Resumen
Due to the repercussions of fires, it is necessary to know the territorial particularities that favor their emergence and dispersion. Because of its meteorological characteristics, Las Tunas is a vulnerable province to the occurrence of fires. For this reason, this study intends to relate the occurrence and magnitude of fires with the geographical and meteorological conditions of Las Tunas and Puerto Padre municipalities in Las Tunas province, Cuba, in the period 2008-2012. For this purpose, 249 fires were analyzed along with the behavior of meteorological variables. There were found differences among the municipalities regarding the occurrence of fires, the areas affected and the factors related to the spreading. For the case of small fires, it was verified the relationship between meteorological variables and the area affected by fires, although the correlation values were not high. The variables with greater influence, as it was expected, were those related to the moisture of the combustible materials the accumulated of precipitations at 15 and 20 days before each fire and the relative humidity. It was possible to group successfully the number of fires and affected area with respect to different ranges of the meteorological variables, obtaining qualitative criteria of fire risk.

Resumen
Polylepis incana Kunth (queñoa), is a species that has diverse local uses; however, it has a low germination power in natural conditions. The objective of this research was to compare the germination power of Polylepis incana, with coconut, residual and untreated water treatments. An experiment was set up with three types of water and five doses of water (5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 ml). The germination was developed in 15 trays, in each one 750 g of substrate and 20 seeds were added. The irrigation was done daily with different amounts of water, from 5 to 25 ml. The percentage of germination power, temperature and soil pH were recorded daily. The statistical analyses were carried out in the INFOSTAT program. The highest germination power of seeds was registered with irrigation with residual water (9 %), while seeds irrigated with coconut and untreated water reached 4 %. Therefore, a 9 % germination power of P. incana seeds, irrigated with residual water, was obtained.

Resumen
The knowledge of the factors that produce deformations of wood can help proper selection of material before sawing. One way to address the problem of deformations is with the understanding of the mechanisms that regulate it. The work presented exposes the behavior of the dynamics of water during drying of wood, as a factor that influences the deformation of the same during this process, from a theoretical model, unifying Newtonian dynamics of a particle system and the elements of methods finite elements. This model allows you to set in detail influence of qualitative and quantitative moisture in the nature of the deformation, allowing to understand and explain the experimental results, and do prediction that involve in practical activity a considerable saving of resources and time.

Resumen
Governments are currently facing the challenge of designing and managing public policies that harmoniously integrate economic, social and environmental issues to ensure sustainability in development. Given that there is a lack of use of the existing potential in the ecosystem services and the way they are managed from the public administration, the objective was set to characterize the state of the management of the payment for forest ecosystem services in the municipality of Pinar del Río. This was done based on an analysis of the primary and secondary sources of information. As theoretical methods, the historical and logical and the systemic were used, and as empirical methods, the measurement and the expert method. Associated with the theoretical and practical methods, the following procedures were used: analysis, synthesis and abstraction. The following techniques were used to collect, process and analyze information: survey, interview and document analysis; descriptive statistics were also used to arrive at conclusions through the use of Minitab 17 software. In the diagnosis carried out, it was found that municipal decision makers do not articulate actions that integrate national, sectorial and territorial interests in terms of the use of financial resources coming from the establishment of payment for forest ecosystem services, which favor the political-economic-social recognition of these, in addition, it is necessary to manage public policies to conserve and protect the environment.

Resumen
Agro livestock cooperatives play a significant role in food production and distribution in Cuba. This study identified deficiencies related to the business management processes of these organizations that affect their economic performance. Although there are several studies aimed to improve the efficiency of the marketing and commercialization systems in Cuban cooperatives, there is a lack of studies related to the application of digital technologies in the commercial relations of these organizations. This research aims to strengthen the commercial management of Cuban agro livestock cooperatives by applying a digital strategy. Analytical-synthetic, historical-logical and modeling methods were used as scientific methods. The proposed strategy is based on the use of social trade through the social network Facebook. The implementation of this strategy will make it possible to expand marketing, market relations, technological innovation and competitiveness of Cuban agro livestock cooperatives.

