The article refers to the experience of executing the project of connection with the community, in the field of entrepreneurship and family economy, in the Parish of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación, located in the Unión de Bananeros, del Guasmo Sur, in the city of Guayaquil; by students of the Business Administration degree from the Salesian Polytechnic University, with teaching monitoring; with the objective of evaluating its implementation, using a descriptive methodology, based on the assessment made by the participants in a Likert-type survey, taken at the end of the training period. Its main results reflect the opinions of the beneficiaries in the categories of organization, development of practical content, through which a high level of participation was achieved, and where the evaluation process was key to improving the assimilation of content; the quality of the instructors and the level of learning acquired; that allowed to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit. It is concluded that the development of these themes, aimed at vulnerable sectors of society, constitutes a strategy to face the high levels of unemployment that are experienced in the country.

The research aimed to analyze the relationship between emotional skills and entrepreneurship of SME managers. For this work, use a quantitative type approach applied to a group of SME entrepreneurs in the province of El Oro, whose results were tabulated and analyzed using the multivariate technique of factorial and correlational analysis, whose results were values ​​greater than 0.9, what indicate precise and optimal consistency in the instruments; On the other hand, in the correlational analysis, it obtained as a result the values ​​that indicate that the categories as a whole, the statistically affected correlations, consequently, that demonstrated the relationship between the categories used in the research, in this case, the categories that correspond to emotional skills and entrepreneurship. For all this, it is necessary that the emotional skills that were considered in the study are not specific attributes in entrepreneurs, but rather, they are simultaneously harvested in each of the skills that strongly explain the action of entrepreneurship.

This article performs a bibliographic analysis of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in companies to publicize the opportunities presented by the implementation of this tool. Methods of theoretical exploration, analysis and synthesis of documents such as magazines and books by various authors about the general concepts of the Balanced Scorecard related to ventures were used, which were presented in tables. The objective of this document is to carry out an analysis of the Balanced Scorecard development and sustainability tool for enterprises. Currently, the ventures are booming, because they provide an opportunity to generate income, boost the economy and introduce new products to the market and, in this way, offer various options of choice for the consumer. This study revealed that the Balanced Scorecard can allow the entrepreneur, through its perspective structure, to visualize and monitor the defined strategy, improve its internal processes, meet the needs of its clients and obtain greater profits in the medium and long term. . The use of this tool by the enterprises will have a decisive impact on the fulfillment of the objectives of these organizations.

The study of applied nature, had as objective demonstrate to what extent applying the Schoology platform influenced students in high school VI cycle in their learning corresponding to ​​mathematics subject, using dynamic and creative strategies, that allow them to develop mathematical competencies, as a response to student problems. The methodology used responds to a quantitative approach, with a hypothetical deductive method, likewise a quasi-experimental design was used to made up of two groups called; pretest and posttest; for which a non-probabilistic and intentional sample was taken that included high school students in a number of 60, applying a questionnaire to them, according to the normality test. The use of an independent samples, known as the Students T was determined to contrast the hypothesis; As a conclusion we can say: Applying the Schoology platform significantly influenced for the mathematics learning in the high school students of the VI cycle     in San Miguel, 2019.  (T= 4,737: gl= 58; p ‹ 0,05).

The increase in computer attacks is in increasing demand, nowadays cybercrime to which our data is exposed is more frequent. On the other hand, the management of software and tools used in computer science is what represents today a fundamental pillar in what teaching and scientific research refers, however, the concept goes far beyond that, of the hand of computer security that involves many more factors than are believed, not only physical but logical, referring to all the applications that run on each of the computers and that are part of the software. This paper presents a secure software model based on the software development life cycle and aims to create professionals capable of developing secure software products and at the same time raise awareness of the various problems that may arise from not establishing security measures in Systems development A final analysis of the importance of creating professionals with knowledge of the use and application of computer security is carried out.

There are various reasons that generate gaps and weakness in the country's tourist competitiveness and in the exploitation of natural, cultural and social attractions. These are: the inefficient exploitation of products and services on an international scale; not seeing tourism as a source of income for the economy, little promotion, low impact strategies, lack of quality and innovation. Under this precept, this research aims to analyze the impact of innovative events as a means to boost the tourism sector in a nation, considering that tourism exploitation generates sustainable economic development without prejudice to the wear and tear of natural resources, for which applied the qualitative methodology of literary review of high impact secondary sources, which guarantees the quality of the information consulted and analyzed, where it was concluded that within the framework of this type of tourism, new proposals are generated with innovative cultural content and sophisticated, where the creation of innovative tourist events will increase the dynamism of destinations through its visitors and economic development at the country level.

This research analyzes the problems that students face during the transition between school and the first semester of university studies, in mathematics. For this, at the end of the semester new students were surveyed, it was inquired about their previous formation in mathematics, the process of entrance to the university and the subjects taken in the area of ​​mathematics, in addition the academic records were reviewed once finalized the first semester. It was found that many students come from families where those responsible for the family have no or no primary education; also, that they don´t have good bases in mathematics, and that studies in the career are difficult. It is provided with information to reflect on the selection process, pre-university course and the curricular design of the career. It is very important to know the students who have just entered and their experience during the first semester, not only through statistical figures, but to understand the circumstances they go through.

This article, entitled Study on the reference interest rate in the United States and its behavior in Peruvian investment from 2016 to 2019, arises from the concern to determine to what extent the reference interest rate in the United States affects a variation of this in investments in the Peruvian economy until 2019, The approach used was the quantitative, the type of applied research and the non-experimental design. The instrument used was the quantitative content analysis, to establish the incidence that exists between the variables, the econometric model is applied through simple linear regression through the E-views econometric program, which results in the coefficient of determination of R2 (0.47 ) which means that the reference interest rate in the United States affects investment in the Peruvian economy by 47%, concluding that a variation of 1% in the reference interest rate, it affects 36% for investments in the Peruvian economy, affecting domestic demand, capital movement and the debt problem.

On several beaches in the world, anthropogenic activities coexist with the natural processes of the wild species. In Ecuador, sea turtles are no exception; the leatherback turtles (Dermochelys coriacea), Boba (Caretta caretta) and Golfina (Lepdochelys olivacea) are in the vulnerable category; Green Turtle (Chelonia mydas) in danger; Hawksbill Turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata) and Bastard (Lepidochelys kempii) in danger of extinction. Due to this vulnerability resulting from human activities, the present study evaluates the incidence of artificial light on four beaches in the Puerto López canton, as an element that impact on the nesting and the alteration of the migration of the newborns to the ocean. The results reached in this study show with different areas of the clown has barriers against light being this of anthropic or natural origin favoring the different species of turtles that can nest in these places.

The present study tries to integrate the social context in the reading processes. It is born from the research carried out in 2019 at the La Frontera Educational Institution; its general objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of a pedagogical proposal of socio-educational integration in improving the reading comprehension of sixth grade students. It is an applied research, of explanatory level, quantitative approach and quasi-experimental design. The population was 160 students and 80 parents of students from the experimental group. The questionnaire was used and as a technique, the written test. The validity of the instruments was carried out through expert judgment and the consistency of judges; reliability using Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used; Kolmogorov-Smirnov, U of Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon tests. "PPECLE: read with you, read with me" was designed and implemented. Its efficacy was verified at the inferential (0.048), critical (0.40) and general reading comprehension (0.04) levels, but not at the literal level (0.273); when comparing the results in the experimental group (before and after), a high significance was obtained at all levels and in general reading comprehension (0.00 and 0.06).
