The objective of this work was to perform the construct validity and reliability study of the CEADED instrument that evaluates attention to diversity among dance students at the university level. An instrumental study was carried out based on the following steps: 1) determine the validity of the construct through the use of factor analysis; and 2) analyze the reliability of the instrument. The instrument was applied to a sample of 453 dance professional students from various universities in Mexico, and the factorial analysis was carried out using the method of extraction of factorization of principal axes iterated with Oblimin Direct rotation. The factorial analysis showed eight factors that explained 65.260% of the variance and the reliability was of a Cronbach's alpha of 0.957.

In addition, it has unified, awakened, and sued ethnics all over the national borders because of mutual history and identity. According to the results of research, the ethnic belonging of Kurdish and Turkish students was higher than others, and these ethnicities have more complete awareness about their history, epic, land, ethnic customs, rituals, industry, style of clothing, and local cuisine. In addition, they adhered to marriage, companionship, and cooperation with their people and were proud of their native names.

The goal of this study was to investigate the impact of using metacognitive awareness instruction (MAI) on EFL learners’ writing skill and their intrinsic motivation. To follow this goal, three research questions were designed and proposed. The questions sought to explore the impact of using metacognitive awareness instruction on the writing performance of the learners and also to know if any meaningful relationship could be observed between the learners’ writing development and their intrinsic motivation. To these goals, two groups of high school EFL learners established the participants of the study. To collect the data of the study, three instruments were used: a test of homogenization, pre and post writing tests and finally intrinsic motivation questionnaire developed and examined by (Renee Payne, 2007). The achievements of the study indicated the positive impact of using MAI on the writing improvement of the learners. Moreover, the writing motivation of the learners significantly increased. Finally, meaningful relationship could be observed between the writing levels and the motivation orientation of the learners.

The study has been carried out with the double objective: to determine the dimensions of the profile of the research teacher and to select the procedures to strengthen the referred profile. The profile of the research professor has become a vast and complex universe, controversial, even adverse in several aspects, in which universe many questions are posed, leaving no objective, clear, precise, and convincing answers. In this context, the profile of the research teacher has been studied: its dimensions and procedures to strengthen them. It is concluded that the profile of the research teacher presents the following dimensions: pedagogical, professional academic, emotional intelligence, ethics, publication, permanence and visibility. In addition, it is strengthened through the guidance of the expert investigator, state legislation, investigative training, and attendance at research events.

The hypothesis stated that there was a significant influence of the gender approach and social relations on students' social learning. The methodology was based on a quantitative approach with a non-experimental design of correlational-causal level. The sample was 142 students. The survey technique was used and the instruments were 3 questionnaires. The result of the hypothesis test determined that social learning depends 20.8% on the use of the gender approach and social relations in students, the Chi-square value is 23.6 and p. value is equal to 0.000 against the statistical significance α equal to 0.05, meaning rejection of the null hypothesis. It was concluded that the gender focus and social relations in social learning are in a trend of achievement, representing a significant influence in the social learning of fifth year students of the Francisco Bolognesi School. The objective of this research was to determine the relation between psychological well-being and resilience in students of the Institute of Public Pedagogical Higher Education “Nuestra Señora del Rosario” in the city of Puerto Maldonado, 2019. The research approach was quantitative, the design was not experimental and correlational level. The sample was made up of 134 students and was determined by a stratified probabilistic sampling, the data collection instruments were: the Sánchez Cánovas Psychological Welfare Scale and the Wagnild and Young Resilience Scale (ER). The results determined that psychological well-being was directly and significantly related to resilience since Spearman's rho correlation coefficient was 0.702 with a p-value below the level of significance (p = 0.000 <0.05). The present study describes the importance of leadership styles from a theoretical review approach. The review of theories of leadership styles must be determined from theories of leadership itself, in order to understand this phenomenon in a suitable psychosocial context. This review shows that the theoretical approach to leadership has been approached from various perspectives and what criteria, in turn, have evolved over time, from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day. Understanding this conceptual evolution is the key to achieving an accurate description of leadership styles and knowing their specific applications in organizations. The findings, based on the theory consulted, indicate that the importance of leadership styles lies in the degree of synergy they have, as they care about both the people and the objectives of the led organization; Furthermore, the most important leadership styles are those that guide the conduct of leaders through specific strategies and determined to a limited number of specific cases, that is, a particular type of organization.

The school is the real and concrete space where those values traced in the curricular design of each educational system crystallize. It is here that there should also be a reflexive interaction that questions the citizen about the current cultural customs and those social and personal values more convenient to promote the welfare of the community. This entails the responsibility of raising adjustments to improve coexistence in society without compromising one's cultural roots. The delicate balance between these variables will produce harmony; otherwise, we will obtain a crisis that will generate antagonistic positions and in the place of peace we will only find a social gap. In this article we will address the deep relationship between the triad "education, values and ideology"; since every school situation, whatever the ideological position assumed, will be impregnated with certain values that impact on the education of people by the way they are conceived and incorporated into the curriculum.
