Resumen
Executive organizations need to design strategic processes in order to use effective human resources for increased productivity. So, this research aimed to provide a human resource management model based on knowledge management in executive organizations in Sari, Iran. This research is applied in terms of purpose and its method is survey research. The nature of this study is descriptive with the type of correlation. The statistical population includes: 1) 15 experts familiar with the field of human resource management who were selected using the selective method; 2) employees who work in the executive organizations of Sari (29,697 people) who, according to the Cochran formula, selected 400 people by random sampling by conglomerate method. Data collection was performed using a human resources management research questionnaire with 54 questions and knowledge management with 24 questions. The CVR was calculated as 0.97.4 and 0.95.1, respectively, and was acceptable. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was also estimated above 0.7, confirming the reliability of the instrument. In the data analysis, route tests and structural equation models were used using the Lisrel software. Based on the result, the strength of the relationship between the variables of human resource management and knowledge management was calculated at 0.48, which showed that the correlation is strong and desirable. The t statistic (4.99) was also greater than the critical value of t at the 5% error level, that is, 1.96, indicating that the correlation was significant. In conclusion, it can be said that human resource management and knowledge management as two coordinating components play a determining role in the organization's competitiveness with each other, and organizations that pay attention to these important components will definitely achieve their development and excellence. desired.

Resumen
The research relevance is connected with the fact that in domestic historiography the methodological problem of ways to overcome learning difficulties, associated with the lack of positive internal motivation, has not been practically studied with aspect of teaching English to students of military higher educational institutions. In foreign historiography, the issues of motivation formation under certain educational conditions are considered quite widely, however, without emphasis on the specifics of specialization of military higher educational institutions. The purpose of the article is to present the results of an empirical study conducted at the Military Medical Academy. The objectives of the article are to identify the actual motivation level to learn English among senior students of the Military Medical Academy; presentation of the main aspects in the methodology of creating a high loyalty atmosphere in English classes for senior students of the Military Medical Academy; consideration of further prospects for studies of the correlation between the high loyalty atmosphere and the sustainable positive motivation the formation for teaching English to students of the Military Medical Academy. The author of the article used the following methods: the content analysis of scientific literature, the method of pedagogical observation, statistical data analysis, as well as the method of sociological survey (questionnaire). The author of the article verified the scientific hypothesis of the study through the experiment on the basis of the Military Medical Academy (Moscow). In the experimental part of the study, elements of the high loyalty atmosphere were tested to form a positive internal motivation among senior students of the Military Medical Academy. During the experiment, the author of the article managed to bring out the high efficiency of the proposed methodology for teaching a foreign language by the example of training students in a military university.

Resumen
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of internship courses and entrepreneurship fundamentals on the entrepreneurial intention of students of applied science educational centers in western Iran. This research is in terms of degree of control and degree of control, field and in terms of method of obtaining facts and data is survey type and in terms of data collection, is causal-correlational. The statistical population of this study was 388 students of agricultural and undergraduate courses in Applied Science Education Centers in four western provinces of Iran (Ilam, Kermanshah, Lorestan and Kurdistan). Since the list of students who have completed internship and entrepreneurship courses is available, so the sample was selected as a whole sample and finally 250 questionnaires were returned. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose content validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The results of structural equation modeling (SEM) using Amos24 software showed that based on the model, in the standard case, the effect of the internship period on attitude towards behavior 0.08, perceived behavioral control 0.05 and subjective norms 19 Is 0 which is a weak to medium effect. Also, in the standard case, the effect of entrepreneurship fundamentals on attitudes toward behavior is 0.56, perceived behavioral control is 0.56 and subjective norms is 0.45 which is a moderate to strong effect.

Resumen
This study aimed to identify the indicators of human resource productivity in the executive organizations of Kohgiluyeh and the province of Boyer-Ahmad and to analyze their situation. This research is applied on purpose, descriptive-correlational in nature, using a survey research method. The statistical population was made up of all the employees of the executive organizations of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad (8,089 individuals), which according to the Cochran formula, the sample size was estimated at 366 individuals and the selection was based on a method of random grouping. To collect data, Goldsmith's (1980) employee productivity questionnaire was used. The experts confirmed the validity of the face and the content of the questionnaire, and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was higher than 0.7, which shows the consistency between items and the confirmation of reliability. To examine the data, an exploratory factor analysis was performed using LISREL. According to the results, the data obtained was adequately adjusted with the factor structure of the indicator of productivity of human resources and the items of this indicator were consistent with the construction of the infrastructure. The results of the subscales showed that the indicators of motivation (89.34), ability (87.15) and credibility (80.05) were respectively in first to third place in terms of level of human resources of the executive organizations of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad. In conclusion, it is suggested to emphasize the importance of competent and efficient human resources to improve organizational productivity and motivate human resources working in the executive organizations of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad to work more and be more efficient using material and spiritual incentives.

Resumen
Municipalities in Mazandaran province (Iran), like other service organizations, are working within legal frameworks. In light of the increasing importance of customer satisfaction and respect in municipalities, the objective of this article is to identify and evaluate indicators of social factors that affect the quality of educational services. The statistical population of the present study included experts and university professors in the Mazandaran province. 15 people were selected by a non-random sampling method. Based on previous studies, research literature, and interviews conducted, the questionnaire was designed and approved. Of 36 questions on social factors that affect the quality of educational services, 7 were related to the quality of educational services. The examination of the items of the questionnaire was carried out with the Delphi technique approach and the suitability of the components and dimensions was measured using the SPSS software. According to the results of the second round of the Delphi technique, 33 indicators of social factors that affect the quality of educational services and 5 indicators of quality of service obtained a score higher than 3. The educational services based on the criteria proposed by the experts included the behavior of the employees, in addition to their competence and skills, innovation in the provision of educational services, coordination and responsibility of the organization, organizational trust, organizational performance, social responsibility and the labor values of employees. Furthermore, the mean of all dimensions was between 4 and 5 (between appropriate and completely appropriate). In conclusion, there was an adjustment between all dimensions of social factors that affect the quality of educational services according to the proposed criteria.

