Resumen
The tourism sector is one of the main economic sources of our country, also it generates work for many families and thousands of people, in this way there are 137,647 people provide services in tourist establishments, thus the 52.8% are men, while the 47.2% belongs to women. This sector is very dynamic, and contributes the 1.5% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The purpose of this research is mainly based on characterizing the term merchandising in the Tungurahua province, to identify its relationship with the offices of travel agencies, and the way in which they transmit an adequate image of the brand so that it encourages the purchase. The research method was carried out through two approaches, qualitative and quantitative, the first refers to a documentary or bibliographic investigation, while, the second refers to a field investigation, implemented through two research instruments; the traveling agencies and consumers or tourists. From the analysis carried out, it was observed that the social dimension stands out at the point of sale, since the behavior of tourism agents and customers are transcendental to close the sale. In addition, it was identified that administrators want to change the infrastructure as a key factor to strengthen their image and differentiate themselves from the competition. The correct management of commercial negotiation at the point of sale, maximizes the amount of sales and it achieves greater interaction with tourists.

Resumen
Global GAP is considered a world standard for Good Agricultural Practices, adding in its last years due to market demands an additional complement to its regulations, it is known as GRASP (Risk Assessment for Social Practices), which assess specific issues such as health, safety and welfare of workers. The objective of this article is to identify the incidence of the application of the Global GAP regulations and their GRASP complement in the fulfillment of the Corporate Social Responsibility philosophy for the integration of sustainability of the Agri-food sector. A research instrument based on 13 key indicators was applied that allowed the analysis of the perception of 384 workers or workers regarding regulations that combine both compliance with the norm and the corporate social responsibility. The results demonstrate the commitment of the Agri-food sector to improve the conditions and quality of life of workers following their certification, allowing themselves to create sustainability and be part of an international market.

The purpose of this research explores the digital economy dynamism in the world, especially Latin America and how the implementation of broadband and the use of the Internet in some countries. It’s implied to know how the digital economy has evolved in society as part of the development of a digital ecosystem. Through a qualitative approach with a trends longitudinal design were analyzed how are Digital Economy Social Index (INDI), global digital competitiveness indicators (World Digital Competitiveness ranking (WDCR)), Eurostat, Digital Readiness Index (DRI).
Applying technological watch techniques, we observed some trends, digital strategies and current trends preferred by customers, especially in the e-commerce market. A theoretical approach to ICTs is made, which is part of the digital economy in business and its importance in social innovation.
It’s evident that specialized personal are still required according to main trends of the new digital era and market volatility in several regions of Latin America, just as R&D spending is relatively low. Despite the efforts of governments to establish greater broadband coverage, it is not yet reflected in a greater use of e- commerce in society.

Resumen
The quality of life and availability of time increases the demand for leisure and recreation. Among the alternatives, it is worth highlighting health tourism, which is gaining extraordinary relevance (Prado, 2000). This tourist segment is being driven towards promotion and development, which is confirmed as an interesting tourist specialisation. This investigation begins with a general diagnosis in the different cantons of the province of Pichincha that have thermal waters as a tourist attraction, a high influx of national and foreign visitors, adequate infrastructure and easy access for tourists. The search for rest and physical well-being of the visitors by taking advantage of the mining-medicinal qualities of the water, becomes a place of leisure since from these spas are promoted activities such as sports and gastronomic tasting typical of a rural tourism

Resumen
Currently, companies and public and private entities from different economic sectors are concerned about different factors. These factors prevent institutions from being more efficient and one of them is the organizational climate that influences work performance in various ways and, therefore, the goals or objectives pursued. This research work presents information on the level of correlation between these variables in one of the recognized public institutions such as the Servicio de Rentas Internas. The purpose of the work is to demonstrate the relationship of the organizational climate and work performance, based on an instrument applied to the SRI workers in the city of Ambato, which measures the values of each construct in order to relate them and present adequate information for the readers. All the workers of the SRI agencies in Ambato city, were considered as population; and the managed instrument responses based on a Likert-type scale with five options, after checking the reliability of the instrument. The statistical methods used in both senses: to calculate the relationship between the two sets of variables, as well as the association between the constructs of the independent variable on the dependent variable, were the techniques of the Karl Pearson correlation coefficient and the linear regression analysis, respectively; that as a result it was found that there are organizational climate dimensions that have statistically significant relationships with variables of work performance. Thus, reaching the objectives of the investigation and allowing to set a precedent for future investigations.

Resumen
The purpose of this manuscript is to determine the impact of the Ecuadorian tax system on microenterprises in the province of Tungurahua, given that their structure constitutes an important source of employment and contribution to the country's economy. From this, the methodology used is of a mixed nature, that is to say qualitative and quantitative, where in the first instance an approach was made to the causes that generate the appearance of the problematic phenomenon, as well as the benefits granted to micro-enterprises were detailed. from 2012 according to the Internal Tax Regime Law. Subsequently, a collection of numerical data was carried out from official sources such as the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance Companies and the Internal Revenue Service. Regarding the scope, the study focuses on an exploratory and explanatory level; given that it takes as a starting point the relationships and components that interact between the different tributary elements and the micro-enterprises, in addition to this it responds to the causes of the events that have arisen. Likewise, among the main findings, it was possible to determine that in the different periods different laws were approved that served as an impulse for the promotion of micro-enterprises in the country with the aim of generating entrepreneurship and seeking new mechanisms for the development of the nation. However, despite these initiatives given by the executive, in the province of Tungurahua there is a different behavior compared to the behavior on a national scale as there is a considerable decrease in micro-businesses, especially between 2016 and 2017, going from 39,446 to 39,338 registering a variation percentage of -0.3%.

The approach used is qualitative and quantitative, this allows us to specify characteristics or descriptions of the political communication media that manage to capture the attention of the voters and at the same time obtain statistical data that allows us to observe the most practical interactivity strategies in political communication. within political marketing. The method used is descriptive: as its word indicates, it specifically describes what voters are looking for; the media that significantly influence the decision of the vote and the undoubted support for a political party; Comparative because a comparison is made of the interactivity strategies in political communication used in the past with the interactivity strategies in political communication used today.

Resumen
The objective of the research was to reveal descriptively the perception that the management team has in relation to the functions of the curriculum and its implication in the pedagogical management in educational establishments located in vulnerable contexts of La Araucanía. To do this, a qualitative methodological approach was used under the interpretive hermeneutic paradigm with a design based on the collective study of interpretative cases. The information was collected through the in-depth interview and then proceeded to a dense description. The study participants were thirteen directors who belonged to subsidized municipal and government subsidized establishments. An ambivalent discourse is evident in managers who participated the study, about the role of the curriculum, which shows a saturated, conflicted and symbolically violent consciousness, the product of the ideological discourse historically established in a profession which has been pauperized and bureaucratized. The presence of a hegemonic curriculum characterized by its technical and instrumental rationalization is also unveiled.
