Resumen
Physical fitness is related to organic capacity of a subject to efficiently perform a certain physical activity. In the modeling of physical education classes, it is essential to have tools that allow the effective control of different capacities, and based on this, design the application of the specific physical stimulus, and pedagogical decision-making in general. The objective is to determine performance scales in physical fitness for male university students of the Higher Polytechnic School of Chimborazo. This work is based on a descriptive-analytical research of a quantitative and qualitative order. It is used a simple random sampling, a representative sample of 581 male students from the Higher Multi technical school of Chimborazo (17-38 years old) is selected, applying six assessment tests in physical fitness to form scales based on the percentiles application (95, 85, 75, 50, 25, 15 & 5.). In terms of results average values were reached in speed test (V50m: 7.75s), in the abdominal test (A30s: ≈ 23 repetitions), the arm push-up test (FB30s: ≈ 24 repetitions), the flexibility test (F: ≈ 2.5cm), the horizontal jump test (SH: ≈ 189cm) and the endurance test (R1000m:≈4.9min), making up the scales with seven mainl items. The performance scales in physical fitness for male university students of the mentioned university were determined. It is recommended to build and socialize results for the female gender.

Resumen
Sports training is a pedagogical process aimed at achieving adequate preparation of the athlete and systematically controlling his or her evolution. Boxing as a combat sport requires precise actions in a very short period of time because if one is faster in the technical action in the attacks, it is impossible to defend and counterattack. Hence the importance of working with the forward hand to win a fight. Therefore, the objective of this study is to propose a set of technical-tactical actions to contribute to the improvement of the work with the forward hand, the face and the trunk of the first category boxers of the Provincial Boxing Academy of Pinar del Río. A sample of five coaches and ten athletes was selected; all of them belong to the first category team of the Provincial Academy of Pinar del Río. Theoretical and empirical research methods were used, such as historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, systemic-structural, document review, interview, survey, observation and descriptive statistics. The actions are based on five basic premises and three moments of the training session, according to the technique to be executed, offering general orientations, exercises for the improvement (from the boxing school, from the combat school and from the fixed and hanging apparatus) and how to carry out the control. The theoretical evaluation by specialists and a practical application of three months corroborate that the proposal was effective.

Resumen
The insertion of new technologies in baseball, has optimized the systems for recording and analyzing information both in training and in-game, contributing to a more accurate control of a player's performance. In the present work, the Blast Motion Baseball sensor is applied with the objective of identifying the variables significantly influencing the performance of hitters in Cuban baseball. Batters (N=24) belonging to the National Baseball Series LIX were chosen because it is the Highest-level national event in Cuban baseball. The information was recorded during batting practice, while the batter was performing the task of hitting balls thrown by the coach from the front toss, over the arm at a distance of 30 feet and at a speed of less than 50 mph. The results of Blast Motion Baseball were then compared to the official statistics of the 59th National Baseball Series. The results found show that hitters with higher bat speeds, higher top hand speeds and more power achieve greater performance. Therefore, knowing these characteristics of a hitter's swing in real time helps to perfect the training process and forecasts the hitter´s performance.

Resumen
The rehabilitation process for amputees lacks a methodological instrument for developing muscular strength that allows them to achieve better levels of walking and balance. For this reason, a muscle strength development program was designed to achieve better gait and balance levels for the amputee. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the rehabilitating physical treatment of the amputee patient were analyzed to establish the diagnosis of the treatment. The structure, content and methodology of the program were also determined. Which was valued by expert judgment. The study was descriptive in a holistic nature with a non-experimental design. The sample was of 19 specialists, six physiatrists with more than nine years of experience, ten rehabilitators with more than eigth years of experience, an orthopedic and a Doctor of Science in Physical Culture with more than six years of experience, with an average age 45 years old, presenting a domain and level of knowledge on topic four obtained a medium and a high coefficient of 15. The applied methods were theoretical and empirical. The physical-therapeutic exercise program for amputated was structured. The experts rated the relevance and implementation of the physical-therapeutic exercise program for amputees with a strong expected effectiveness as very adequate. The preparation of the program was pertinent, since it justifies the need to guide the physical rehabilitators scientifically and methodologically. Conclusions and recommendations were reached.

Resumen
The practice of badminton since its beginnings in the high performance in the province of Pinar del Río, has managed to maintain a systematic work and with results that guarantee the stay of Pinar del Río athletes in the national elite, mainly in the double and mixed modality, however in the evaluation of the results of the pedagogic-technical tests and evaluations of the pedagogic objectives at national level are currently evaluated from Mal. With the objective of knowing such behavior, a meticulous study was made of the particularities of the technical execution of high hand strikes, which turns out to be the technique most affected according to observations made in training sessions and development of competencies. The research was developed in the seven athletes of the school category of the Eide "Ormani Arenado Llorch" from Pinar del Río. Through the interview and the observation as scientific methods, it was possible to verify the level of technical execution of high hand strokes in the badminton athletes of school category, detecting deficiencies that attempt to obtain superior competitive results.

Resumen
The analysis on the technique of the sport movements from the study of the variability of the movement is a new approach to the evaluation, diagnosis and control of the sport techniques. It was known of the existence of diverse investigations on the technique of the Launching of the Disk, however these they have not focused their analyses from the variability; neither they have offered procedures to make the analysis from this perspective. The objective of this paper is: to establish a procedure for the study of the variability of the technique in the Launching of Disk. The study was centered in a case of the masculine sex that has 15 years and that it trains Launching of the Disk in the School of Initiation Sport Scholar of Villa Clara. Cuba. As the research methods of the theoretical and empiric level were used as the study of cases, the study of the Biomechanics and the statistical-mathematical analysis. it is possible to verify that single two parameters showed high variability in the 9 made launchings, while the rest if it achieves a deviation standard smaller and therefore little variability in the movements, also, a high satisfaction of the users existed with the used procedure. The index obtained when applying the technical IADOV indicates that the introductory users' satisfaction exists with the certain indicators.

Resumen
Starting from the importance of coordinative capacities in sport, the objective of this study was framed in assessingthedevelopmentof balance coordinativecapacity in Greekwrestlingathletes, pioneercategory (11-12 years), ofthe Roberto Amarán Project in Pinar del Río, Cuba. To do this, we worked with a population made up of 12 athletes who practice this modality in said project, as well as 6 coaches in charge of carrying out the training process in the initial categories. As part of the scientific methods used, two static balance tests and two dynamic balance tests were applied to these athletes, as well as a control test under variable conditions, during the development of the teaching plan for the 2018-2019 academic year; in addition to using the interview with the coaches. The data obtained were processed through the statistical package IBM SPSS Statistics Viewer 20, using the percentage calculation, and the averages. The results obtained reveal inadequacies of the athletes studied in the development of this coordinative capacity that are manifested in an incorrect posture in relation to the location of the center of gravity, in the performance of the different technical actions of the sport discipline, derived in turn of inadequacies in the work of the coaches, who do not have enough tools for a systematic and adequate work with this coordinative capacity in their athletes.
