Resumen
The purpose of the article is to develop the educational paradigm of the culture of environmental management for advanced education aimed at sustainable development. The methodological foundations of the research are established, presented by cultural-ecological, axiological, personal-activity, integral-situational methodological approaches. The key research methods are defined: system-structural analysis, generalization, systematization, design, and pedagogical experiment. Criteria, indicators and methods for diagnosing the formation of the components of the culture of nature management are revealed. Because of the research, a methodology for the formation of a culture of environmental management in the context of non-formal education was developed, including the goal, content, stages and technology of culturally oriented integral situations. To implement this methodology in educational practice, a program of activities for school “green teams” was developed: “We are in the cultural landscape of estates of our native land”, its purpose, content is revealed, the interconnection of the sections of the program with the technology of culturally oriented integral situations is shown. The results of a pedagogical experiment organized at the experimental sites of Minin University are presented. The results of the experiment, in which 360 high school students took part, made it possible to draw a conclusion about the effectiveness of the formation of a culture of environmental management among students in the context of non-formal education of cultural and ecological orientation.

Resumen
This research has been designed with the objective of analyzing the indicators of teacher motivation and performance to determine a factorial model of prediction in teachers. The methodology corresponds to a quantitative approach of a predictive nature, for this, two instruments were used and they were applied to two populations: the motivation instrument was applied to teachers and the teacher performance instrument, to students of the 4th and 5th year of secondary level. The participants were made up of 59 teachers and 197 students. The KMO index was 0.636, this allowed a factor analysis that follows a methodological process of seven well-defined phases. The results yielded three clusters: extrinsic and transcendental motivation (cluster 1); intrinsic motivation (cluster 2); and teaching performance (cluster 3) in which two eigenvalues greater than 1 were obtained, allowing us to propose two main component models that predict the indicators of the study variable.

Resumen
The relevance of this research is determined by the modernization and regionalization of the education system in the context of the requirements of new Federal State Educational Standards (FSES), and taking into account the specifics of school education in the North of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) based on an indigenous approach. The purpose of the study is the variable organization of school education in the North, taking into account the specific traditional way of living and activity of the indigenous peoples of the North. Guiding research approaches are sociocultural, ethnopedagogical, and active in in terms of the local applied character of the study. The authors of present study reveal the features and problems of school education organization, and the ways of its variable implementation according to the requirements of FSES in the specific conditions of the North.Research methods. The guiding method of the study is a pedagogical experiment, an analysis of school education in the North in the context of an indigenous approach, and the implementation of the program “We Are Children of the Land of Olonkho”. The authors prove the necessity to expand social functions of rural schools in the North in terms of socio-pedagogical centers development in the places of compact residence of indigenous peoples.

Resumen
The purpose of the article is to identify the motives, types, and areas of volunteering in the system of emergency response in the Lipetsk region, Russia. To obtain quantitative characteristics of the problem studied, we have used the method of mass polling at the place of residence, work, and study of respondents. The main motive for participants in volunteer activities is the altruistic reason. 8.1% of volunteers have defined their sphere of activity as volunteerism in emergencies. 31.9% are potentially ready to help people in emergency situations. This variance in figures we could explain by the fact that many volunteers do not have enough necessary skills. Besides, the participation in emergency situations liquidation, traffic accidents, fire extinguishing, etc., is associated with possible risk.

Resumen
The objective of this work is to determine the relationships of the psychological risk variables: life satisfaction, self-esteem, achievement motivation and future expectations of adolescents from a Peruvian jungle town who live in poverty. The methodology is based on a cross-sectional study, where relative and absolute frequencies were deduced, in the same way measures of central tendency and dispersion, thus the relationships of the variables were also analyzed through Pearson's Chi square with a reliability of 95%. The adolescents involved in the study had a mean age of 14 years, the majority 69 (53.5%) were male and 37 (28.7%) without schooling. Also, 102 (79.1%) reported low life satisfaction, 68 (52.7%) low self-esteem, 90 (69.8%) low achievement motivation, and 86 (66.7) low future expectations. A significant relationship was found between the variables sex (p = .011) and life satisfaction (p = .054) with future expectations. Likewise, future expectations were related to life satisfaction (p = .054) and self-esteem was related to achievement motivation (p = .004). In conclusion, All the psychological risk variables report a high prevalence of the low level, sex and not having schooling have a significant influence, reinforced by the condition of poverty in which they live. It is necessary to promote the psychological health care of this population through the implementation of the community mental health service in the Peruvian jungle.

