ABSTRACT: There are several uses and agencies exercised over the territories and their places. The core of these interests rests on the symbolic-economic potentialities of the products and artifacts that materialize the cultural diversity and the historical-cultural traditions of the places. In this context, Geographical Indications (GIs) appear as formal instruments that incorporate the valorization of local knowledge and its materialities, stimulating the actors involved in the territory to mobilize the most diverse resources to shape a unique product. From this point on, the objective of this study is to analyze how the forms of recognition of the specificities of quality and uniqueness of embroidery fillet in Alagoas are constructed from an IG seal. The material and method used in the study comprised materials collected by documentary surveys, individual interviews and observations, designing a corpus capable of maximizing the variety of meanings about fillet embroidery in the different stages of its valuation construction. The results and discussions indicate that organized agents, especially institutions, make up a complex network of actors able to create a more sophisticated product as they activate features that are peculiar to them to qualify it.

ABSTRACT: This is an account of the experience of the implementation of the Aging and Education Pedagogical Workshop: weaving possible paths in the Pedagogy course of Campus III of the State University of Alagoas. The aim of the workshop was to articulate the theoretical knowledge of aging at both the medical and psychological levels, in a teacher education environment, with the goal of raising awareness of being elderly. The workshop was developed in three moments: lecture; elderly participation and aging circuit. With this experience, the authors affirm that, in view of social changes and the increase of the elderly population, pedagogy becomes a favorable science for the dialogue of actions that give visibility to the needs of this portion of the population. They also highlight the great gain of education with the amendment in LDBEN 9394/96 through Law No. 13.632/2018 that added an item in article 37, ensuring lifelong education in social daily life and in different educational spaces.

ABSTRACT: This work aims to reconstitute historical and political paths that defined the current conditions of education in the state and that led Alagoas to adopt the school 10 as an educational public policy. The Escola 10 program constitutes a public policy of the state of Alagoas and consists of a pact for Education, initiative of the state Government, uniting state and municipalities, and seeks to guarantee the students ' learning rights, strengthening the regime of Collaboration between the federative entities involved. It has its actions directed to students of elementary School (3rd, 5th and 9th years), with goals related to learning and school flow. The research uses public policy analysis tools and the policy cycle proposed by Stephen Ball and Richard Bowe in order to analytically rebuild the formulation and implementation of school 10. The cut in this article contemplates part of the context of influence that delimited the formulation of the program, and underlined political traits that affect the high degrees of municipalization and relations between state and municipalities in education.

Resumen
ABSTRACT: Intestinal parasitoses represent a serious public health problem. They are related to socioeconomic and environmental factors that are responsible for the quality of life, sanitary conditions and nutritional status of individuals in a population. Enteroparasitoses are diseases promoted by helminths or protozoans that live in an endoparasitic relationship, lodging in their host's digestive system. Brazil, as an underdeveloped tropical country, has a favorable climate and socioeconomic situation for the occurrence of parasitic diseases. This work aimed to address through an integrative review the occurrence of enteroparasites in human infections in the northeast region. A descriptive integrative review study was carried out, using scientific content sites such as PubMed, LILACS, SCIELO and Google Academic where the keywords “Enteroparasites”, “Public Health” and “Socioeconomic conditions” were used as research sources, “Northeast Region”. The bibliographic search resulted in 601 articles, of which 14 were selected after analyzing the inclusion criteria. The state of Paraíba was the one with the largest number of articles published, followed by the state of Piauí. The state of Rio Grande in the North did not present any article published during the analyzed period. The most used methodology was spontaneous sedimentation. In the research conducted in the state of kkkk, Estrongyloides stercoralis was isolated from 2 stool samples, observed using the Rugai method. The species Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba coli and Entamoeba histolytica-dispar, were the most cited protozoa in the articles involved in the research. Among the helminths, Ascaris lumbricoides, Enterobius vermicular and Trichuris trichiuria were the most reported. The high prevalence of enteroparasites indicates the lack of effective public hygiene policies in schools as well as the poor sanitary, social and environmental conditions of the population studied.