Resumen
The inclusion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in people's daily lives, as well as their influence on the development of multiple professional and personal spheres, has taken on a notorious role for society when it comes to being communicated and informed. This is leading to the creation of numerous jobs that, until a few years ago, did not exist. Because of this, education must respond to the needs and realities that exist today and offer students a quality education. In this way, current education professionals must be trained and updated in order to meet and attend to the needs of students in the new media and digital environment. The objective of this study is to know the degree of digital literacy, as well as the instruments used by English teachers in the Primary Education stage. To this end, research has been carried out using a quantitative methodology with the participation of a total of 112 educators specialising in English from the Community of Madrid, through the creation of a survey. Among the most outstanding results, it can be pointed out that teachers are committed to the use of ICT in their classrooms. However, they present a medium-low training in the subject. In conclusion, it should be pointed out that the level of digital literacy among teaching staff must be as optimal as possible, thus offering a response in accordance with society's demand.

The Decree of August 10, 2007 (normative development LOE) establishes that students had to learn only one foreign language with a class schedule which exceeded 4 hours per week in each of the cycles. However, the Decree of March 17, 2015 (normative development LOMCE) collects up to a second foreign language and with a direct teaching load of language lessons higher than twice the previous regulations. In addition, the curricular development map in this last law presents the evaluation criteria of each of the cycle and their relation to the rest of the curricular elements. It does not have as a reference the contents for the whole curriculum development, as in the LOE. In this respect, although the trend of teaching foreign languages in Andalusia follows very ambitious patterns through the development of their curricula from the LOE to the LOMCE, it prioritizes the development of skills at the expense of the accumulation of content. This teaching intent is a big step towards another dimension in the way of acquiring key competences.

Resumen
The narrative biographical method is the focus of this qualitative research. The objective is to show the validity of this method as a training strategy for future teachers. A strategy that improves the capacity of critical analysis and with that, of reformulation of the budgets of the school culture. The sample is composed of 383 students of the Master's Degree in Secondary Education Teaching of the University of Extremadura (Spain). When applying this method in teacher training programs, there is an alternative to traditional research, training and social action. As a result, three resources are cultivated to train future teachers at the same time; As the students learn the method, they carry out an evaluation process, which is useful for their training and future competence as professionals. Therefore, the students themselves acquire a heuristic and hermeneutical process to evaluate and become researchers of their own professional prospective and experience.

Resumen
In the world, teacher training is a subject that is constantly under investigation, it can be said that it does not go out of style because it is one of the main issues that tend to be related to the quality of teaching. The teaching staff must have greater relevance as a factor in the influence of current professional practices and the continuing education they develop is key in the updating and quality of their teaching practice.
Through this study, the objective was the analysis of the perceptions of teachers of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of San Carlos de Guatemala (USAC) about the motivations that this group presents to participate in the teacher training program of the USAC.
Thus, through an descriptive exploratory study through an opinion questionnaire, the interpretation of the results obtained categorized in a series of motivational factors of such participation in the program was raised.
As conclusions, the purpose of innovating stands out, with the purpose of improving the educational quality in its development as well as the concern to improve the level of scientific content and psycho-pedagogical training, although the need to bring this program closer to the needs is appreciated Teachers' daily practices and the possibility of applying them in the classroom to the learning obtained in the training activities proposed.

Resumen
In recent years, considerable progress has been made in analyzing ICTs as significant instruments that favor the inclusion of people with different types of cognitive, sensory, or motor diversity. Although there are quality practices linked to the use of ICT, and an increasing interest in the educational use of these technological tools, there is still a great concern as how to solve the different difficulties in digital competence that teachers present, and even more in contexts of diversity. Therefore, teachers are configured as a key element to achieve full inclusion of ICT in the classroom. In this framework, it is intended to make a diagnosis in relation to the training and knowledge of active Primary Education teachers, in relation to ICT applied to people with functional diversity. Under the methodological aspect, a qualitative research design has been carried out, developed from the Grounded Theory approach. The information has been obtained from the analysis of 52 interviews with professionals in the education sector of the Spanish state of Navarra (members of management teams, ICT coordinators, directors and technological advisors of training centers). Among the conclusions we place a stress on the low training of teachers, the low development of training activities, and also note that the main barriers that hinder such completion of ICT training activities and functional diversity in the Community of Navarra are determined primarily by economic factors and the lack of time.
