El artículo presenta un resumen crítico de la evolución de la percepción social del riesgo y su reflejo a nivel del ambiente laboral. La cultura de la seguridad es considerada una temática de élite y se asocia esencialmente con instalaciones sujetas a regulaciones estatales, sin embargo, el documento argumenta como su generalización en otras entidades, con riesgo asociado, constituye un paso hacia la percepción científica del riesgo gestionado. Partiendo del estudio dialéctico de los métodos de evaluación de percepción de riesgo laboral, se introduce el método EPRO (del acrónimo Evaluación de Percepción de Riesgo Ocupacional) para contribuir a identificar las necesidades de capacitación en materia de seguridad del trabajo. Las evaluaciones de percepción de riesgo son imprescindibles en otras áreas, ya sean públicas o empresariales, donde la seguridad es clave. Considerando las necesidades de medición del riesgo subjetivo, se implementa el código RISKPERCEP que ha sido empleado en variados estudios de percepción de riesgo. Adicionalmente, el artículo demuestra con ejemplos algunas aplicaciones realizadas al estudio de percepción de riesgos laborales.  ABSTRACT: The paper shows a critical summary ofthe evolution ofthe social risk perception and its reflection at the level ofthe work environment. The safety culture is considered an élite theme and is essentially associated with facilities subject to state regulations, however, the paper argües that its generalization in other entities, with associated risk, constitutes a step towards the scientific perception ofmanaged risk. Starting frorn the dialectical study oftke methods ofevaluation of occupationál risk perception, the EPRO metkod (from the acronym Assessment of Occupationál Risk Perception) is introduced to contribute to the identification oftraining needs in the field of occupationál safety. Risk perception assessments are essentiál in other areas, whether public or business, where safety is essentiál. Considering the needs of subjective risk measurement, the RISKPERCEP code has been implemented, which has been used in severál studies of risk perception. Additionally, the paper demonstrates with examples some applications made to the study of perception of occupationál risks.

Las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas, representan un papel importante en la economía de México, principalmente en la generación de empleos y su contribución en el producto interno bruto. El plan nacional de desarrollo 2012- 2018, las considera como una palanca estratégica para el desarrollo nacional y la generación de bienestar. Sin embargo, los apoyos gubernamentales no han sido suficientes, en parte por los efectos de la reciente crisis económica global. Por lo anterior es necesario que se busquen diferentes estrategias que contribuyan en su desarrollo, evitando su estancamiento y en muchos casos la desaparición. Como respuesta a esta problemática nace la presente investigación con la finalidad de contribuir con estas unidades económicas mediante la adaptación del modelo de negocios Canvas como una herramienta que contribuya en su competitividad. ABSTRACT:  Micro, small and médium enterprises represent an important role in the economy of México, mainly in the generation ofjobs and their contribution in the product gross domestic The naüonal development plan 2012-2018, considera them as a lever strategic for national development and the generation of well-being. However, the props have not been sufficient,  partly because of the effects of the recent crisis global economic Therefore, it is necessary to look for different strategies that contribute in their development, avoiding their stagnation and in many cases the disappearance. In response to this problem, the present investigation was bom with the aim of contribute to these economic units by adapting the business model Canvas as a tool that contributes to its C competitiveness.

Este estudio presenta estimaciones de modelos de elección discreta basados en una muestra de estudiantes a partir de una prueba piloto. Se presentan los resultados correspondientes a los viajes al lugar de estudio por parte de estudiantes universitarios, algunos de los cuales además de estudiar, trabajan. Se ha estimado un modelo logit multinomial de elección de modo de transporte para viajar al lugar de estudio, en el que se han combinado datos de preferencias reveladas y declaradas. El estudio presenta, además, pronósticos de la cuota de mercado del uso de los diferentes modos de transporte, la valoración subjetiva de los ahorros de tiempo de viaje, tiempo de espera y cuadras caminadas en origen y destino al utilizar autobús, como así también las elasticidades de demanda de la elección de modo de transporte y los cambios en el excedente del consumidor ante la aplicación de políticas asociadas a cambios en algunas variables de nivel de servicio de los diferentes modos de transporte. ABSTRACT:  The study presents discrete choice models estimated with a sample of students from a pilot survey. It presents estimation results derived from study journeys of university students, some of which are also workers. It has been estimated a multinomial logit model for the decision of making trips to study places, combining revealed and stated preference data. The paper presents market share forecasts for transport modes considered, the subjective valuation of travel time savings, waiting time savings and savings of walked blocks in origin and destination using bus services. Also, it has been estimated the elasticities of demand from the mode choice model and consumer surplus changes derived from the application of policies associated to changes in level of Service variables transport services.

