Resumen
In this paper, we offer a new experience on supervision and pedagogical support, which has been developed by the Academic Coordination of the UEBT. It has been done in the last two years, as a unique practice in the Ecuadorian context of education, particularly in private schools, and it is one of the few that we have been able to systematize and investigate in Latin America.
The research processes contextualized to our educational institution, are developed from the limitations presented by teachers in an initial pedagogical diagnosis, consisting of the direct aulic observation of our entire population of teachers throughout the institution in every school term. This was applied by the Academic Coordination promptly and aimed at obtaining a pedagogical and methodological didactic result in a comprehensive and individualized manner in each of the UEBT teachers. The objective was to obtain better results in adherence to the scientific theories that underpin the Teaching for Understanding (EpC, in its Spanish acronym) methodology, which we have been applying and validating in the most appropriate educational practice and research techniques. It would enable its coherent implementation, as well as offering the theoretical and methodological foundations that support the Pedagogical Model of Supervision, Evaluation, and Didactic and Methodological Accompaniment.

Resumen
Children and adolescents with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities have the right to integrate into the Ecuadorian education system, thanks to the inclusive education project that began in 2010. There are laws and regulations that guarantee the integration of all Students, however, is a process that in practice presents different challenges for society and especially for teachers, as protagonists of the pedagogical process. The objective is to evaluate the pedagogical process in the educational inclusion of students with intellectual disabilities in the regular education system of Ecuador through a descriptive qualitative investigation. For which documents were reviewed up to seven years ago in Spanish and English indexed in high-impact digital repositories such as Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc among others, in addition, the main legal frameworks were reviewed, which allowed defending the objective of the research into experiences executed in different educational centers to improve teaching in students with intellectual difficulties. In conclusion, the positive attitude of teachers towards students with special needs is the first step in recognizing their role in the application of innovative strategies in the classroom, which are beneficial for students in general. Other aspects to highlight are that the teacher should not feel alone when teaching, should be supported by the support of family members, other school actors and other professionals such as psychopedagogues.

Resumen
This article consolidates the experience that the sellers of the food and beverage area have in the traditional markets of Tumbaco, where over time they acquired gastronomic skills, offering products with delicious and varied flavors to society. There is no doubt, these citizens' representatives are subject to some factors of municipal stuff, as well as social circumstances that could bring profitable or devastating results, affecting directly the development of productive processes. Seen in this way, the group of researchers have considered to keep this information, composed by the versions given by each interviewee, their knowledge and representative preparations. Previously, the researchers had to verify primary and secondary sources, to later focus on obtaining the information, trough getting authorizations from the presidents and representatives of valley’s markets, after that, followed by individual interviews, to get not only their versions but also authorizations to photograph and document everything related to their representative dishes. Daily work and constancy play a fundamental role in these people, added to a poor preparation and personal or familiar decisions, motivated to continue with this economic activity for long years, giving as result to surpass in some cases 40 years, making the same gastronomic preparations in the same sector and in the same infrastructure. Prices, conviviality, confidence and above all the charisma of each seller make it clear that these sectors will remain for long years, hoping that the society take importance of all processes that are generated in these popular sectors and over all documenting these bearings for future generations.

Resumen
Brand choice factors are part of the analysis of consumer behavior in relation to the effects generated by companies at the time of making a purchase. For this reason, the Equity Model Based on the Client's Brand (CBBE) was studied with the purpose of stating the most significant dimension within the analysis of soft drink brand choice factors. The study has a quantitative and qualitative approach because the effects generated from the study of fifty indexed articles were analyzed. The scope of the research is correlational, because the relationship between the study variables and the model was studied. The main result revealed that the model is associable to the study variables, since it obtained a value of 0.0217. However, a degree of disagreement with the heterogeneity IC = 0.982 was obtained. As a main conclusion, it was revealed that the CBBE model of Aaker (1996), is adaptable to the study variables, however, it was determined that the Loyalty to the brand dimension should be replaced for the development of the research regarding consumption of sodas.

Resumen
Academic planning is a critical tool in teaching and learning processes. It includes higher education processes that ensure that an educational institution follows a designated plan and meets vital objectives. The importance of academic planning is due to the influence and impact it has on students' learning results, besides being the basis and central axis of the educational teaching process.
Based on the characteristics of the new school and the aspects that involve the educational reform required to respond to the developmental needs of students in the current contemporary world, teachers need to avoid traditional practices and not teach content based on the improvisation of activities.
For educators, it is critical that academic planning is viewed as more than a simple administrative requirement needed by the Academic Coordination. It is a valuable instrument for the quality of the classes, where the students contribute to their learning as part of the Conceptual Framework of Teaching for Understanding [EpC acronym in Spanish], which we have applied in our Educational Institution for the past three years.
To provide a more throughout review of the benefits and relevance of academic planning for education, an investigation is provided in the following sections regarding the implementation within quality teaching and learning processes at Torremar Bilingual School [UEBT acronym in Spanish]. As such, the purpose of this study is to explore the sequences that lead to steps for academic planning to meat final goals. For this purpose, a review of relevant literature and a presentation of the critical stages of academic planning are presented.

Resumen
This research aims to analyze the reality of business incubators / seedbeds in Ecuador zone 3, according to the National Planning and Development ministry, includes the provinces Cotopaxi, Chimborazo and Tungurahua. Through an exploratory and mixed investigation, the method is designed to collect primary data in three provinces, excluding province Pastaza from the study because there are no incubators. After a review of official records and field visits, it was determined that the study population consists of five incubators / seedbeds, two accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation - Senescyt; and three non-accredited operating as private incubators, to whom the survey applies. The statistical tool Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and the hierarchical cluster statistic are used for data processing, through which 5 blocks were analyzed: 1) sociodemographic data 2) characteristics of the entrepreneur and incubators; 3) incubator / seedbed resources; 4) requirements to offer advice; and, 5) successes and failures of entrepreneurs. The results show that the incubators have a basic portfolio of services and requirements prior to the advice of the enterprises, they make agreements with public and private entities, in addition the level of instruction and the characteristics of the advisors of these centers is evident. Furthermore, the number of projects that have been advised by these centers and how many have managed to remain in the market is well known. Finally, the results are represented graphically in a dendrogram or logical tree, to identify the similarities of the incubators under study, regarding the particularities that these centers have, the resources, the experience and the ecosystem they offer to strengthen and consolidate the entrepreneurial user’s projects.

Resumen
The objective of this study is to analyze and characterize a sample of an Ecuadorian feldspar, using DRX, SEM and TGA techniques, for the microstructural analysis of mineral phase and chemical composition. The qualitative and quantitative X-ray diffraction analysis through Rietveld refinement reveals that this feldspar is composed of 33.31% of Albite, 15.70% of Quartz and a large weight percentage of 50.99% of amorphous material . To validate these results, the uncertainty of the measurement was investigated and calculated, using a statistical analysis of standard deviation, resulting in an uncertainty error of ± 0.87wt%, ± 0.23wt% and ± 0.89wt% respectively for the percentages by weight of the minerals found in this anailysis. The result by SEM shows the presence of Albite in the feldspar exhibiting laminar twinning and characterized by spherical quartz and plagioclase inclusions that are randomly dispersed.
