Resumen
This article shows the process by which blackness and black populations in the Dominican Republic have had to be relegated by the dominant hegemonic and colonial class, despite its obvious percentage and contribution to Dominican society: the processes of miscegenation and construction of the nation's ideology they have invisible blackness and built their discourse on other identifiers, establishing in this way, not only economic barriers to the development of black populations, but also social and historical exclusion.

Resumen
Purpose: The study aims to assess the level of working memory function in a group of senior centers users from Carazo department during the second half of 2019. Method: The study used a quantitative approach, which allowed the description and establishment of the relationship of the variables under study; a non experimental, cross sectional design was used, with a descriptive- correlational scope. The sample consists of 32 adults over the age of 60, both sexes and users of Asylum Agustín Sánchez and La Purísima senior dining room. The Working Memory Index from the Weschsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS III) was applied, composed by the subtests Arithmetic, Digit retention and Letters and numbers sorting. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used, which allowed the hypothesis contrast to be realized. Results: Results indicate that there is working memory difficulties in participants and presents problems in the ability to manipulate information, have attentional control, planning capacity, organization and temporary and active storage of verbal, visual and spatial information.

Resumen
This is a meta-analysis and systemic review investigation in psychological support for disaster victims, with the objective of presenting a local care model. In psychological disaster response, there are four response phases: precritical, preimpact, postimpact, and recovery after the first month. There were 52 systematic reviews or meta-analyzes of which 4 were in English, 27 were selected to be completely reviewed. It is proposed to organize the early response into 5 levels of care: Diffusion-Early Warning, Social Support, General Medical Management, General Psychiatric Management, General Psychological and Psychiatric Management. The above, to be applied according to local culture and everything related to the daily life of the inhabitants of the place affected by the disaster.

Resumen
This article is the result of qualitative research work carried out in three neighborhoods at the south of Guatemala City, with the objective of analyzing the meanings that participation in community development processes has for youth in marginalized areas, being the depth interview the main technique used in the study, because the interest was to make the voices of the participants audible. So, the youth approach became a fundamental analysis tool to make visible the narratives that have been systematically silenced. Through the analysis of the information collected, it is identified that the main meaning assigned to participation is the process of social transformation, because it generates the possibility of introducing positive changes in its immediate context, evidencing that the youth contribute to the development of their vital environments their knowledge, productive, reproductive and community work.

Resumen
The study of migrations from a gender perspective allows to know the participation of women in migratory flows in a more critical way and emphasizes the implication that the roles have with the own experience of immigrating of men and women. Following this investigative logic, this article is approached through a theoretical conceptual review and an experiential account through the interview of the migratory experience of immigrant women in Spain, concretized in aspects related to the construction of social networks, highlights some factors that affect immigrant women, in specific aspects such as socialization, social support, and their employment situation. For this, the story and the social network map of an immigrant woman of Mexican nationality based in Spain are taken as a key reference.

Resumen
This article presents the state of the art or state of the matter regarding the study of learning styles in some universities in Latin America and Spain.For this, a bibliographic review of several scientific articles that provide information on models of learning styles, the measurement instruments that exist and the usefulness of studyng learning styles, which is relevant to understand the subject of study. In the review carried out, it was found that the most known and used models in several investigations are: the Felder and Silverman model, the Kolb model and the Honey and Mumford model. On the other hand, one of the most used instruments in the universities of Latin America and Spain is the Honey-Alonso Questionnaire on learning sytles (CHAEA) and is used as a diagnosis to know the students´ learning style, which allows them to adpat or design teaching learning strategies based on learning styles.

Resumen
This article is the product of a bibliographic review, whose objective is oriented to the analysis of community mediation in Nicaragua, in particular regarding the role played by Judicial Facilitators in the search for the solution of conflicts in the community. The documentary analysis method was applied, with a qualitative approach, non-experimental design, under a documentarybibliographic cross-sectional level. After the documentary review it was observed that: the judicial facilitators carry out mediations in the community that leads to the prevention and solution of the community conflicts. It is concluded that community mediation in Nicaragua is manifested through the work of judicial facilitators who contribute to the culture of peace and the right of access to justice.

Resumen
In the following lines is analised the Colón Colón magistered case from Puerto Rico, using the concept of Inappropiate Magisterial Behaviour since the publications He made on his Facebook page in the year 2017.The exposition of this case is not the central part of the essay but it is the base that we are going to use to point a series of questions. Those questions come up in order to considerate aspects vinculated to moral questions (no technical) in a judicial decision. As the essay continues, we can observe that there are more questions than actual answers, since the hole purpose is to debate whether the judicial magistered should have moral qualities, and justify that answer.