Se analizan las capacidades institucionales de los municipios del departamento Punilla (Córdoba, Argentina) mediante el cálculo de la eficiencia técnica, para los períodos 2017-2018. Se utiliza la técnica Análisis Envolvente de Datos (DEA), output orientado. Los resultados muestran que para ser eficientes algunos municipios, de los 16 bajo estudio, deben realizar importantes mejoras en la administración y asignación de recursos. ABSTRACT: Institutional capacities of the municipalities of the Punilla department (Córdoba), are analyzed through the technical efficiency, for the period 2017-2018.The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique is used, output oriented. The results show that to be efficient several municipalities, of the 16 under study, must make significant improvements in the administration and allocation of resources.      

Este artículo es una síntesis de un trabajo de investigación realizado en el marco de convocatoria de la Universidad Blas Pascal (2017-2018) cuyo objetivo surgió como consecuencia de la importancia de considerar como relevante todo aquello vinculado con la gestión de riesgos y su impacto en el gobierno corporativo. ABSTRACT: This article is a synthesis of a research work carried out within the framework of the Blas Pascal University (2017-2018), whose objective arose as a consequence of the importance of considering as relevant everything related to risk management and its impact on corporate governance.

La introducción de innovaciones tecnológicas en emprendimientos productivos tradicionales puede generar un impacto significativo en términos de productividad, producción e ingresos. Este es el caso de Quimbaya orfebrería que, aplicando tecnología de impresión 3D a su proceso productivo, mejoró exponencialmente sus indicadores de rentabilidad. ABSTRACT: The introduction of technological innovations in productive small companies can generate a significant impact in terms of productivity, production and income. This is the case of Quimbaya who, applying 3D printing technologies to their production process, exponentially improving their profitability indicators.  

En el marco del capital humano, la gestión del desempeño emergió como propuesta innovadora. Está probado que proporciona valor, pero se encuentra muy cuestionada.  Este texto revisa la bibliografía con foco en las propuestas para su mejora, presentando los debates que la componen y nuevas herramientas para su implementación. ABSTRACT: In the field of human capital, performance management surfaced as an innovative proposal. It has proven to add value however, it’s deeply questioned. This text reviews its literature, focusing on the ideas for its improvement, presenting the debates that make it up and new tools for its implementation.

The article explores how the column that Roberto Arlt configured in 1937, after his trip as a correspondent throughout Spain and Africa, works within El Mundo as a kind of "hinge" wich connects the cable section’s information material (which was focused on current’s warike news) with the literary notes that were published on page six; thus converting the author of the famous "Aguafuertes porteñas" into a "universal chronicler". We analyze the way Arlt’s work is linked both with the stylized productions of some recognized writers who published "on the sidelines" of the news’ section, and the notes of certain correspondents who sent their war´s impressions from the battle fronts.

Tradition has been a key problem for artistic practices and theory since the beginning of Modernity. That means, by the same token, that it has been a vastly productive one. In the 1960s, the iconoclastic avant-gardes of the interwar period were reframed as the culmination of a great modern tradition; at the same time, a diversity of apparently “post-modern” practices were now posited, once again, to be a break in historical continuity. The three Argentine episodes discussed here belong to a constellation of problems mobilized by the imaginary of rupture. First, the problem of heritage in critic and curator Jorge Romero Brest’s reflexions on art. Second, that of genealogy in Borges and Bioy Casares’ satirical Crónicas de Bustos Domecq. Third, that of legitimacy in several texts and a “happening” by young critic Oscar Masotta. My goal, together with bringing together a series of apparently disparate episodes and problems, is to highlight the geopolitical and classist undertones that have marked this key issue of modern art in a cultural scene marked by its peripheral position and rapid social change.

This article analyzes the book Tierra y tiempo by Uruguayan Juan José Morosoli, by identifying elements of narrative construction from what is remembered and what is forgotten that lay the supports of the fictional apparatus that uses rurality to create an identity that can surpass frontiers. The land stops being a space to become a symbolic place where territories are unacknowledged by power. The memory in the characters of this author from Minas is marked by loneliness. The countryside, as a signifier, the stage of conjunction of the land, is what condemns and absolves, like what has been forgotten.
