Resumen
The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of educational management on the teaching performance of teachers of Basic Basic Education in the department of Puno, during the COVID-19 Pandemic. It corresponds to an investigation with a quantitative approach, explanatory scope and non-experimental design, which included the participation of 650 teachers from 10 Units of Local Educational Management, to whom a scale of perception of educational management and a self-assessment questionnaire of the teaching performance, both valid and reliable; The analyzes were performed based on a significance level of 5% and a confidence level of 95%. The results show a direct and significant correlation between the variable educational management and teacher performance (r = .623, p <.05), in the same way with the institutional management dimensions (r = .523, p <.05), Pedagogical management (r = .499, p <0.05), Administrative management (r = .611, p <.05) and Community management (r = .514, p <.05). In addition to this, the multiple linear regression model explains the effect that the educational management variable and its dimensions have on the teaching performance of teachers in Puno. It is concluded that educational management, which can be understood as the strengthening of Educational Projects and the enrichment of pedagogical processes in order to respond to local and regional educational needs, is a determining factor that explains the level of performance they achieve teachers of Regular Basic Education in Puno during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Resumen
The study aimed to analyze the influence of learning chess on mathematical, attention, and concentration abilities in school-aged children of two Schools in Peruvian Amazon. First-grade secondary school students were selected from two schools in Puerto Maldonado city, public and private. The design of the study was quasi-experimental, pretest-posttest evaluations and a control group. Each group had between 18-30 students, and the experimental group was given chess classes twice a week for three months. To analyze the effect of the intervention a Generalized Linear Model was used. In the two abilities evaluated, the posttest results of the experimental group were higher than the control group. A significant effect of the application of sports chess was found in the development of abilities in mathematical reasoning, attention, and concentration (P < 0.001). In the public school, the effect of the program on mathematical reasoning was higher in boys than in girls (P < 0.05). Our results provide relevant information for schools to develop strategies to promote chess as a teaching strategy. We concluded that the implementation of a chess program influences the development of the intellectual abilities in school-aged children of Peruvian Amazon.

Resumen
Iran's lyrical literature and its elements have long attracted the attention of Iranian literary poets, such that they have manifested themselves in most works of art, even on epic and theosophical themes, as well as in literature. of resistance and constancy. The holy defense poems are representations of the thought and feeling of Iran at a time in its history whose emotional and affective aspects are of great cultural importance. The study method of this research is descriptive-analytical and the data collection method is bibliographic research based on content analysis. The lyrical elements of the envisioned poems are love, patriotism, waiting, thanatopsis and martyrdom, and attention to the emotions and feelings of the holy defense poets in later years, among others. Resumen
Throughout the history of Persian literature, there have been poets who have fueled the Persian literary treasures with their capable pen. In that sense, this article specifically examines and compares the poems of the sustainability of the two innovative and owners of style in Qaznavid era. On the one hand, Sanayi established a kind of social and critical poetry. Gnostic and Qalandar poetry with its lyrics and He freshened the religious doctrine with his Masnavis and expressed religious issues in the form of stories. On the other hand, the issues of sustainability literature are clearly evident in all of its poetic forms. Topics such as the fight against oppression and poverty, the invitation to lasting peace and the promotion of religious ethics. Masood Sa’d is one of the elite innovators of the Ghaznavi era, and his Habsiyeh (imprisonment), Shahrashoub, and his enchants show the genius of his poetry. His utilization of the components of sustainability is very significant especially in his imprisonment, and in other types of poetry, he has less. The present study tried to investigate these components regarding the limitations of article structure from a comprehensive perspective after careful study of the works of these two poets and acheiving the outstanding examples of sustainability literature.

Resumen
The present research work is about the representation of the total novel in Conversation in the Cathedral of Mario Vargas Llosa through the notions of oppositions and brittle realities. For this, the category of “broken glass” is proposed to understand a little better the fact that the destruction of cultural schemes is done by way of partitioning more or less visible pieces. And that no matter how much they configure a new aesthetic and that it has exploded in the very center of its axis, there are pieces of climatic moments of art history, permanent and in force in any new aesthetic. From this conception, the study will address the use made by Vargas Llosa of Realism, American & European literature, cinema, among others. Also, in this reconstruction of a totality, it will be observed that it is actually apparent, since it will be essentially split. Despite this, the contribution and narrative virtuosity that the author bequeathed in the notable years of Latin American Boom will be valued.

Resumen
The aim of this essay is to discuss two human-animal relationships that proved particularly salient in the early stages of the so-called Spanish Conquest and became dominant in the early modern Caribbean and colonial Mexican world. On the one hand, the conquistadors’ narratives stressed the importance of their horses and the figure of the conquistador riding on his horse became an iconic depiction of centauric superiority. The conquistadorial mounted couple contrasts starkly with an equally iconic human-animal relationship: the muleteer and the mule. Depicting labour as a collective of human and animal workforce challenged the social boundaries between what was considered human and animal in yet another historically relevant way. This article, therefore, stresses an approach that takes modes of interaction as a starting point to discuss body history in early modern Amerindian contexts beyond strict human/animal boundaries.

Resumen
The subject of animals’ rights and ethics has been discussed using utilitarian, universal rights and post humanist theory. We can easily understand them as the use and practice of agreed consensus, sympathetic imagination and the dialogue between species. Our aim in this essay is to analyze the aesthetic and affective implications of the above mentioned theories, in the late 20th. century Hispano-American literature (specially the one written by Mexican and Argentinian authors). For only thus can we visualize a change in our relations with the animal other.

Resumen
In this essay, I will analyze how “animalismo” became a crucial concept, intersecting the debates about race and gender which inspired the ideas of Spanish American intellectuals during the last quarter of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth. I will start by explaining how this concept became associated with scientific debates related to Darwinian evolutionism, and how the derived ideas fueled a new gendered racial normativity that gave rise to a crisis by the 1900s. In the second part, I will analyze how race, gender and sexuality became intrinsically related to animalism, and the problems that the association between humans and animals posed for political ideas about the nation.

Resumen
Two semesters ago I proposed a course around texts of different genres and moments, with the condition that they include representations of the animal, or directly animals. Each year the course is dedicated to literary forms and techniques. The fact that the readings refer to animals could be interpreted as a whim. But I do not think whims are irrelevant. Probably it happens the other way around: whim, curiosity, zigzagging exploration could be stimulating reading acts tin order to question installed premises which in literature are frequent, largely because they are easily adopted. And yet, it was not a whim; it was an invitation to perform a test, imprecise in its results, as I will explain
