Resumen
ABSTRACT: The growth in the number of pregnant women infected with HIV brings a major public health issue to maternal child care, where the context for care in HIV - infected motherhood becomes very important. It is important to emphasize that being a mother and caring is a right of the HIV-positive woman. In this period, the woman experiences ambivalent emotions such as love/rage and safety/insecurity and living with HIV and Aids presents this mother with a greater challenge. As such, the study aimed to understand the implications of HIV and Aids diagnosis and treatment on the lives of HIV-positive women during pregnancy and maternity from the scientific literature. This is a narrative literature review. The descriptors (DeCS/MeSH) were used for the survey: Pregnancy; HIV seropositivity; Treatment cooperation and adherence; Self-care. The electronic bases via VHL were used: SciELO and LILACS. The titles and abstracts of all articles identified in the electronic search were reviewed and those dealing with the theme of this research were included. For analysis of the material, the technique of thematic analysis was used and from this, two themes were constructed: HIV infection and pregnancy; Challenge of adherence and care for pregnant women and mothers. It is considered necessary to take care of health professionals in a welcoming way and aimed at strengthening women as subjects of their lives. To this end, it is essential to overcome traditional, biological care by an approach based on the completeness of care, on self-care and that promotes listening to the couple about the possibilities and difficulties of adherence to treatment for HIV and Aids. The study reveals the need for professional action to adapt to current concepts of health, which consider the subjects as central in therapeutic projects. It identifies the need for comprehensive studies, which prioritise the perspective of women, their partners and health professionals, on the condition of living with HIV and Aids during the management period and after the birth of the child(ren) and the implications for treatment for illness.

ABSTRACT: Introduction. Patients diagnosed with autoimmune diseases have a higher risk of serious manifestations of intestinal parasitosis due their own disease or their treatment with immunosuppressive drugs. Objective. The present study aimed to evaluate the prevalence of intestinal parasitosis in patients with autoimmune diseases and in use of immunosuppressants. Methods. It was analyzed the medical records of reumathological patients from the Ambulatory of Medical Specialities of the University of Health Sciences of Alagoas (UNCISAL). For each participant, a standard questionnaire was applied considering socioeconomic and environmental characteristics, sanitary habits and their clinical conditions. Parasitological examination of feces was performed in the participants. Results. There were 14 interviews and 08 fecal parasitological examinations. There was a predominance of females in the patients analyzed (85.7%). The most common pathologies were Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Rheumatoid Arthritis, each with 35.7%. Polypharmacy was present in all participants. The prevalence of medication was a 100% to Methotrexate, followed by Azathioprine (75%) and Prednisone (61%). No positivity of any species of parasite was found in the feces analyzed. Conclusion. Due to the scarcity of studies on the correlation between intestinal parasites and autoimmune diseases, there is a great need to deepen this theme, given that intestinal parasites are public health problems throughout Brazil and associated with this condition can have serious repercussions avoidable.

ABSTRACT: The chives (Allium fistulosum L.) is a popular condiment in Brazil, and a perennial crop with cylindrical and fistulous leaves. In recent decades, there has been an increase in the search for healthy foods with organic fertilizing. The culture of chives is present in cooking and has a great nutritional and economic importance. The study aimed to evaluate the productivity of chives (A. fistulosum) grown in pots, testing different sources of organic fertilizing. The experiment was carried out at Campus I of the State University of Alagoas in Arapiraca – AL, in a greenhouse with 50% in luminosity retention, during the months of March to May 2019. For soil preparation and vases filling, the 2:1 proportion (two soil vase and one substrate/manure) were used. The experimental arrangement was entirely random with four treatments and five repetitions (T1 – carbonized rice husk, T2 – cattle manure, T3 – goat manure and T4 – bed aviary). After the study, it was observed that the treatments bed aviary and bovine presented significant results by the Tukey mean comparison test at 5% probability. It can be concluded that the bed aviary and bovine manure are fertilizers that can contribute to the productivity of chives.

Resumen
The objective of this study was to analyze the yields obtained from the production of broiler chicken, in semi-intensive system, in municipalities of the interior of Alagoas. The research was conducted with 18 cooperative producers, residents in the municipalities of Santana do Ipanema, and São José da Tapera in the state of Alagoas, who produce free-range broilers raised in the semi-intensive system for a period of 90 days. From January to October 2019 they housed 5,083 birds, with a mortality of 4.68% and produced a total of 10,759 kg of carcass, which were sold for R$107,590.00 and had an expense of R$72,127.75. Great production is delivered to the cooperatives (about 95%), the rest is sold on their own or for family consumption. During this period, net income was R$ 35,462.25, an average of 32.96% in income.

Resumen
ABSTRACT: This article aims to implement an extra task to stimulate, observe, question and facilitate interaction with the environment. Trails, while they are a pedagogical tool for environmental or ecological education, should be explored, logical reasoning, an ability to observe and reflect, and to carry out ecological tests and stimulate research. In the first class, for this class, the students were displaced to Serra da Mangabeira on the northeast side of the municipality of Arapiraca, distant about 5 km from the center. In the second part, a visit to the village Bom Jardim in the east of the city of Arapiraca, distant about 10 km from the center. The last visit can be made in an area known for its lake of Peru, in the center west of Arapiraca, with 5 km distance of the center. The ecological trail provides qualitative and quantitative data, such as donations made on the basis of the same type of knowledge, olfactory and field of vision, with this can be done based on the most important information of the other themes in relation to the theme, due to quality proposed by the environment. As conclusion was observed, the use of outdoor activities provided a direct and more significant experience as a learning method.

