This article highlights the importance of branding to consolidate the positioning of a corporate brand. The present study was applied to the users of the Physiotherapy Clinic KAMB and to a sample of inhabitants close to the entity, with the purpose of knowing the criteria of perception that they have on the brand. The problem is that the office has a visual identity that was created empirically and under the pressure of having a trade name, in addition there is little professionalism in the management of the brand, since its logo and advertising structure does not conceive the essence of the company. Therefore, the general objective is to analyze the importance of the renewal of a corporate brand for the Physiotherapy Clinic KAMB in the city of Manta, through the use of strategic branding resources that will project its positioning in the market.  For this reason a quantitative research was carried out, applying the technique of the survey that was divided into two sections, one for patients and another for citizens. According to the results of the research, there is a minimum positioning where the vast majority of people surveyed say they do not recognize the brand, moreover, users and the population strongly believe that this must go through a process of renewal, to differentiate it from the competition and at the same time become something fresh, innovative, expressive and interactive, which has presence, recognition and visual aesthetics, since the current does not represent these characteristics. It is necessary to consider a branding strategy to project, strengthen and give value to the brand.

This research is a descriptive cross-sectional analysis, the purpose of which is to show the increase and risks of intra-family violence to which women have been exposed in the confinement and paralysis stage due to the health emergency due to effects of COVID-19. The objective of the present study is to contribute to the statistics of domestic violence, through the data obtained in the survey carried out, in order to identify the main risk factors inherent in each type of violence. Three variables were analyzed: sociodemographic, types of violence and factors inherent to the type of violence, carried out from March 23 to May 22, 2020 in eight companies in the city of Quito with a sample of 432 workers who carried out telework for the purpose of In the health emergency, the survey was channeled through the headquarters of human talent and occupational safety and health. The companies where the data of the object of this study were obtained belong to the services, commercial and insurance sectors. The results reflect that the most common type of violence in the sample of attacked women is psychological, representing 71.79% (n = 78; 56), as relevant data it is also evident that the person who assaults is the husband reaching 56.41% (n = 78; 44). The ignorance of the legislation that protects the attacked women and the fear of reporting the fact helps the aggressors with their arrogance and machismo to continue increasing the number of mistreatments, the socialization of protection and protection for women is a key factor in gender equality that not only depends on current legislation but on the firm commitment of the entire society to eradicate this serious social problem.

A technological innovation arises after the use of technology as a means to introduce a change in the company, both to products and processes. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to determine the link between technological innovation and the development of family businesses in the car industry. For this, the methodology used is given under a quantitative approach, the same that allowed through the collection of information to obtain historical data as regards the income and costs of each of the companies under study (ALME, MAMBUS, IMPA, IMPEDEPSA, PILLAPA). Likewise, a bibliographical investigation was carried out with the purpose of sustaining theoretically each one of the variables immersed in the study (technological innovation and business development). In relation to the scope, it was exploratory in nature since there are no similar studies in the province's body sector. With this background, among the main results found, it was determined that during the last years each of the companies evaluated allocated resources for the acquisition of new specific technologies for each type of bus (interprovincial bus, type bus and school bus) with which There was a considerable decrease in total costs per company which allowed estimating the benefits at the sector level for the different years.

This article is based on the theoretical perspective of different views on solid waste management, environmental economics, the entrepreneurial role immersed in corporate social responsibility and the research and innovation challenges towards a culture of recycling, reuse and polluting effects reduction. Concerning the methodology, a mixed approach design with an exploratory-descriptive scope was used, with the application of surveys to the inhabitants aged between 15 and 45 years, in the city of Azogues, Ecuador oriented to identify different types of good environmental and recycling practices. Among the main findings from the documentary and bibliographic literature review is the relevance of the companies’ contribution to environmental protection, which is crucial for their business model. This significance is related to the survey results in which, 89.22% of the population uses products that come in plastic containers, 78% of people reported acknowledging the importance of recycling these containers, but, despite this, less than 50% of the surveyed identify the recycling points in the city. 87.10% of the participants are in favour of implementing a project to collect plastic bottles in automatic containers and, after processing, transform them into alternative use products. In conclusion, it can be established that the joint efforts articulation between the different social actors is important since it contributes to the protection of the environment as a social and individual responsibility of both, companies and citizens.

This article deals with topics related to the Higher Education Formative Research, through the relationship of the substantive axes such as: teaching, research and connection with the community, aimed at establishing an integral model for teachers and students with the purpose of developing investigative competences to through an adequate Epistemological and Philosophical foundation, active methodologies and the use of emerging technology. The methodology used is of a descriptive bibliographic type, for the proposed model, modeling was used as a research method. Finally, the quality of education requires teachers and student researchers with new challenges and challenges that involves the development of critical, reflective and innovative thinking that allows them to be managers in the search of educational problems facing society and the ability to provide timely solutions for the good of the country.

This article aims to describe the importance of Social Work in the workplace as part of the interdisciplinary team of an organization or company, where it usually performs various functions aimed at improving the quality of life of employees, for this, will be based on several key points, such as: the conceptualization of Social Work, methods, intervention in the organizational field, the functions it performs in the Department of Human Talent, definition of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team and its main difference and finally the action of Social Work. The depth covers as central axis the interaction, communication and teamwork between the different disciplines that make up a department of Human Talent, because communication is a key axis in business development. Similarly, it enhances the intervention of the professional in the labor capo, since its intervention provides substantial knowledge together with other professionals, in order to make an integrated intervention, aimed at improving the living conditions of employees, family and business.

The consumer of television content is important from the moment the message starts to be produced. It is the audience itself, the one who decides whether or not to stay with the message or simply change channel. In the new technologies of Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT), the producer of audiovisual content and television media must first think about audiences to prepare their interactive content, i.e., go beyond just showing an audiovisual product. But to show content where the interaction (relationship between channel and audience), is the priority for the user, where it handles hidden messages or in the background, but no less important. The scope of research is to specify what is its role in the new DTT technologies, which is the interactivity and interaction while the user (audience) watches television. Currently, Interaction from reception has been used to refer to interactive technologies and services that share. In a simple way, interaction in television is defined as the offer of content through a transmission medium that has a return channel and interactivity is the simple fact of handling the remote control, but this goes beyond simple concepts.
