The research aims to analyze the Business Intelligence and productivity of the MYPES of the artisan sector of the city of Cuenca - Ecuador. Methodologically it is descriptive; We worked with 62 artisan entrepreneurs from the city of Cuenca - Ecuador, to whom a survey and multiple-choice questionnaire were applied to collect information. The little knowledge about business intelligence tools, coupled with the technological backwardness of the artisan sector, makes it difficult to get out of the precarious methodology in which the processes and work schemes of these sectors are built, being recurrent to train them as an economic growth policy in Ecuador in function of promoting internal productivity more effectively, until it is exported in order to diversify the national economy in order to contribute to the integral growth of society. 

La investigación tuvo por objetivo diseñar un plan estratégico de desarrollo turístico para los cantones de Gualaceo, Chordeleg y Sigsig. De tipo descriptivo con diseño de campo no experimental, un total de 104 personas objeto de estudio. La estrategia definida para el desarrollo turístico de los cantones de Gualaceo, Chordeleg y Sigsig parte de la creación de una red empresarial o clúster geográfico y de una ruta turística con la finalidad de su comercialización. La percepción de los turistas fue de satisfacción planteando además la preferencia por la posibilidad de visitar los distintos cantones de la localidad. También el estudio realizado logró identificar los problemas para un posicionamiento superior en el mercado turístico, los cuales están dados básicamente por la falta de profesionalización de la gestión en las pequeñas empresas de la localidad que actúan en el sector turístico.

The objective of the research was to analyze job performance in the Municipality of Girón based on Teamwork and Communication. It was developed from a non-experimental and descriptive field design, taking as a population sample 78 public servants who work in the Municipal Government of Girón. 93.6% of workers state that the work teams in the institution should be improved. The implementation of the different work teams within the municipality will help public servants to be more committed and perform in an articulated way to improve the processes and achieve the objectives of the institution, which leads us to greater productivity similar to the one that would be achieved individually. Working in a team can help you understand the abilities, constraints, and reasoning of team members in different situations.

The research aims to analyze operations management as a development tool in cargo transport companies in the city of Cuenca - Ecuador. Being descriptive with a non-experimental field design, the population sample consisted of 65 people. By establishing adequate route planning, shipments are better used, managing to satisfy the demands in the same trip, because the geographical location of the destinations is in passing, one from another. The heavy cargo transportation service constitutes an essential sector for the economic and comprehensive development of the country, given that 90% of the merchandise to be marketed in its various types is transported by this means, being essential to have a favorable management of operations for internal - external optimization of the services provided by the organization.

The objective of the research is to analyze the environmental social responsibility (RSA) in the company Cobre Premium del Ecuador. The methodology used was descriptive with a non-experimental field design, with a population sample consisting of 124 people. The Cobre Premium company depends a lot on the small, medium and large recyclers who are in charge of supplying the copper scrap to the company, becoming its main stakeholders, an important role in this process, the authorities committed to the environment comply , with the support of which the commercialization of burnt copper could be prohibited, only in this way will the carbon footprint be considerably reduced, which will bring as a consequence the common benefit of the company, society and the environment.

The main objective of this research was to analyze E-logistics as a tool in the supply chain for the management of Electronic Commerce. This research was based on the theoretical postulates of the authors Ruiz (2015), Robusté and Dante, (2003), Gariboldi (2009), De Navarro (2007), Serra de la Figuera (2005), among others, it is also classified as a bibliographic documentary study, aimed at evaluating the importance of e-logistics as a tool in the supply chain for the management of Electronic Commerce, also known as e-commerce or e-business. Hence, with the result of this study, it is argued that both e-logistics and electronic commerce will mitigate the problem of customer satisfaction, since they will provide support mechanisms for business processes through the internet or the network, in globalized and highly competitive markets, resulting in lower costs and improvements in the supply chain.

The objective of the research is to analyze the management of intellectual capital in the business organization of the José Carrasco Arteaga hospital, located in Cuenca - Ecuador. Methodologically, the research was of a descriptive, non-experimental field type, working with a total sample of 324 individuals. The management of intellectual capital in the institution was established that 49% think that, if there is management of intellectual capital, while 24% do not consider that there is management of capital, while lower percentages are between sometimes there is management with 18% and 9% of respondents. The José Carrasco Arteaga specialty hospital could unify some departments into one and in this way optimize resources; In the same way, technological systems, both those that already exist and the implementation of new systems, help to reduce waiting times for patients, and optimize staff time and work.

El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial para el desarrollo de la competitividad farmacéutica de la ciudad de Cuenca – Ecuador. De tipo descriptiva con diseño de campo no experimental la muestra poblacional estuvo constituida por 280 personas ligadas al sector farmacéutico. El 58,21% de encuestados admite que existe un descuido en realizar actividades que permita vincular a la farmacia con la comunidad. Las farmacias juegan un rol muy importante dentro de la sociedad, siendo un vínculo directo entre los centros médicos y sus pacientes, están inmersas en pocas actividades de responsabilidad social, pero que no fueron consideradas como tal. El campo de acción para implementar la RSE, es amplio y van desde actividades de pronta ejecución hasta las que nos conlleva mayor tiempo de planificación, el implementar las acciones sugeridas, permitirá mejorar su legitimidad y ganar mayor confianza, aportando de forma efectiva a todos los stakeholders.

The objective was to propose an inventory management and control model, under International Financial Information Standards (IFRS) in shrimp companies in the city of Machala-Ecuador that optimizes the management and determination of inventory costs in the financial statements. Descriptive with non-experimental design. The results showed that a significant number of shrimp farms in the city of Machala do not have inventory control procedures and documents, where the management of their supplies and materials is identified, in this regard, it is advisable to use the kardex stock card to organize and present in a systematic manner the summary information of inventories applying the calculation formula under IAS 2 with the FIFO method. This result has also reinforced the point of view on inventory control policies considering the determination of maximum and minimum levels of production inputs.

The objective is to prepare a manual of accounting and tax procedures for the treatment of post-employment benefits in heavy cargo transportation companies in the Canton La Troncal under IFRS for SMEs and the disclosure of information on employee benefits. Non-experimental descriptive type with field design. Entrepreneurs focus on compliance with tax obligations in order to avoid sanctions by the tax administration such as fines, closures, suspension of activities, confiscations or seizures, leaving accounting in the background. It is important to hire an independent actuary qualified by the control bodies for the calculation of the mathematical actuarial reserve of the reserves for employer retirement and eviction, it is these professionals who have the necessary expertise to assess labor liabilities.
