ABSTRACT: Soil is the main environment where most fungi occur and is of great importance for their biological activities. This habitat especially houses keratinophilic fungi, which are part of a group of microorganisms capable of producing enzymes that degrade keratin, especially dermatophytes, mycosis agents in humans and animals, some of which are responsible for opportunistic infections. Based on the above, this study aimed to detect the occurrence of keratinophilic fungi in soil of enclosures that house wild mammals. For this, 395 soil samples were collected from the Parque Estadual de Dois Irmãos (PEDI), located in the city of Recife - PE. The samples were processed using the soil suspension technique and cultured in Petri dishes containing Sabouraud Dextrose Agar plus chloramphenicol. The identification of the filamentous fungi was carried out through microculture in lamina, based on the observation of macro and micromorphological characteristics of the colonies. As a result, 233 Colony Forming Units (CFU) were obtained, of which 85 (36.5%) came from the soil that harbored mammals of the order Carnivora, followed by 84 CFU (36%) on soil of mammals of the order Primates. Regarding the identified fungi, there was a higher occurrence of Microsporum gypseum with 123 CFU (52.8%), followed by Chrysosporium sp. with 28 UFC (12.0%) and Fusarium sp. with 10 UFC (4.30%). Animals that live in contaminated enclosures can be asymptomatic carriers of many fungal diseases, acting on the transmission to other animals and humans. As a preventive way, there is an improvement in hygienic and handling conditions.

Resumen
ABSTRACT: In this article we analyze the verbal agreement in Brazilian Portuguese spoken in the urban area of Maceió / AL, based on the theoretical and methodological assumptions of the Sociological Linguistic Variation, by William Labov (2008 [1972]) in order to describe and analyze the pattern of agreement of the speakers of Maceió. To this end, we used data from the Portal - Linguistic Variation in Portuguese Alagoas project, with recorded and orthographically transcribed interviews of 36 employees, men and women of three age groups and three levels of education. Social variables ‘gender’, ‘age range’ and ‘schooling’ were selected; and as linguistic variables ‘subject’s position in relation to the verb’, ‘intervening elements between subject and verb’ and ‘nature of the subject’. We conclude that verbal agreement in Maceió is directly proportional to schooling and that there is an interaction between the variables gender and age group. From a linguistic point of view, the process is favored by the 1st person of the plural and disadvantaged by the 3rd person of the plural. The variables ‘subject position’ and ‘intervening elements’ were not statistically significant.

Resumen
ABSTRACT: Semi-structured interview and FGD was employed to extract information from thirteen respondents selected purposefully. The result of the study disclosed that marriage and family counseling is a tradition among Oromo community right after shaving of born hair. Mostly, the father takes responsibility of the male and mother follows her daughter. ‘Kuchu’ and engagement counseling, and knowledge of blessing and curse are among the major areas of concern. Consequently, principles of marriage and family counseling, procedures and ages of application are fundamental. Incorporating indigenous knowledge and skills of counseling in education curriculum and training for its sustainability was recommended for upgrading.

Resumen
ABSTRACT: The objective of this work was to study voluntary consumption by goats in the Caatinga biome, identifying the main species of plants consumed in two research areas and analyzing their bromatology. The consumption observation work was carried out in two different areas of the semi-arid region of Alagoas, municipalities of São José da Tapera and Santana do Ipanema. The plants were identified through visual analysis of the samples. For bromatological analysis, the samples were defoliated, weighed and frozen during the follow-up period. The samples were packed in styrofoam boxes with ice and sent to the Animal Nutrition Laboratory - LANA, CENA / USP. In the area of São José da Tapera, it was seen that the consumption of goats occurred from 7 am to 5 pm, while in the area of Santana do Ipanema the same occurred between 7 am and 4:16 pm. The most consumed plants were: Jurema Preta (Mimosa hostilis Benth), Malva Branca (Malva sylvestris), Catingueira (Caesalpinia pyramidalis Tul.), Juazeiro (Zizyphus joazeiro Mart.), Canopy (Croton heliotropiifolius Kunt.), Capim milishã (Digitaria sanguinalisinal ) and quince (Croton sonderianus Mull. Arg.). For the results of bromatology, the plants that stood out in the production of protein were bush grass, black jurema, angico and canopy. The highest yields of organic matter were obtained from catingueira, jurema-preta, mauve-branco and angico. It was concluded that the method used proved to be efficient in the study of the most consumed forages, the frequent selectivity of the animals and the need for a large quantity of species per area to supply the voluntary selective consumption of goats in native pasture. On the other hand, the method does not change the animals' routine, nor does it harm their health and allows for greater interaction between the researcher and the research environment.

Resumen
ABSTRACT: In view of the call for comprehensive education in the professional training of young people and adults - PROEJA, there is a movement of attention to teacher training and the necessary knowledge to act in this type of teaching. As a result of studies carried out while participating in the Specialization Course in Assertive Practices in Didactics and Management of Professional Education Integrated with Youth and Adult Education - EJA / PROEJA, offered at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte - IFRN , this work aims to socialize training knowledge that contributes to the professional development of teachers, starting from a rescue of the significant learnings experienced in the Course on screen. For that, I use the writing of a training memorial as a methodological procedure, reflecting on those knowledges identified as characterizing the training proposal. I perceive in the experiences lived the pertinence of investments in training proposals aimed at the pedagogical updating of the EJA / PROEJA teacher in current approaches on the use of digital information and communication technologies in pedagogical mediation.