Resumen
This article aims to explore the developments in the legal protection of inventions in the European Union (EU) from the perspective of regulatory measures on the matter and the rules of procedure in order to identify appropriate regulatory models. Based on analytical reflections on the information obtained from relevant sources and literature and dialectic method, the author analyzes the provisions of the EU regulations that create patterns of legal framework and patent protection from the point of view of consolidating the novels of substantial legislation and practice and procedural. The article is based on analytical reflections on information taken from sources and literature and descriptive approach to the legal regulations in the field under study. The results are presented in a system and comparison of the protection regimes - current and previous - of patent rights in the EU. Thus, the theoretical and practical importance of the results obtained is determined by the fact that the reader will have modern scientific information on the state of EU legislation in the field under study, which will contribute to understanding the gap (or your absence). on the achievements of researchers and professionals in Russia and abroad in this area.

Resumen
The aim of the article is devoted to analyzing political and legal representations of the concepts of relations between two public institutions: the Church and the State, suggested by modern academics. Emphasis has been placed on the fact that the model of the religious and power synergy has been transformed by the existing system of values and is legally enshrined. The general dialectical scientific method enabled the authors to consider the problem of reformation of the religious legislation in the Russian Federation at the present stage; to demonstrate the changes in the religious legislation of the Russian Federation depending on a combination of internal and external factors affecting it. The results of the study let the authors draw the following conclusions: the institution of religion in the modern world cannot avoid participation in settlement of political processes. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a mechanism for implementation of constitutional principles for the ties between the State and the Church.

Resumen
The objective of this study was to psychological analysis of Forough Farrokhzad poems based on A. Adler and K. Horney theories. This research has been done using descriptive method and content analysis in which researchers’ study Forough Farrokhzad works. Results show that Forough Farrokhzad has always been encountered with censorship and people's pessimism in our society that our traditional culture could not put up with her freedom that reflect her emotion, thoughts, and affections in her poems. These poems reflected both the difficulties she’s been through and also echo her psychological problems including inferiority, submission, aggression, and dissociative disorder. Indeed, her self-disclosure, supremacy, and self-chosen solitude were intentional attempted to cover and healed her weaknesses. After analyzing about Forough, we identified that her negative attitude to world and pessimism has created paranoia in some of her poetry. She was a pessimist in some of her poems and saw all the men and sometimes all the people as her enemy.

Resumen
The purpose of the research was to demonstrate the positive influence of the neurolinguistic programming proposal in the potential improvement of the voluntary attention of schoolchildren in public institutions in the urban area of Buenaventura, Colombia. The methodology of this work is hypothetical deductive with an explanatory research level, the design in the study was experimental, with a quasi-experimental sub-design, longitudinal cut, where an evaluation pre-test was applied at the beginning of the academic cycle and a Post-test at the end, to two study groups divided as a control group and an experimental group, the strategy consisted of applying the neurolinguistic programming proposal to the experimental group to evaluate its effect and compare it with the control group. It was shown that there is a positive influence of the neurolinguistic programming proposal linked to learning styles in voluntary attention in transitional students in Buenaventura, Colombia.

Resumen
The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the educational program “How important it is to pay taxes!” oriented to develop knowledge and favorable attitudes about tax culture in high school students of a private educational institution of Juliaca. The research is framed in a quasi-experimental design with pre and post intervention evaluation, in which the participants were divided into two groups: experimental (GE = 30) and control (GC = 30). In this case, it was the GE who received a total of 10 educational sessions distributed in 3 modules: knowledge, perception and attitudes. To determine the effectiveness of the program, a questionnaire was applied that measured the tax culture used in a similar investigation and validated by experts in financial education. The results indicate that before the intervention six participants of the GE (20%) demonstrated knowledge about tax culture at a low level, 19 at a moderate level (63.3%) and five at a high level (16.7%); after the intervention, none showed a low level, 19 a moderate level (63.3%) and 11 a high level. According to the hypothesis test, the student t statistic revealed significant differences between the scores found before and after the intervention (t = -7.509, p <.05), while the differences in the control group were more non-significant percentages (t = .648, p> .05). It is concluded that the educational program positively increased knowledge, perceptions and favorable attitudes towards the tax culture in adolescents, in order to promote ethical compliance with tax obligations.
