This research is focused on carrying out a review and documentary analysis of the initial teaching - learning processes of literacy in preparatory school students, with the purpose of developing a theoretical basis on the subject of study to categorize experiences and highlight the most outstanding elements. In this way, teachers can have a reliable and current basis about the strategies, methodologies, approaches and activities that, in other countries, have given good results to improve the flaws that exist in this process; therefore, teachers are the main protagonist to transcend the traditional mechanism of simply coding and decoding, in order to strengthen the progress of skills and abilities that allow children to successfully face the various tasks required to learn reading and writing in this level.

The general objective of the research is to propose Bootstrap as an agile methodology in web development beginners as a means of survival. Methodologically, it was carried out through a descriptive methodology, supported by a feasible project modality, applying a dichotomous questionnaire type instrument with 21 response alternatives, which proceeded to conduct a pilot test to determine its reliability, using the Kuder Richardson coefficient 20, and resulting in 0.89. The use of web development is currently booming, due to this, it has been thought to develop an agile methodology with bootstrap on the web since computer media not only serve us for cognitive development, but also for an appropriate level of life. With this knowledge, a livelihood can be maintained by understanding and applying this web application development methodology.

This investigation tries to evaluate the principle of the transactions or economic facts accrual of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government (DMG) in Ambato. Given the non-experimental nature of this article, the data was collected through surveys and interviews applied to the personnel of the financial department, in addition to the regulations, texts and narratives revision. The results show that the DMG Municipal in Ambato does not have instruments to evaluate the execution of the budgets under the accrual criteria, therefore, it cannot be specified if the information reflected in the financial statements really presents the economic results achieved. Based on the foregoing, it is considered that the design and implementation of efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness indicators are relevant for decision-making, since knowing the degree of compliance and fulfillment of the planned activities will improve the quality of public management

The objective of the research was to propose a competency-based management model in order to try to solve the problem described, since it affects the performance or poor performance of the officials in the administrative area due to not being aligned to their profile. Methodologically, it was descriptive. An investigation based on a competency management model, strengthens the hiring coordination when selecting the ideal personnel for a certain job position. This model aims to recruit the internal client according to the level of instruction and experience that it has generated, it also serves as a guide to the coordination of training and education for better performance when organizing a training plan directed to the personnel, which could be oriented with the position that each one executes

This article presents the case of CB Cooperative, an entity dedicated to financial intermediation previously called Cacpe Biblián. The problem of the investigation is that this institution decided to change its commercial name and renew its corporate image established for almost 26 years, producing uncertainty in its partners and clients. The objective of this study was to propose branding strategies for the improvement and position of its new image. Methodologically, the mixed-methods approach was used. The results of the research reflect the importance of the partners in the institution regarding their identity, values and attributes that relate them to one another; although most of them approve the corporate image change, it is not yet fully positioned in their minds. Subsequently, a proposal for branding was made oriented to dynamic phases and effective current tools for positioning the renewed image of the organization

This research takes as reference the implementation of international regulations in the education sector, with the aim of measuring the benefits that the South American Educational Unit has had when applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in the preparation of its financial statements. The study had a mixed-methods approach; the qualitative part allowed identifying the characteristics and processes of the IFRS regulations applied to the analysis unit, while the quantitative part allowed analyzing the accounting information for the 2014-2018 periods using financial tools. As a result of this general analysis, it was evident that the adoption of IFRS brought difficulties from its inception, however, when performing the budgetary analysis of the most important items in the monetary statements, it was determined that for the year 2018, the entity Educational presented a faithful image of its operations and financial situation.

The financial system represents one of the fundamental pillars of the country's economy, which is why it was sought to deepen the behavior of the most important banking entities in the city of Cuenca with the aim of designing financial, technological and accounting strategies as a mechanism for generation of value and financial returns. This investigation was developed using a non-experimental descriptive transactional design. The findings express that there is concern among financial institutions about the optimal performance and efficiency in their administrative efforts. In a conclusive way, the innovative strategies and the inclusion of business models not only allow meeting the demands of the current financial market, but also adjusting to the flexibilities of the economic dynamics that attends to the reality in which the financial system develops, permiting, in this way, facing changes and emergent crises such as the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).

The brand is the most favorable perception to influence the moment of acquisition in the minds of customers, where a link is created between the consumer and the organization. Therefore, the Swiss pharmacy chain located in the Cañar province, in Azogues city-Ecuador, is a company dedicated to the sale of pharmaceutical products. This research aims to develop viral marketing and brand positioning strategies in the pharmaceutical sector. The applied methodology is descriptive, transversal with a mixed-methods approach using the inductive-deductive method. The lack of strategies was found according to the new technology era regarding a digital consumer and always up to date in technology with an increasingly virtual buying trend. It is concluded that the contribution of viral marketing strategies is essential to improve positioning.

The objective of the research was to design a financial management model to improve profitability in the Nia student residence in the City of Cuenca, thereby trying to achieve a better position in the market for city student residences and in the mind of university students. The research design was non-experimental, analyzing the variables involved: financial management based on value creation. The research was mixed, with a quantitative approach. The research concludes that the financial management model optimizes the creation of value in the NIA Student Residence with the respective procedures and the timely treatment enable the profitability objectives to be achieved.

Digital marketing plays a fundamental role in the commercial activity of a business, the research aims to design a digital marketing plan that favors the improvement in sales of the company Ébano Muebles in the city of Loja-Ecuador, since the low volume of these has resulted in decreased profitability and little market share. The applied methodology is of non-experimental design, of a descriptive-explanatory type with a mixed approach. The results presented when doing marketing planning show that the company can increase its turnover, improve its profit and increase market share with the application of the plan. It is concluded that the implementation of digital strategies integrated in a plan improves brand positioning, image, level of efficiency and market positioning in the company under study
