Resumen
This study proposes different approaches and models to analyze the factors affecting the development of professional competencies of lecturers at the University of Applied Science and Technology (UAST) in Tehran Province by using the lecturers’ viewpoints. This is an applied-quantitative descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population included all the 14000 lecturers of the UAST in Tehran. The sampling standards were employed to select 384 participants as the research sample. Based on the conceptual model, the research questions and hypotheses were then addressed through a researcher-made questionnaire and the items extracted from the statistical sample. In the descriptive statistics, data description was presented through both contextual and primary variables; however, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling, and factor analysis were employed in the inferential statistics to analyze the research hypotheses. According to the research data, effective teaching and skill training improvement of lecturers had the greatest and smallest impacts, respectively, on the development of their professional competencies at the UAST. The standardized beta coefficients of these two variables were reported to be 0.591 and 0.368, respectively.

Resumen
The objective of this study was to The Use of Multi-Criteria Decision Making to Introduce and Rank of Design Criteria of Reward in Construction Projects. In this research, the design criteria of rewards in construction projects are ranked. In the present study, in order to identify and rank the criteria of employee reward allocation the methods of Demetel and expansion of the performance of fuzzy quality in two steps were used. the results showed that the professional ethics is the most important criterion for reward allocation to the employees in the construction projects. Results show that considering the work environment of construction projects, maintaining discipline and having organizational commitment and helping others is very important. Also, having the spirit of teamwork and cooperation with others is very important for working in such environments. One of the notable points in the findings of this study is the less attention paid by construction managers to the use of labor quantity measurement indicators as a criterion for reward allocation and more attention to quality criteria such as professional ethics, creativity, etc., which shows the difference between the nature of the work and the end product of this industry with manufacturing industries such as parts manufacturing.

Resumen
The objective of this study is to verify the effects of artivist pedagogies on democratic coexistence and cooperative learning in schoolchildren in vulnerable contexts. The approach was quantitative, experimental design. Two experiments were structured with experimental samples of: a) 85 students from fourth to sixth grade of Primary Education, b) 65 from sixth grade of Primary Education. It was found that: 1) popular artivist pedagogy based on cultural aspects (problems and folklore) develops democratic coexistence in vulnerable contexts, 2) pedagogy based on dactyl theatrical painting develops cooperative learning in a meaningful way and its dimensions, although the interaction Individual is a complex aspect to develop. Therefore, it was determined that popular artivist pedagogy and the experience of dactyl theatrical painting are useful pedagogies for the development of democracy and cooperation for healthy living in contexts of school vulnerability.

Resumen
The present study shows the results of the research carried out on the perception of the inhabitants of the Barranca district in Lima, Peru, regarding the influence of environmental noise produced by vehicular transport. As a methodology to collect information, a survey was applied, with which it was confirmed if people considered that vehicular noise affected their daily work and then, to those who responded positively, the instrument was applied with five questions and four levels of response. The results were treated with descriptive statistics (frequency analysis) and inferential statistics (Friedman's Variance) to establish the degree of relevance of each factor. It was obtained that the majority considers that vehicle noise does not affect (58.2%) and that those who consider that it does affect place lack of concentration as the most important problem, followed by stress and aggressiveness. There is a significant difference between the results of the questions with a 95% confidence level. Likewise, the questions were placed in three groups according to the Friedman test (bad mood and hearing loss, stress and aggressiveness, concentration), which present statistical equality within groups and differences outside groups.

Resumen
This study sets out to establish the effects of problem-based learning on translator instrumental competence in students of the School of Translation and Interpretation of a private university in the city of Lima. Focused on the search for explanations regarding ability to know how to translate, present and absent in university students and if this competence was due to the multiple tasks assigned. Developed within the neo-positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, substantive type, non-experimental design, deductive hypothetical method. The population consisted of 233 students and the sample of 145 calculated by random probabilistic sampling, which were supplied with a battery of questions (Likert scale). Which were validated by content, the reliability of high consistency for both variables established by Cronbach's Alpha. The hypothesis test was carried out through Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient, whose value was 0.852 (p> 0.05), from which it was concluded that problem-based learning does not significantly influence the translational instrumental competence of students, however We identify that 80% of students present strategies in the elaboration of tasks as well as instrumental translation competence.

Resumen
In the present paper an analysis of the epistemological foundations on which the educational field has been founded since its origin until today is made, in order to understand in depth the current situation of educational research. To this end, a historical-epistemological study is carried out. This study seeks to uncover the justification that, in each moment and context, has founded the said field. This path shows that, at first, historicity (referred to the contextual, non-rational, non-scientific) was deliberately set aside to guarantee the development of a rational science. Later, and due to the persistence of certain epistemological problems, this historicity is understood as a value and becomes the disciplinary foundation. The work argues that the use of historicity as a criterion of justification (either to eliminate it or to use it) is not sufficient criterion to base the field. It requires a criterion that transcends the limits of the discipline itself and allows to face the problems related to historicity and consequent incommensurability.

Resumen
Values are considered a guide or pattern of behavior that guides the particular ways of being and living of the individual. Furthermore, they form the criteria of judgment, preference and choice that lead to a certain action. In this sense, the objective of this research is to know the practice of values during the professional training of university students, prioritizing respect. For data collection, a self-made questionnaire of eight items was applied to an intentional sample of 100 students, with ages ranging from 18 to 20 years old, within a public university located in the south-southeast of the United Mexican States. The results indicate that the participants consider practicing the values; however, these outcomes powerfully attract attention, since in counterpart they manifest the lack of ethical practices in daily coexistence within the academic institution. Among the conclusions, the need to establish actions that reduce the presence of conflicts in academic life and professional relationships is pointed out, thus forming an ethical environment for the future generation of work.

Resumen
The process of social reproduction is a necessary basis for the existence of human society and, at the same time, it is understood as the system of production, distribution, exchange and consumption. Investments, first of all, determine the first link of this system (production), and serve as a material basis for development. Despite this obviousness, discussion about the modern role of investment in the development of the economy in general, and the social sphere in particular, has recently become relevant in the scientific environment. Therefore, this article investigates the content of investments in the context of their functional role in expanded reproduction.