Resumen
ABSTRACT: The umbu is one of the most important fruits for the caatinga, considering its great potential of production in face of the imposed conditions and great potential of utilization, but nevertheless it is a very perishable postharvest fruit, it needs studies of its conservation. The different levels and postharvest states have differences that can be controlled and mitigated in their rapid loss of acidity and economic value. With the prospect of promoting the expansion of umbu supply and reducing losses due to the rapid advance of ripening after harvest, the aim of this study was to evaluate postharvest conservation of umbus harvested at different maturity stages under modified atmosphere by quality characteristics. A completely randomized design with five treatments and three replications (five different maturation stages) was used for the study. Each treatment had 25 fruits. From each stage, three fruits were randomly taken for physical and chemical characterization, analyzed at the beginning of the experiment, after 7, 14 and 21 days of storage. Physical characteristics in relation to fruits were: soluble weight, pH, and sugar expressed as ºBRIX. The temperatures of the trays and the interior of the refrigerator and humidity inside the refrigerator were also observed. Data were subjected to analysis of variance (ANOVA) and means were compared by Tukey test at 5% probability using the statistical program SISVAR (FERREIRA, 2011). There was no significant effect in relation to pH between the five stages of maturation. The fruits with the highest pH value were those with a predominant coloration of yellow, and the one with the lowest value were the completely green fruits. The value ranged from 3.08 to 2.72. Soluble solids were lower in a green stage umbus, and the highest value was found in all-yellow fruits. The pH values of umbu remain stable between the ripening stages, and the highest value is found when the fruit has its peel with the predominance of yellow. 2.There is little variation in soluble solids.

Resumen
ABSTRACT Species of Ergasilus Nordman, 1832 are copepod parasites found worldwide in aquatic environments, and are considered to be major causes of disease in fish farming. One of its important hosts, Genidens barbus, occurs on the east coast of Brazil, in coastal waters, estuaries and the lower reaches of rivers, from Rio de Janeiro to Rio de la Plata, and is considered the most abundant sea catfish in the South and southeast of Brazil. The presence of unknown parasite species is still very large, so there is a need to know more about respect for existing parasitic biodiversity to help species that base new descriptions and even re-descriptions. Thus, the present study aimed to study the biodiversity of G. barbus ectoparasites collected in the Bertioga Channel - SP. We collected seven examples of this hosted by a local fisherman and brought to the Ichthyoparasitology laboratory in the city of Bauru, where they were necropsied. At necropsy, the gills were analyzed for ectoparasites. This organ was passed through the 75µm aperture screen and rinsed in running water and the contents were analyzed under the stereomicroscope for parasites. A total of 111 specimens of crowns parasitizing as gills were found, 40 specimens belonging to the species Ergasilus sp. (Copepoda: Ergasilidae) and the other 71 examples have not yet been identified. The species analyzed in the present study presented average intensity = 13.3 ± 2.44; average abundance = 5.71 ± 0.82 and prevalence = 42.9%. Thus, the study on parasitic biodiversity has presented as an important resource for a more specific knowledge of fish parasites not yet analyzed, as is the case of several species shown in the Bertioga Channel, one of the main Brazilian stages.

Resumen
ABSTRACT: The Zika virus belongs to the family Flaviviridae, genus Flavivirus and was discovered in 1947 in the rhésus monkeys in the Zika forest in Uganda in Africa. In the 1970s the virus spread and reached Indonesia, India, Pakistan and Malaysia. Its main vector in Brazil is the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Between late 2014 and early 2015, an outbreak of an exanthematic disease clinically different from dengue arose. Confirmation of the presence of Zika virus in Brazil took place in March 2015. Coincidentally in August of the same year, children with neonatal microcephaly began to be born in the states of northeastern Brazil. Given this unknown outbreak of microcephaly, the Ministry of Health has declared a national emergency. Soon after, a causal relationship was established between the Zika virus and the series of congenital changes that was later called Congenital Zika Syndrome. The present study focused on the following guiding question: Are there oral clinical changes in patients with Congenital Zika Syndrome? Aiming to report the clinical aspects of the oral cavity in patients with Congenital Zika Syndrome, through a bibliographic survey. This is a literature review, conducted in publications made from 2014, using the search platforms PubMed, Lilacs, Scielo, VHL and Google Scholar. These results indicate that there may be changes in the oral cavity in children with congenital Zika syndrome. Because it is a newfound syndrome, data regarding oral clinical findings in children with congenital Zika syndrome are few and still need to be further researched.
