Resumen
The purpose of the article is to describe and analyze the learning strategies used by Economics students with different academic performance in the period of remote teaching by COVID-19. Although the strategies that students use to learn were previously addressed by educational research, the study provides new evidence by placing the analysis in the unusual contexts defined by the pandemic. A non-experimental, descriptive research was conducted, using a self-report questionnaire answered by 94 students. The results reveal that resource regulation strategies were affected by the context of the health emergency. The evidence obtained is an important input for the design of learning contexts that favor the use of strategies and academic performance. According to the reported findings, hybrid proposals, which allow taking advantage of the benefits of virtuality, would be appropriate to favor students' strategic learning.

Resumen
A common approach among studies of police education in Brazil relates the influence of police academy and police street culture on police identity. In view of such perspective, the importance of Victor Turner’s processual analysis is undeniable, given the tendency to understand future policemen as liminoids, whose professional identity would be shaped, fundamentally, by police training academies and by police practical knowledge gained in the streets. Supported by ethnographic research with candidates who wants to join the military police in Rio de Janeiro, this paper suggests that far more than creating new identities, the spaces of training and police practice may reorganize and reinforce social representations and symbolic models that already shape, to some degree, the possible future cops. Joining the military police would be much more continuity than rupture with the candidates's previous civilian life.

Resumen
This paper aims to understand how the Social Sciences class was developed between the years 2000 and 2020 at the Rio Grande do Sul Police Academy on the formation course of police officers. The focus of this paper is to analyze the development of the Social Sciences class during the above period, including lesson materials, teacher selection and course workload. To this end, it employs the use of documentation on the teacher selection process, it's choice criteria and the development of the lesson materials and admission criteria. It concludes that there has been significant change in the way teacher selection is handled in its relation to the creation of more transparent hiring criteria. However, there's been significant decrease in course workload and consequent reduction in the quality of the subject's approach. Currently, there is no class exclusive to Social Sciences, as it is being taught only alongside Psychology.

Resumen
This article deals with a proposal to implement the inverted classroom methodology through hybrid teaching in training and improvement in the Military Police of Alagoas. The inverted classroom, together with a hybrid approach, brings together hands-on and face-to-face meetings, personalizes study, and increases the degree of teaching and learning. The research was aimed at demonstrating the importance of effective student participation in building their learning and proposing a new methodology using digital tools. It is also supported by a hybrid approach, sometimes different from the daily life of predominantly expository classes. In this analysis, it was demonstrated that the implementation of the inverted classroom methodology does not cause any harm to the base of military organizations. In fact, it presents a new educational bias, without excluding others practiced, preserving the traditions and concepts of Castro. Inserts the institution in a world educational level committed to innovations and continuous improvement in professional training. Through a bibliographical, documental research, regarding the quantitative and qualitative approach, it was verified the possibility of adequacy of the proposal to the Norms of Planning, Conduct and Teaching of the Military Police of Alagoas. This study was also built on the experience within the Center for Training and Improvement of Plazas, where, on several occasions, it is echoed by the academic community that theory is very different from practice. Thus, it is important to increase the possibilities of methodologies that can improve the understanding of what is being studied (theory) and its direct application in the final activity (practice).

Resumen
This work exposes how the emergence of a public policy to tackle domestic violence in Goiás, through the Patrulha Maria da Penha of the Polícia Militar de Goiás. It also shows how this military police unit uses Information and Communication Technology (ICT), WhatsApp, as a tool for the implementation and execution of public policy, in the creation of a public communication channel between patrol officers, women assisted in emergency protection measures and the general population. The article also presents the dimensions of fundamental human rights to list how the use of technology/communication/information is directly related to other fundamental rights in the case studied. In this way, categories were created in a Case Study that performed document analysis, made an exposition of exploratory interviews and observed in a participatory way the police service through the WhatsApp Hotline of Patrulha Maria da Penha in the city of Goiânia-GO in December 2020. As a conclusive proposal, it was realized that public communication optimizes the work of the patrol, while information is used as a way of guaranteeing other fundamental rights such as life, freedom, security, the culture of denunciation, access to public justice and free, as examples. It was also noted that the technological tool implemented in policing brought some assistants closer to the patrol and created a more informal and open environment for making complaints and settling doubts / generating information in the fight against domestic violence. However, the lack of standardization and the non-evaluative measurement of the use of the application compromises new public policy guidelines in force.
