Entrepreneurial culture is a relevant factor in influencing the competitiveness of a city, region or country. When reviewing the 2019 Global Innovation Index and making a state of the art of experiences in educational entrepreneurship programs in Latin America, the need to generate actions to promote entrepreneurship in early stages is evident. The objective of this study is to design a strategy to teach entrepreneurship in the educational model, which is based on the reality of the Tarapacá region, in northern Chile, and which can be replicated in countries with similar characteristics. The main conclusion lies in the importance of the form and personalization with which the content is delivered, rather than with the theory behind the venture. Based on bibliographic reviews and field analysis in the Tarapacá region, in the north of the trans-Andean country, the importance of working with adolescents is defined and as a result the design of an entrepreneurial training program for students in early stages, from thirteen or fourteen years, where entrepreneurship tools / methodologies are taught and put into practice to promote an entrepreneurial culture.

The objective of this investigation is the studying of learning process throw formal education history. For this I have identified some key concepts of  “philosophy of history” like memory, analyzed from Paul Ricoeur´s  thinking, focused in his questioning of the use and abuse, in the other hand, the oblivion ant their implication in the scholar field, in this way, I have expressed  Walter Benjamin’s  arguments about the history concept , like a fight space for  the story and the hegemony of story, and for the need to change great characters’  history for other point of view that consider  the relegated or hidden groups. Finally, from this analysis I have analyzed the 2016 Ecuadorian situation specifically history class, where these concepts have been applied or not.

The study presents the relationship between the perspective and the perception of the service received through the SERVQUAL model provided by the Insurers and Insurance Producers of Tungurahua, this study is developed with a vision of a non-experimental quantitative nature of a transversal character and correlational scope of those who have purchased vehicle insurance. It is concluded that the reliability dimension is the most important for clients when measuring the quality of service; on the contrary, it is the least efficient dimension in insurers according to the exposed model. By applying factorial analysis, the existing correlation between dimensions can be identified and a strong relationship in appropriate attention can be highlighted, showing interest in customer needs and demonstrating professional capacity. In the same way, it is evident that the appearance of the insurance personnel and modern equipment does not influence the responsiveness when the service is provided and a new configuration of sub-dimensions is exposed to improve it.

A decade ago it was necessary and imminent that the IESS Machala Level II Hospital, a reference to Social Security in the Province of El Oro, can have medical equipment to implement the first Intensive Care Unit in its facilities. The high figures for referrals of patients to private clinics transferring them within the city of Machala and to other more complex Level III Hospitals in other provinces such as Guayaquil, the Teodoro Maldonado Carbo Hospital and in Cuenca the José Carrasco Arteaga Hospital, were a constant that they made an ordeal and caused delays in which the life of a patient is crucial. Subsequently, these health homes also did not attend to patients because they did not have space and beds to house them, referring them to private clinics who had particular agreements with the IESS. The present work shows the great challenge of acquiring medical equipment through the public procurement portal and its contracting modalities according to the LOSNCP promulgated in 2008 and in an efficient manner the first ICU was formed at the IESS Hospital Machala capital of the province of El Oro in 2010 to provide this important service with "quality and warmth" and its current incidence for the benefit and contribution to patients of the social security and the Ministry of Public Health and its degree of importance in the event of an emergency health by Covid.19 nationwide.

The organizational climate has been a topic that has been widely studied by different academics such as Kurt Lewin (1939) and Alfred Adler (1870-1937), due to the importance that this assumes in the performance, conduct and behavior of the workers of an organization. The Fire Brigades, being public institutions with a complex management model, turn out to be interesting cases of study since there is no investigative background in this regard. The applied methodology is descriptive and correlational of a transversal type. Based on substantial bodies of knowledge from authors such as Chiang, Martín and Núñez (2010) and a series of academic contributions that formulate and demonstrate the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction, the research hypothesis is proposed to the administrative and operational staff of the institution. The results obtained by applying the Pearson Coefficient (0.85; p-value <0.05), used to measure the correlation of the study variables, determined a strong and significant positive association between the organizational climate and job satisfaction. The conclusions derived from the research infer that the internal communication constructs (Sig. 0.025 <p-value 0.05) and decision making (Sig. 0.000 <p-value 0.05) are elementary factors of the organizational climate to be considered by the Administrative Units of the Human talent as determining factors for job satisfaction.

This article shows the results of the evaluation of the quality of the service through the use of the American Consumer Satisfaction Model Index (ACSI) in a Public Vehicle Registration Unit. The dimensions evaluated were: expectations, perceived value, perceived quality, satisfaction, loyalty and claims. The methodology is configured by bibliographic analysis, field research in which 379 users of enrollment services participated, and data processing through a confirmatory factor analysis. A questionnaire of 16 questions was used which had a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.903, the inferential statistical analysis was carried out using Pearson's correlations and linear regression. The most outstanding results showed a negative trend that derives from a higher probability of claims, in addition to a higher correlation directed to the results expressed through customer complaints with a Pearson correlation value of 0.681 and a p value of 0.000, therefore which the failures in the service generation processes lead to lower levels of satisfaction, which showed that the quality of the services depends on the actions that are carried out to fulfill beyond the expectations of the clients.