Resumen
Postmodernity has crossed the boundaries of art and philosophy very quickly, and by challenging the philosophical foundations of the social sciences, it has a great influence on mastering the theorizing of these fields. Consequently, the science of policymaking in general, and theories of policymaking in particular, have not remained immune to postmodern doctrines. Having said this, the objective of this essay is the analysis and examination of the models of explanation of the policy formulation process based on an approach of the postmodern paradigm. To this end, the issues of rationality in postmodernism, rationality in policymaking, and approaches that follow various types of rationality are discussed. The main models for explaining the policy-making process that have drawn much attention from thinkers are outlined. Studies suggest that notions such as objectivity criticism, escaping rationality, superficial, and negation of origin, and notions such as improvement, development, and justice, are among the characteristics of the postmodern paradigm that influence the policy formation ideas. The influence of the aforementioned notions in the policymaking process should be seen as a reminder of issues such as the chaotic model in policymaking, power centers, pressure groups, the mechanism for including marginal and insignificant issues on the agenda, the lack of universal models and insistence on national models of development and public decision-making, pluralism and participation.

Resumen
Among the methodological issues of studying the problem of social orphanhood, an important place is occupied by the search for effective markers for assessing dynamics on the one hand, and the effectiveness of social policy in overcoming social orphanhood on the other. That attempt to systematically evaluate the scale and severity of the phenomenon, as well as the key factors that determine its dynamics. However, these approaches do not allow us to identify the connection between social work and the dynamics of improving the situation with social orphanhood in the region. The presented study proposes a new model for assessing the dynamics of social orphanhood. Its difference from other methodological approaches is that the main emphasis is on assessing the orientation of the complex of shifts in the processes of identifying, placement of orphans and canceling decisions on their transfer to families. This model allows us to assess the role of social policy in overcoming social orphanhood. In this model, we developed authoring methods for ranking the regions of Russia by the dynamics of indicators integrated into the "auspiciousness" index of changes in the social orphanhood. Also, the author presents a model that assesses the situation in the region from the point of view of the "social support efficiency index" to overcome the social orphanhood. The models used to assess the dynamics of social orphanhood have been tested as a tool for identifying key markers of the efficiency of social policy.

Resumen
This research presents an analysis of Martín Vizcarra as a political actor in the framework of the political and judicial consequences related to the corruption issue he is accused of, first, as regional governor of Moquegua (2011-2014), then as Minister of Transport and Communications of Peru (2016-2017), and, later, as the highest authority of the country (2018-2021). Methodologically, the information obtained from journalistic documentation and statistics is used. The work points out that Vizcarra strategically builds a political identity with which he opposes corruption and with which he counteracts accusations or denunciations of crimes during his different actions against the Peruvian public administration in order to favor his image as a politician.

Resumen
The objective of this research was to determine the relationship that exists between academic procrastination and anxiety in the students of the Professional Career of Education of the National Amazonian University of Madre de Dios. The research focus was quantitative, non-experimental design and correlational type. The sample was made up of 220 students to whom the Academic Procrastination Scale and the Zung Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale were applied, instruments with the required validity and reliability. The results indicate that 48.2% of the students present a high level of academic procrastination, 39% have a moderate level of anxiety and it was statistically determined that there is a direct and significant relationship between academic procrastination and anxiety (rs = 0.359; p = 0.000 <0.05). It was concluded that the more students procrastinate, their anxiety levels will be higher.

Resumen
The purpose of this research was to analyze and explain the organization's ethical values based on ethical business models and legal requirements to present a model to the Kerman Tax Administration (Iran). The present investigation is descriptive and exploratory, and of a combined type (quantitative, qualitative). Therefore, the orientation of this research was first to determine and identify the components of the organization's ethical values, in addition to reviewing the literature and the research background. The exploratory qualitative sampling method and the sample size due to access limitations are considered for this stage 11 people. This group includes managers and employees of the Kerman Tax Administration. According to statistics, there are 727 managers and employees of the Kerman Tax Administration. Because the type of research requires information from specific individuals, that is, specific types of people such as managers (19) and employees (708) who can provide the desired information in the research, they were selected as a statistical sample. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. In this research, ethical values include organizational justice, organizational commitment, corporate moral culture, and social responsibility of an organization. Patterns of work morale include professional morale, social morale, and individual morale, and legal requirements include appropriate services, quality of services, and trust. In the case of the ethical values measurement model based on ethical standards and legal requirements in the Kerman province, the correlation between variables is not more than 0.9. Therefore, there is no need to merge or remove them. Furthermore, all factor loads are greater than 0.5, indicating that all dimensions have good factor validity. Regarding the structural model of ethical values based on ethical patterns and legal requirements in the tax administration of the Kerman province, the relationship between the variable of organizational ethical models and the corporate moral values is positive and significant. There is also a positive and significant relationship between the variable of legal requirements and the ethical values of the organization.
