techniques of agile software development. The proposed solution was developed under strictly well-developed programming standards, based on free software tools that improve and favor a constant update of the system architecture. The SCRUM methodology was implemented for the construction identifying the general vision of the product from the on-site diagnosis and the documentary review, later the requirements and objectives that represent the vision and expectations of the client are listed as a priority, being covered in the best possible way. Finally, within the results, a high level of user satisfaction stands out as it is considered a useful product that favors the area of ​​student well-being by improving the process and recording of the cumulative information of each student and the adequate follow-up of the same.

The desire to create new and better products - services through innovative ideas and processes has increased in recent years, developing capacities in a person to improve their situation in the entrepreneurial field and remain within the market, standing out from among other businesses. This research aims to analyze the innovation capabilities of tourism entrepreneurs, the sample was developed in the Amazon region of Ecuador, specifically in the Province of Pastaza, the main objective of the study was to determine if there are differences in gender in regard to innovation capabilities, the research was developed through a quantitative methodology through a deductive paradigm, the type of research was documentary and field, non-experimental, transversal and descriptive method, the measuring instrument was subjected to an analysis of “Reliability of Cronbach ”and a student“ t ”test was performed to estimate a significant difference between the means of two groups (female and male). The results show demography with an adult population with a predominance of the female gender, also, positive data were obtained in relation to the capacity for innovation where entrepreneurs have skills to undertake and manage various situations witfully, it was identified that there is no significant difference between the two genres according to the abilities that each one possesses.

The research analyzes the values ​​and lifestyles of tourists visiting the Ecuadorian Amazon, and for this specific case a sample of tourists who visited the city of Puyo, Pastaza province, was evaluated with respect to the different tourist attractions, places of accommodation and restoration, the evaluation was developed by applying measurement instruments based on the LATIR method of lifestyles proposed by the researcher Rolando Arellano and the VALS II method (values ​​and life styles). The methodology was with a quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional approach through the application of valid and reliable surveys used in various investigations in other contexts and regions, with this, it was possible to establish the profile of clients for each of the identified segments, the results indicated that the lifestyle of the tourist who visits the region corresponds to Progressive, Modern and Sophisticated, Regarding values, the predominant dimension is the enthusiastic tourist, the other dimensions they showed unfavorable and unfavorable values, which allows to propose strategies to improve tourism in the region.

This work aims to analyze the influence level of social networks on business success, it has been developed through two research tools, the first tool consists of an observation chart towards social networks managed by the companies selected as the object study, whose analysis was performed based on four items: activity, community, visibility and interactivity; Regarding the second tool, the use of a Likert scale survey stands out, which has made it possible to know the perception of consumers concerning the use of social networks as an information tool for their purchasing trends. The instruments applied made it possible to determine that management in social networks does not represent a key point about business success, however, of the 5 companies analyzed, less than 50% manage social networks, allowing them to reject the hypothesis proposed, it means, that the management of social networks in a company does not affect significatively on its profits, there is a low frequency of publications in both companies, with higher profits, such as companies with negative profits considered in the study, however, the level of profits considered in both registers, has a significant difference.

The article had the general objective of verifying the results achieved in the execution of the local plan of citizen security, in a municipality of Lima, 2017-2018. The type of research was participatory, qualitative approach and a case study design. Interviews were collected from a district police commissioner, an expert on police matters, a businessman who was the victim of criminal acts, and a former leadership member of the District's Citizen Security Committee. The main findings found were: lack of commitment and responsibility of the representatives of the Local Committee for Citizen Security, high rate of insecurity in the area, robberies and assaults that affect businesses, lack of police and serene personnel, high turnover of police officers, delay in the capacity of the police to respond to the complaint of a criminal act and uncontrolled immigration, and as main conclusions we have: level of effectiveness of citizen security plans only reached an average value level of (58.34%), inadequate control system of the local plan for citizen security and non-compliance with the contrasted a priori categories.
