Resumen
The present research aimed to identify the relationship between myths of romantic love and gender violence during dating in young students of the University of Azuay. A cross-sectional and experimental study with a descriptive and correlational scope was carried out. The participants were 166 students, who were in a romantic relationship during the investigation and who were in their second year of studies at the Faculties of Science and Technology, and Philosophy, Letters and Education Sciences. The evaluation was carried out through the “Scale of myths about love” and the “Questionnaire on Couple Violence” (CUVINO). The data were analyzed using the SPSS 25 statistical program, and the tables and graphs edition in Excel 2019. The results were presented using measures of central tendency and dispersion; the behavior of the data according to the Kolmogorov Smirnov test was non-normal (p <.05), so non-parametric tests were used, the test of comparison of means for two groups U-Mann Whitney and the H-Kruskal Wallis test for more of two groups; In addition, the Spearman Rho correlation coefficient was used. After using the aforementioned methods, the results showed that, although there was no statistically significant correlation between the myths of romantic love and gender violence in dating, the internalization of myths was present in the majority of the participants at different levels; and a low percentage of the sample had been a victim of dating violence, which corroborated the hypothesis raised.

Resumen
The notion of generation, applied to writers born around 1930, could hide the diversity of their visions of the world and their poetics. From a diachronic point of view, and sometimes from a synchronic one as well, this generation cultivated different forms of realism, and even questioned this kind of aesthetics. The ruptures that took place between the 50s and 70s are numerous. In this paper, they are analysed through the representation of conflicts in a corpus of novels and short stories.

The teaching and learning process of Mathematics is the object of multiple investigations mainly motivated by the students' difficulties in learning mathematical content. In Cuba, its contents are reordered, and its methods are improved. However, the fundamental change is that formulation, and problem-solving becomes the central axis of the work with mathematical contents and should make evident the implications of Mathematics in life. This article aims at proposing problems with applications of numerical and logarithmic functions that enhance the development of pre-university students' mathematical competence. This research is carried out with a predominantly quantitative approach. The methods used are the analysis of documents, the observation, the survey, the interview, the specialists' criteria, and the experiment, a pre-experimental design of the O1 X O2 type, and 30 students of eleventh grade. As a result, problems were obtained by the demands of the improvement of the teaching-learning process of Mathematics, which allow developing the subject of exponential and logarithmic functions with another approach, contributing to mathematical competence. Specialists satisfactorily assessed the problems, and the transformations confirmed.

Resumen
The construction industry is evolving rapidly, therefore, it is demanding a new type of civil engineering professionals with technical, social and behavioral skills that contribute to improving the performance of construction companies. In the training of civil engineers, group work (GW) is used as a methodological strategy. This strategy has many advantages for collaborative learning. However, teachers see it as a means for curricular cognitive development only, leaving the contribution of the GW in the development of skills and behavior unexplored. This research with a qualitative-interpretive approach, seeks to unveil the learning acquired by the students and teachers of the civil engineering career during the implementation of the GW. Through interviews with teachers and students and the application of grounded theory, the knowledge, skills and behaviors that students and teachers of civil engineering acquire during its application were identified. The obtained findings will allow to potentiate the GW strategy during the teaching-learning process, contributing to the development of professional and personal competences of university students.

Resumen
This reflection article analyzes and questions the process of colonization in children within the family. Its intentionality is to provide a framework for understanding violence over childhood as a form of reproduction of colonial subjectivity. This reflection arises after a work developed in urban-rural schools in the sector of Cayambe. It was evidenced that the physical or symbolic violence practices continue to replicate contents of the colonial logic installed within families, expressed in the subordination of children, to consider them as subjects with no autonomy, no thoughts and bearers of a deviant nature that must be corrected. The theoretical reflection document uses hermeneutics as a method, it has as reference the works of Fanon and Memmi, in dialogue with Mendel, locating childhood as the place where the colonized subject is reproduced. This analysis, developed in the field of critical social psychology, is strengthened by the views of Michelle Foucault on the colonization and psychiatrization of childhood and Enrique Dussel in Latin American pedagogy. During the analysis, it is observed how the paternity and maternity colonized, reproduce cultural practices of upbringing that perpetuate the condition of colonized subject.

Resumen
This work approaches the stories published in the second stage of La Hora (1948-1950), a magazine edited by the Jefatura Nacional del Sindicato Universitario (SEU), which was, at the time, together with other publications by the SEU, the medium of expression of a new literary generation, i.e. the generation of the Middle Century, and the germ of a new social conscience. This magazine cointains journalistic and literary chronicles by Medardo Fraile, Alfonso Sastre, José María de Quinto or Carmen Martín Gaite. In this research, however, we focused on the analysis of some of the first stories by Rafael Sánchez Ferlosio, Carlos Edmundo de Ory, Juan García Hortelano, Ana María Matute and Ignacio Aldecoa, emphasizing the unsuccessful or vulnerable characters in their stories, their environment and the narrative perspective which leads from realistic description to the marvelous or the symbolic levels.

Resumen
Taking into account both the permeability of literary genres that Carmen Martín Gaite cultivated and her narrative thought, this article explores the double route of her literary production between well-organized writing and her attraction to “informal texts”. Likewise, the role of witness and legatee that the writer played within the so-called Generation of the 50s is examined, and how she created her own voice and affirmed a communicative and “intrinsicinnovation” poetics in contrast to the display of the art of difficulty advocated by the great male icons of the group (namely Rafael Sánchez Ferlosio and Juan Benet).
