Resumen
The aim of this paper is to provide a review of the concept of historical memory, how it arose and developed historically since World War II, as well as to highlight the shift caused by the concept of memory in the field of historiography and in the political arena. It also seeks to understand why the reconstruction of historical memory processes and political-ideological and epistemological dilemmas posed by them are relevant today, as well as their relationship with the issue of truth (both legal and historical), long understood using the subject-object schema. The research uses a hermeneutic-analytic approach to the analysis of bibliographic sources. From these sources, the study examines the issue of truth in historical memory, as well as the differences between legal truth and historical truth that converge in historical memory projects. Historical memory is important in contemporary societies, which see in memory building processes, linked to violations of human rights and human dignity, a potential for reconciliation, pacification and restitution for victims, through the protection of the right to truth, justice, reparation and non-repetition.

Resumen
Considering the implementation of public policy within the framework of Act 1361 of 2009 and Act 1857 of 2017, that regulate comprehensive family care, against the development plans of the municipalities of Santa Cruz de Lorica and Cereté, Córdoba (2016-2019), and using a socio-legal approach, this paper aims to analyze how these plans understood the concept of family in order to safeguard the so-called core of society. The findings indicate that the comprehensive care of the family, as considered in the Colombian Constitution, the law and the jurisprudence, is far from being implemented in the public policy of the aforementioned places. Consequently, upon analyzing the development plans in the light of a broad concept of family and the comprehensive care required by the referred laws, the authors concluded that it is necessary for the territorial public policy to be decentralized and to start advancing from the periphery inwards, while considering differences in culture, uses and practices, as well as political, economic and social features of the family.

Resumen
Representations are influenced by environmental stimuli and are shaped as a type of social learning that gives meaning to a group’s conceptions and actions. Additionally, knowledge is formed and opinions are identified that lead people to act either positively or negatively. The research study aimed to describe social representations held by students and teachers of the nursing program curriculum at Universidad Santiago de Cali (Palmira site), during the second semester of 2019. A qualitative research approach was used, within the hermeneutic paradigm with a case study method. The population was composed of students (from third to tenth semester) and teachers (from the basic courses) from the nursing program of a private university in Palmira (Valle). The findings showed that more than 95% of students knew the curriculum of the program, were interested in the subject matter courses and considered some courses (such as virtual courses) not very relevant for their training. The analysis concluded that the curriculum is in line with the training in the basic subject matter courses of nursing, also that other components could be added in the curriculum to address some social needs.

Resumen
The Colombian armed conflict is the only confrontation originated in the 20th century that is still running active in the American continent, whose main feature is the combat between left-and-right-wing armed groups and the national government. In the midst of the confrontation, civilians have been the main victims, particularly women, who have suffered the greatest consequences. Through a review of literature, this paper presents the regulatory and institutional structure available to Colombian women for protecting their rights in the context of the armed conflict. The results show that, while national and international laws are in place to protect women’s rights, the patriarchal culture rooted in Colombian society as well as the dynamics of the domestic justice system result in the lack of legal certainty for protecting the integrity of Colombian women.

Resumen
This paper aims to assess the effect of an awareness program on the importance of an inclusive education approach in the educational community (engaging parents, teachers, management staff and students) of Antonio Prieto Industrial and Technical Education Institution in the city of Sincelejo (Sucre) in 2019. The research study used a descriptive quantitative approach. At the outset, a number of surveys and interviews were carried out in order to know the state of the inclusion process at the institution up until that moment. Then, the awareness program was executed through talks, training sessions and an educational inclusion fair. After that, surveys were conducted to measure the degree of satisfaction and effectiveness of the activities carried out. The results showed that the progress in the field of inclusion that had been achieved in the institution before the awareness program were poor since the awareness-raising of the educational community of the institution had not yet been reached, with the teaching staff posing the greatest challenge. Finally, the study concluded that the awareness program was effective as the educational community showed greater appropriation and awareness of the inclusive education approach.

Resumen
In this paper, a bibliometric and documentary analysis of leadership, leadership styles and leadership methods of identification in companies over the last decade was carried out. To this end, a systematic review of scientific publications contained in Scopus databases between 2009 and 2019 was performed. The search engines of the National Library System of the National University of Colombia and Google Scholar were used to retrieve the publications. A total of 950 scientific papers were reviewed for the bibliometric analysis. As a result of this analysis, different leadership styles were identified, the number of which varied depending both on the author and on the identification method. The study concludes that the transformational leadership style prevails in the scientific literature. In addition, the analysis found that the Multifactorial Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) is the instrument that allows identifying in greater depth the leadership style characteristics.

Resumen
The purpose of this paper is to determine the extent of the contribution of coaching in decision making, one of the most sought-after managerial skills in administrative management. Two perspectives are brought into dialogue in this paper. One from organizational coaching, a process leading to positive and lasting changes to pave the way for success in work teams. And the second one from managerial decisions, through the conscious development of skills and resources that allow linking emotions and reason, in the search for alternatives to choose the best option to undertake. This entails qualification of different aspects of the being, the knowing and the doing. While technical knowledge and skills associated to a position are necessary, it is essential to undertake new personal and professional experiences. Here, coaching is a valid option for paving the way for success. Therefore, it is highlighted that coaching effectively contributes, through a deep process of personal transformation, to decision-making, because when higher levels of awareness and internal connection are reached, the ability to fully evaluate situations is expanded, and more assertiveness to choose is achieved, resulting in superior outcomes.
