ABSTRACT: A quilombola community is a space under construction subject to decentralization and globalization like all contemporary space. It is plausible to point out that the formation of memory sites within these traditional communities, despite being a manifestation that is lived in the present, transports the community to a past which gives meaning and unity to the group. In regards to this thematic, this article will cover the final data of the research project titled "Culture, black identity and resistance: The case of the remaining quilombo community of Pau d'Arco", in which, through the perception of the quilombola subjects about themselves and the group to which they belong, and their traditional narratives and customs, the researchers atempt to identify and understand how the memory sites of Vila Pau d'Arco, on the city of Arapiraca-AL, are constituted and how they function, thus composing a story of how its history was built. Methodologically, this is an ethnographic research associated with oral history, with a qualitative analysis of the data collected, which will be obtained through interviews and active observation, implying the imersion of the researchers in the socio-cultural universe of the subjects. ABSTRACT Cryptocurrencies are decentralized digital currencies that can have new units generated as a reward for the use of computational capacity, thus representing a rupture with the "traditional" model of currencies by replacing the trust existing in them due to a regulatory entity by an electronic system of based on cryptographic evidence. The expansion in adoption and volume of cryptocurrencies is a trend in the current context. Given such a panorama, and considering the fact that they are decentralized, could the crypto-currencies bring about some instability from the point of view of the relationship between state and economy? Thus, the present work aims to identify to what extent the advent of cryptocurrency and their recent expansion may interfere in economic policies and activities.  KEYWORDS: Virtual Currencies, Economy, Regulation.

The production of seedlings is an important aspect when you want to get a good quality product. Among the procedures performed for this activity, the choice of substrate is of great importance, since it defines the quality parameters of the seedlings produced. Among the alternatives, sewage sludge can be used as a substrate, associating its use with the production of Moringa oleifera seedlings, a species that has been the target of several studies due to its morphological and nutritional characteristics. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate the growth of Moringa oleifera seedlings in different concentrations of sewage sludge treated with limestone. The seeds were collected in the experimental area of the Agricultural School of Jundiaí (EAJ). The sludge was supplied by the sewage treatment plant of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse at EAJ. The sludge treatment was carried out at room temperature with limestone for its sanitization. The experiment comprised six treatments: T0: 100% sand (control); T20: 20% biosolids + 80% sand; T40: 40% biosolid + 60% sand; T60: 60% biosolids + 40% sand; T80: 80% biosolid + 20% sand; T100: 100% biosolid. Totalizing 32 sample units (replicates) for each treatment. The data were analyzed in the Bioestat program. According to the analyzes, the seedlings submitted to the treatments T0, T80 and T100 had growth at a lower height than the seedlings of the other treatments, where the best results were for T20, T40 and T60. There was no statistically significant difference between the mean values of the seedling diameter of the treatments with the presence of the sludge, with only those differences for the seedlings submitted to the control treatment (T0). The seedlings submitted to T60 presented better growth results in height, H / D ratio and number of leaves. There was no difference in the means of the PMSA, PMST and IQD variables, different from the PMSR and the PMSA / PMSR ratio, where there was a statistically significant difference, with higher T0 and T60, respectively. It can be concluded that the concentrations of sludge that presented the best results were 40 and 60%. It was observed lower growth of the seedlings submitted to the control (T0), T80 and T100 treatments. Therefore, the use of sludge for the production of seedlings is a technically feasible alternative.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to present the circulating HPV genotypes in a population from northeast Brazil. HPV was detected by nested-Polymerase Chain Reaction (nPCR) method using primers MY09/11 and GP5+/6+. HPV sequencing was performed by the method of Sanger. The HPV 16 was the most frequent (35.7%), followed by HPV 58 (14.3%). In conclusion, we identified, in one population from Northeast Brazil, a low prevalence of HPV 18 present in the vaccine provided by Unified Health System and a high prevalence of HPV 58 which is not present in this vaccine. ABSTRACT: In family farming, there are still barriers that prevent the producer from making a punctual disposal, we can mention: the lack of zootechnical knowledge; low capital available for replacement of bovine females and maintenance of farms. Thus, the objective of this study was to study and survey the main causes of discarding of dairy cattle females from the family farming herd of Jacaré dos Homens-AL. A quantitative exploratory research was conducted in the rural area of the municipality, applying 40 questionnaires to characterize the dairy producer. The questionnaires contained information related to zootechnical indexes, among which, the cause of discard of dairy cows and heifers, forms of replacement, among other aspects correlated to dairy activity. The main causes of discard reported by the producers were: reproductive problems, present in 37.5% of the properties, drought and food scarcity that prevailed in 27.5% of the cases, mastitis and other causes that include low milk production, advanced age and income increment, affecting 10% each, respectively. ABSTRACT: The landslides are processes of the natural dynamics of the earth, amplified in face of the inadequate occupation of areas susceptible to mass movements, which can lead to disasters with material and human damages. In line with this reality, the present article aims to evaluate the susceptibility induced to landslides in the north coast of Maceió - AL, by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process - AHP method, in GIS environment. Factors related to geology, geomorphology, soils, slope and shape of the terrain and land use were used. Spatial analysis was performed using multicriteria methods and map algebra with the weighting of variables via AHP. To validate the results, we used an inventory map containing 29 landslide scars, identified in 2017. The results indicate that the studied area has medium potential for occurrence of landslide processes, in which the susceptibility classes are low, medium, high, presented a frequency of 10%, 75% and 15% respectively. Validation shows that 74% of landslides are concentrated in the high susceptibility class, 25% in the medium susceptibility class and only 1% in the low susceptibility class. Thus, the map obtained can be considered useful for monitoring areas susceptible to landslides. KEYWORDS: Geomorphology. Landslides. Geoprocessing