Resumen
Arboviruses are diseases caused by viruses, which are transmitted by arthropods. Hematophagous arthropods are vectors, the most common being the Aedes aegypti mosquito. The objective of this work was to evaluate the larvicidal potential of natural products of plant origin on Aedes aegypti larvae. The work was carried out at the Chemistry Laboratory of the State University of Alagoas, on Campus I. Fresh extracts were produced containing 40g of the following materials: boldo-do-chile, mint, aloe vera, cloves, cinnamon, garlic, ginger and capim-santo, added to 150ml of distilled water in each extract for 15 days. The suspension was filtered through a sieve, obtaining the extracts that were used in the tests. The larvae of Aedes aegypti used in the experiments came from the municipality of Arapiraca – AL, which were taken to the chemistry laboratory, for proper identification and kept at room temperature. The pre-test was done in duplicate, the larvae were inserted with the aid of a pipette, two larvae per repetition. 10 mL were added to each pot mineral water and 10 mL of the aqueous and capped extract were added to each pot and kept at room temperature. The larvae wuere analyzed at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h. Its purpose was to know the power of herbs in larval mortality and to select the ones that had the best performance. The plant materials that had the best performance in larval mortality were cloves, cinnamon and garlic. The aqueous extracts were prepared for the test, this time, 7 repetitions were performed, with 2 larvae in each pot. The analyzes ran in 1 h, for 24 h, until larval mortality. The test revealed the lethal potential in the extracts, Clove obtained 100% after two hours, Garlic 92,85% after two hours and Cinnamon 42,85% after 10 hours. This fact corroborates the observations found in similar studies. In view of the results, it was found that the aqueous extracts of cloves and garlic had a faster action on the mortality of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae than cinnamon. Thus, the aqueous extracts of garlic, cloves and cinnamon presented as a natural alternative to combat larvae of the mosquito Aedes aegypti. The results were considered promissing, as it is na alternative where the population can have access in na economical and simple way.

Resumen
Coriander Coriandrum sativum L. is a glabrous plant, from the Apiaceae family, with small or aromatic pink or white flowers, whose fruit is diakene and whose leaf, used as a seasoning or condiment, exudes a characteristic odor. It is a vegetable used in several regions of Brazil as a condiment, of great socioeconomic importance. The performance of this vegetable is very important for producers due to its commercialization. Only by raising the level of quality, which can guarantee excellent productions. In order to seek improvements in the yield and quality of this vegetable, four different lighting conditions were investigated. The experiment was completely randomized (DIC), conducted during the period from August to November 2019 at Campus I of the State University of Alagoas-UNEAL in Arapiraca-AL. The seeds were sown in trays and, thirty days after emergence, transplantation took place in 3.5 liter containers, containing a mixture of soil and tanned bovine manure in a 2: 1 ratio. Irrigation occurred equally in all pots, twice a day. Therefore, among the analyzed variables, there was a higher yield of vegetables with the variable MS - half shade (with a 50% surplus of interception of direct solar radiation), obtaining plants with more developed stems and leaves, in addition to more vivid colors in relation to those grown in different environments. It is concluded, therefore, that vegetables are in an environment with a 50% interception of solar radiation promotes greater yield for the production of coriander, making it the best option for growing this vegetable.

Resumen
ABSTRACT: The objective was to evaluate the preferences of fish consumers in the municipality of Piancó, Paraíba. One hundred and eight interviews were carried out between August and November 2019, in urban and rural establishments, in which the interviewee's profile was assessed using a semi-structured “Survey” questionnaire on the profile, consumption habits and factors that affect the decision consumption. Of the respondents, 51% were female and 49% male, with monthly income below one minimum wage (74%) and age ranging between sixteen and over sixty years and complete high school. Only 2.78% of the interviewees preferred fish meat, seeking to acquire the whole fish, whether frozen (35.93%) or fresh (21.30%). The price was considered the main factor that influences the purchase of fish (58.33%). The frequency of consumption was more representative for the category "rarely" with 45% of the total of respondents. The main places of purchase by respondents are open markets (31%) and markets (29%), with a greater search for tilapia (67%). Regarding the main reasons that leads consumers to choose to buy fish, 41% said that the menu is to be varied, 31% say that the purchase is because fish is a nutritious food and is good for health. The lack of information from the population of the municipality of Piancó - PB on the benefits that fish provide to the health of the consumer, added to low income, make the consumption of these products of animal origin limited.

Resumen
ABSTRACT: Ethnobotanical approaches emerge as an alternative to understand the cultural relationship between people and nature. Thus, an ethnobotanical survey of the medicinal plants used by the local experts of the rural area of Junqueiro - AL was carried out, identifying their perception about the importance of their activity to the community. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews with the use of the free list, applied on 13 local specialists, localized through the intermedium “snow ball”. In order to analyze the data, Qualiquantsoft software was used to obtain the discourse of the collective subject. The specialists cited 152 medicinal plants, from which 136 were identified and distributed in 56 families, such that Lamiaceae, Fabaceae and Asteraceae were the families to show the largest number of species. There were mentioned 127 therapeutic recommendations, grouped and classified in 18 corporal tracts, in agreement with the CID-10. Among the corporal tracts, the most mentioned ones to be treated with the highest number of plants cited were the digestive, respiratory, and nervous tracts. It was possible to observe through the study that the local experts present a direct relation with the knowledge that they obtained through the past generations, looking for ways of maintaining and preserving it, however it is perceptible the diminution of successors who have an interest in understanding and maintaining this tradition.
