Los estudios sobre lógica libre están más o menos consolidados, dada la cantidad de estudios sobre lógicas libres. Esta situación contrasta con los estudios sobre lógicas de términos, ya que estos son de reciente creación. Dada esta asimetría, en este trabajo exploramos un nexo entre ambas lógicas con el propósito de sugerir que la lógica de términos de Sommers y Englebretsen se comporta como una lógica libre.

The introduction of digital terrestrial television (DTT) brings multiple advantages. On the one hand, there are those advantages that allow optimizing the use of the radioelectric spectrum, such as (i) the possibility of transmitting in adjacent channels, (ii) transmission of multiple contents through the same radio channel, and (iii) the use of single frequency networks (SFN). On the other hand, another advantage, not fully exploited, is to offer interactive content and value-added services, such as learning (T-Learning), voting (T‑Voting), commerce (T-Commerce), etc. In ISDB-Tb interactivity, it is possible to use the GINGA middleware developed in Brazil. In Ecuador, ISDB-Tb was adopted as a DTT standard in 2010. Nowadays, and despite having passed several years, the implementation of ISDB-Tb in Ecuador is still in its early stages. Therefore, none of its most important features has yet been exploited. This article presents the design of an interactive application that allows products to be commercialized through DTT. The application design was developed in Ginga-J to allow security options. In addition, the company's database was created in MySQL with an APACHE server. The application enables the user to pay by credit card or by PAYPAL. The use of digital certificates and signatures was included to encode the information, protect the data and verify the identity of both parties, making the purchase a safe process. The use of digital signatures prevents the company from storing user financial data or making a fraudulent transaction, and vice versa. User acceptance tests (UAT) was determined that the application is practical, the content is organized and understandable, and its handling is like making a purchase online. Finally, the investment is verified with the discount in the balance of the user's account

This paper presents the results of the electromagnetic field simulation on the San Rafael - El Inga 500 kV overhead transmission line using the Finite Element Method with the FEMM software. The results obtained are contrasted with the measurements made on the site. With AutoCAD, the designs of the structures were raised at a 1: 1 scale, which was exported to the FEMM program to carry out the corresponding simulations of the electromagnetic field emitted by the extra high voltage transmission lines. The structures located at different altitudes above sea level were considered. Various alternatives of the transmission line geometry were simulated to determine the values of electric and magnetic fields to determine a suitable configuration that presents low values of the electromagnetic field. Finally, through the simulations performed in the FEMM program, the resulting adequate design for an extra-high voltage transmission line is shown.

The present work shows a variable frequency drive‎ design and implementation of a three-phase induction motor using the model predictive control algorithm (MPC). The strategy is based on the estimation of the internal model machine to be controlled. The simulation analyzes the controller's performance against variations in the estimation of the motor parameters at different operating points. The control system is implemented using the TMS320F28335 microcontroller and a three-phase two-level inverter using an IRAM 136 3063b. Finally, the performance of the experimental design is compared using computational tools

Wireless sensor networks apply to different topologies. A particular case is a linear topology included in the monitoring of large-scale linear infrastructures. Linear topology requirements differ from other topologies. The architectures and protocols for wireless sensor networks are references that are modified depending on the particular application. These architectures and protocols are very complex if applied to linear topologies with thousands of nodes. This paper discusses the existing standards and protocols applicable to linear wireless sensor networks, defines their particular characteristics, and how current protocols can satisfy the requirements of networks with linear topology. The information related to linear Wireless sensor networks, medium access control, routing, transport, and the specific needs of this type of network is presented. Finally, the challenges for the existing protocols and some challenges to the new protocol's design to linear topology are identified

A Constituição Federal brasileira de 1988 acompanha uma tendência mundial do pós 2ª Guerra Mundial de valorização e proteção dos direitos fundamentais do cidadão. Neste contexto, o artigo busca analisar o direito humano de acesso à informação pública, tanto constitucionalmente quanto no cenário internacional, por meio da prevista na Convenção Americana de Direitos Humanos e Pacto Internacional dos Direitos Civis e Políticos. Investiga também o direito no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro e como se desenvolve o seu cumprimento. O método escolhido foi o indutivo, pois parte da análise de pedido de requerimento de informações acerca do caso Garibaldi vs. Brasil apresentado perante o Sistema Eletrônico do Serviço de Informação ao Cidadão (e-Sic). O estudo conclui que o sistema jurídico brasileiro apresente avanços, como a promulgação da Lei de Acesso à Informação (Lei nº 12.527/2011), mas que há necessidade de aperfeiçoamento para alcançar a plena efetivação daquele direito para alcançar a cidadania à luz da convencionalidade.

O objeto deste artigo é o ProUni, como política pública permanente, de inclusão de vagas em cursos superiores em instituições de ensino particulares, para os alunos carentes, cuja renda per ‘capita’ seja baixa, com isenção de mensalidades ou com redução substancial delas. Esse Programa de bolsas é voltado para o aumento inclusivo da população carente no ensino superior, tendo como fator preponderante o aproveitamento do exame nacional, uma espécie de meritocracia. Por meio de revisão bibliográfica sobre o tema, foram abordados os controles administrativos e constitucionais relativos à execução do ProUni, com vistas à sua compreensão. Conclui-se que o conhecimento e a transparência dos mecanismos de ingresso no ensino superior por meio desses tipos de bolsas são ferramentas necessárias ao verdadeiro controle administrativo e social, podendo resultar em melhorias substanciais dessa política pública constitucional inclusiva a cargo da União.
