Resumen
Today, the importance of communication is such that without it there would be no kind of understanding, since it is required in all areas of life and is essential for the good performance of governments, because it must be used, above all everything, for the benefit of the citizens themselves (Flores, 2019). For this reason, today more than ever comprehensive communication is essential, and it is necessary to communicate in a truthful and timely manner the economic, political and social events of the environment, through the correct management of communication, taking care that it is not selective – as it usually is. -, disclosing all information of common interest to the society they represent.
In this sense, the timeliness of information not only becomes relevant and necessary, but also indispensable in violent contexts, even becoming a social good and a citizen's right, given that events of insecurity and violence intensify every day, compromising the integrity of citizens. In the case of the state of Zacatecas, Mexico, which is where the present investigation was carried out, timely information has become a basic necessity since crime rates began to rise, starting in 2007. Living in an environment of recurrent crisis, the absence of information can translate into a risk to life itself, since, in some cases, the timely dissemination of information becomes a true method of social crime prevention.

Resumen
Brazil is one of the nations that has received a large number of Venezuelans in the last five years; for this reason, this phenomenological research arises, where the technique of participant observation is combined with content review in official documents. During 2017 and 2018, migrants were arriving at the border and not mastering the Portuguese language opted to stay in that strip called Pacaraima-Boa Vista. This caused rejection by some inhabitants of the area who saw streets full of tents with entire families living inside them. The social impact was so great that it generated acts of xenophobia. Upon observing these events, the federal government saw the need to generate transformations, both in its ordinances and in its governmental policies, in order to include and control the situation. One of these policies is "Operation Reception", which is led by the Federal Police and UNHCR. Its objective is to transfer Venezuelans who voluntarily wish to work in states in the interior of the country free of charge. Offering them a secure job upon arrival according to the previous requests of business owners in the southern states of the country and lodging with food for the whole family until the first salary is obtained. The final reflection of this research is the favorable recognition by the Federal Government of the role played by foreigners in the academic, economic and political life of Brazilian society.

Resumen
The article presents the most relevant aspects that can be identified from a documentary review that is made on various research and scientific productions carried out in several Latin American countries on armed conflict, socio-political violence, collective resistance, protection and peace initiatives from the experiences of women, where the direct and indirect impacts generated by armed conflicts against women are evident. Similarly, the collective actions that have been developed by women as forms of resistance, leadership and political participation, for the confrontation of the violent practices that they have had to face from their condition as women, are made known; On the other hand, peace initiatives in contexts of conflict and violence for the defense of human rights, the defense of territory, the promotion of equality and the construction of an active citizenship from their political incidence are also presented.

Resumen
Recently, violence against journalists and human rights defenders has increased. From December 2018 to December 2021, statistics state that 49 journalists and 96 defenders were killed. Therefore, it is mandatory to analyze this aggressions phenomenon. Although Mexico has a Protection Mechanism, which jointly protects both sectors (human rights defenders and journalists), violence against them goes on. This paper presents a human rights defenders and journalists' aggressions comparison in Mexico from 2012 to 2021 to understand this situation. First, we make a descriptive analysis of the human rights protected and promoted, as well as the measures of protection the Mexican State has imposed through the Mechanism. We also analyze the intentional homicides committed against human rights defenders, journalists, and the population in general. Finally, we present the possibility of success by putting into practice two separate and targeted public policies against these sectors' aggression.

Resumen
This paper analyzes the social representations around peacebuilding that some university students have. The study was developed from the qualitative hermeneutic approach with the aim of understanding the perceptions, assessments and practices on peacebuilding that resulted from the application of a semi-structured interview in which hypothetical cases and relevant images were included to inquire about these representations. It is concluded that participants have social representations regarding the concept of peacebuilding that generate attitudes of resistance and Non-violence when addressing conflicts in their daily lives, which means that those who participate in pedagogical experiences of this nature can become agents of change that seek individual and collective outlets —sometimes creative— in the face of a hegemonic system of structural violence.

Resumen
The history of the academic debate on nations and nationalisms has begun to be written with greater rigor and detail. However, some voices in this debate today seem omitted and forgotten, as if they had never been pronounced or were silenced due to their bias and reductionism. One of these hypotheses, of Freudian origin, presented the nationalist as a fanatic with low self-esteem and serious emotional problems, as a weak and frustrated personality who, trying to hide his own affective problems, would cause death and destruction on others. This article review the psychodynamic interpretation of nationalism, how it was developed in the interwar European scenario and how it crystallized at the end of World War II. Over the shadow cast by Hitler and the memory of the Holocaust, the vision of the nationalist ended up being popularized as a subject marked by anguish and inner conflict, personal insecurity, mental and moral weakness, and psychopathology. Finally, the need arises to reconstruct in the academy the voices of a historical debate that, far from belonging to the past, continues to be replicated many decades later outside the academy, in the political and media battle over nations and nationalism.

Resumen
The purpose of this article is to identify the characteristics of inclusive education in order to move towards social justice and a peaceful society; a review is made of the legislation on education in accordance with the doctrine, analyzing its evolution by recognizing all people as subjects of the right to education. Also, an approach to inclusive education is found, as the construction that breaks down the barriers that prevent access to education for people excluded by gender, language, disability, religion, ethnic or social origin, migrants, including for economic reasons. In this sense, an inclusive approach in education is necessary to create conditions that allow people to access their rights and freedoms, guarantee their development, social justice and peaceful environments, for a dignified life.

Resumen
This research focuses on the pharmaceutical sector, where internal inventory management is an important factor to optimize costs and the development of productive activities. The present investigative study proposes as a primary objective to analyze the inventory management of the pharmaceutical sector of the city of Manta, in order to determine its incidence on profitability. The methodology that supports the study is based on a qualitative and quantitative approach because surveys and interviews were applied to the personnel who have constant participation in the inventory process. The results demonstrate the absence of standardized processes and therefore of norms and procedures that contribute to the correct custody of these stocks.
Keywords: Inventory, management, pharmaceutical, efficiency.
