The effects of climate change are creating instability in agriculture. In this sense, the purpose of this literature review article is to publicize the effects that climate change is causing on smallholder coffee farms in Peru and to describe the methods used to determine global warming, as well as alternative solutions. It is concluded that climate change is negatively affecting coffee crops, by the introduction of diseases such as rust in 2013 and 2014 decreased coffee production by 109. 500 tons (t), the effect affected the variety of coffee typica. Consequently, families have had to adapt and live with the rust; Thus, new coffee plots have been implemented, planted at higher altitudes (1500 nsnm). Likewise, the price of coffee is unstable, for the year 2013-2014 it remained S / 6.33 to S / 4.89 per kg. Faced with the difficulties that existed, the Peruvian state has encouraged the planting of coffee (catimor) from 2014 to 2018, increased by 79,755 hectares of cultivation.

In recent years the internet has positioned itself as a useful, functional and necessary tool for students to develop mainly their academic and social activities. However, it’s inappropriate and excessive use could cause physical and psychological problems in students, affecting their quality of life. For this reason, the present research aimed to determine the relationship between internet addiction and aggressiveness in students at the secondary education level of a public educational institution in Madre de Dios, Peru. The research had a quantitative approach, an experimental design and was correlational. The sample consisted of 170 students to whom the Lima Internet Addiction Scale and the Aggression Questionnaire were applied, instruments with adequate levels of validity and reliability. According to the results, the students were characterized by moderate levels of internet addiction, average levels of aggressiveness and it was determined that the correlation coefficient between both variables was 0.643 with a p-value lower than the significance level (p<0.05). It was concluded that there is a direct and statistically significant relationship between internet addiction and aggressiveness.

This research aims to carry out the state of the art of the absorption capacity of knowledge, learning and information technologies (IT) in organizations; The references studied formulate relationships between the aforementioned variables in an incipient manner, so this article systematizes the information and proposes a graphical representation of complementarity between them. The methodology used is based on a systemic literary review, applying a bibliometric search of the variables using the Scopus and Science Direct databases by means of a documentary analysis, with an analytical-synthetic process based on the categorization of the capacity of absorption of knowledge, capacity for absorption of knowledge and learning and finally capacity for absorption of knowledge and information technologies, using criteria based on population, unit of analysis and year of publication for the final selection of articles. The result is the elaboration of graphical representations that outline the variables independently, as well as the relationship between them.

The relevance of the present investigation is revealed in the study of the works introduced in terms of textology in the works of the poet A. E. Kulakovsky. The analysis of the conceptual conclusions, related to the culture of the Sakha people, provides the substantiation of the new facts of the biography and personality of the writer, who performed a special historical mission in the spiritual life of the society.Therefore, the objective of the study is to expand the parameters of the scientific argumentation of the analyzed texts of Kulakovsky, in order to reveal the meaning of his first publications. The authors of the present investigation apply cultural and hermeneutical methods of philology in the context of the comparative typological analysis of texts, sources and documents.The results of the study suggest the confirmation of Kulakovsky's concept of discourse as narrative, introduced in his works on ethnography and folklore. The systematization of the writings of the mentioned author is situated at the intersection of the problems of linguistics, cognitive psychology and sociology. It is worth noting that the presence of the practical elements of Christian culture in the beliefs of Sakha and in the work of Kulakovsky.

Within the framework of this article, an attempt is made to study the information potential of documents from the personal collection of Mikhail Z. Vinokouroff, stored in the Alaska State Library, their source analysis will determine the directions of their further scientific use. Numerous documents and diaries, letters and notes, books and photographs of the archival fund of the bibliophile are the objects of attention of scientists and researchers of the issues of the Russian Orthodox Church, historians, bibliographers, linguists, literary scholars. As a result of the study, the main directions of the effective scientific use of documents from the personal archive of M.Z. Vinokouroff. In addition to studying unpublished diaries and notes of a bibliophile, the collection contains letters from St. Innokentii Veniaminov, as well as documents reflecting the political and literary life of Yakutia in the first third of the 20th century.

Attitude towards the environment is an indicator of environmental behavior and is manifested in the action and pro-environmental regulations. The purpose of this study was to know the relationship between behavior and responsible environmental attitude in university students in Lima, Peru. The approach was quantitative, with a descriptive-correlational design, and the sample consisted of 287 male and female students from different careers. The instruments used were two scales that measure the environmental attitude: perception of environmental problems, perception of reasons for environmental problems; intention of pro-environmental behaviors and, types of environmental concerns; the same ones that independently evaluate the attitude and proambiental behavior. The positive relationship between responsible environmental behavior and attitude was determined, as well as between the component factors of the variables.

This article aims to outline approaches to pre-trial dispute resolution in the establishment and development of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) in the form of voluntary settlement. with emphasis on building a system of alternative procedures. In this context, this study provides an understanding of the development vector of ADR in the BRICS format, based on relatively new legislation, which has not been adequately reflected in academic sources. Based on analytical reflections on information obtained from sources and literature indicated in the references, the article analyzes the provisions of the acts and normative documents of the BRICS countries, creating patterns of ADR development and the potential for its use from the position of principles legal. The results are presented in a set of legal prescriptions and scientific provisions within the current legislation regarding the field of research.

The objective of this research was to show how actively the legal analogy mechanism is applied in current civil law practice, identifying the reasons for the main role of legal analogy as an active tool in the justice administration process. The method of analogy was considered as the key tool of the object of the study, and together with the special comparative legal and technical instruments, the author applied general logical methods that are characteristic of the most civilized studies, such as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison and generalization. Furthermore, the author defined some important cases that were decided by applying legal analogies and may form the basis for future investigations in the development of relevant judicial practice. In this sense, the author's contribution consists of a new concept of the correlation between the development and breakdown of legal standards and the degree of demand for legal analogy in jurisprudence.

The article examines the health of future teachers through the educational process. The relationship between trends in the development of pedagogical education with the unpreparedness of future teachers and teachers-practitioners to We came to the conclusion that health education - is the organization of training, which provides accounting for the capabilities and abilities of the individual, creates appropriate conditions for protection, preservation and individual abilities, maximum disclosure of physical, mental, spiritual and moral potential, achieving important personal goals for a healthy lifestyle. It has been confirmed that the practice of health education is formal, because high school teachers are not prepared for this type of activity. An indicator of the effectiveness of training future teachers for professional activities is their readiness for healthy education of young people. It is established that readiness for health education involves the ability to use knowledge of the theoretical foundations of health, mastering the methods of health, value orientations, the need for creative self-expression, evaluative-reflexive correction and prevention of factors that negatively affect the well-being of participants. This complex personal education in its development goes from low, medium to high levels, which differ in the degree of manifestation of criteria and indicators. It is emphasized that the health of young people is an important strategy for optimizing modern education and a prerequisite for its quality.

The purpose of present study was to identify and prioritize the effective factors of electronic learning effectiveness in the Ministry of Education of Iran, using a hierarchical analysis and through a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of present study included managers and experts of Education Organization and a sample of professors with Ph.D. in Educational Sciences as well as experience of teaching in electronic training. Therefore, purposeful non-random sampling method was used to select the sample size. The used tool was a hurricane-thinking questionnaire. Indicators were organized as a questionnaire in the form of 5-point Likert scale and the effective factors of electronic learning effectiveness were identified through implementing subsequent rounds. The reliability of research tool with 28 items was calculated equal to 0.88 using Cronbach’s alpha. Data analysis in the section of identifying effective factors of e-learning effectiveness was performed using Delphi method and utilizing from SPSS Software and in the section of prioritizing was performed through AHP method using Expert Choice Software.
