Resumen
Due to the problematic that the market of retail trade is facing and the constant fights between chains, the impact caused on the sales is immediate until reaching in some occasions a progressive disappearance of local businesses. Under this circumstances the necessity of investigating the visual merchandising grows, which configures a strategic element under the point of view of the market, the scope that was sought to project in the study in “DS Collection” to reconstruct their shoe business, which is located in Ambato; by using a methodological proposal where the components of visual merchandising were sought to incorporate the environment: 1) commercial atmosphere, 2) product placement, 3) exterior architecture and 4) cash desk. To reach this 34 clients between 18 and 65 years are evaluated to identify them as frequent costumers. They are asked 15 questions to give an account to visual merchandising. Finally the most efficient correlations are obtained, which are the most significant for the visual merchandising. The variable with the most significance in the commercial atmosphere is (r=0.944). This component increases the satisfaction of the client and it’s the most important factor to determinate their buying decision. These significant elements were the participants in the restructuring of the store which allowed to show an unique shopping experience for the consumer and to generate notoriety for no brands with a low rotation.

Resumen
Work stress is a psychosocial factor related to the individual and their workplace. This factor turns out to be very significant for those who study its effects on workers all over the world. The current research measures the impact of stress on teachers in private Catholic schools. The main goal of this study is to establish factors associated with Burnout syndrome (BOS). For this purpose, the Maslach Burnout Inventory - Educators Survey (MBI-ES) was applied to 102 teachers, considering sociodemographic variables such as: gender (male and female) and age (ranging from 20 to 71 years). Using a qualitative description model, very low Burnout results were observed in two out of three subscales: emotional exhaustion (16.67 percent), depersonalization (2.94 percent), and a high level of personal achievement (85,29 percent). In summary, there is a low influence of work related stress on teachers. Age and gender do not show relation to stress levels. It is worth mentioning, that each educational institution has a different organizational culture, being a distinctive and meaningful variable in each study. The information gathered in this investigation is expected to be of great importance in the development of further research.

Resumen
Organizations operate in a highly competitive and changing environment. Therefore, the recruitment and selection processes of human talent in organizations constitute the determining and differentiating pillar of the company's competitiveness. This research aims to analyze the management of micro, small, medium, and large companies in the Ecuadorian environment, with the application of the recruitment and selection processes of human talent. Through the application of a quantitative methodology and the management of a survey, which was applied online, it focuses on the analysis of 6 fundamental categories: Means of recruitment, Duration of selection, Selection techniques, Applicant feedback, Personnel with a disability, decision making. 249 recruiters participated voluntarily, belonging to the Ecuadorian economically active population, who were recruited and selected within the type of companies described above, responding to inclusion-exclusion criteria determined for the selection of the population within the framework of the research. The results show the difference in processes between the different types of companies, the consequences of these in business management, and the objectivity of the management of the recruitment and selection process for populations with disabilities.

Resumen
Fiscal pressure is an important indicator in the analysis of economic policy in countries and regions. The objective of this research was to analyze the behavior and evolution of the fiscal pressure in Ecuador and its relationship with collections and the inequality index, which allows awareness and the implementation of government and business strategies for the sake of well-being. of society as a whole. The research carried out is quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional and non-experimental, taking the period 2004 - 2019 as observation points. The methods used to obtain and analyze the data were inductive, deductive and historical, which allowed obtaining the information and conducting your analyzes. The main results obtained show that, in Ecuador, fiscal policy shows a positive situation in the study period, however, when studying the inequality index, considering the Gini coefficient, no great variation is observed, considering that in In the 2019 period, these indicators begin to have a contrary sense to their trend, a situation that is expected to worsen in 2020, with the intense health crisis of COVID 19, which makes governments have to launch strategies to stop the situation. and promote the economic and social development of the country.

Resumen
The purpose of the essay is to discuss the strategic possibilities of linking University with the artisanal fishing organizations of the Parroquia San Mateo, cantón Manta in order to positively impact the local development of the area. For this, reference is made to local development as a strategy of participatory empowerment of resources for the sustainable achievement of population and environmental well-being and quality of life in a context, reason why it is necessary the assumption of guidelines that outline the success of its purposes. From there, a series of actions are proposed in order to be integrated into the Institution's strategic plan for the purpose of study. It is concluded that the strategic role of the university from the local development vision allows to assume a new bidirectional approach of relationship of the university in the community, and of the community in the university

Resumen
The objective of the article is to propose the circular economy as an economic model in the restaurant companies of the city of Manta in Ecuador. Framed in the modality of research article, it is based on the diagnosis of necessity among the managers of 25 entrepreneurship restaurants, selected in a non-probabilistic way by sampling for convenience. This phase was guided in a field investigation – descriptive, applying the interview as an information gathering technique. It was found that most managers are unaware of this economic model, and showed willingness to participate in an action plan. Hence, between the objectives, this strategy is proposed with the intention of developing skills and knowledge for the development of strategic plans for business transition in restaurants applying the principles of the circular economy.

Resumen
The present work aims to evaluate the growth opportunities of online higher education in Ecuador after the disruption generated by the Covid-19 pandemic, through the application of Igor Ansoff product/market matrix.
The objectives of the research are: To analyze the exogenous environment of the higher education sector after the pandemic, by using strategic planning tool PEST; to examine the endogenous environment of the 19 private universities currently present in Ecuador by reviewing their SWOT analysis in order to identify their competitive advantages; and to propose the generic growth strategy resulting from the study of the Ansoff Matrix.
The research concludes that, although the projections of economic growth after Covid-19 are negative, the containment measures adopted for its control have potentiated the use of ICTs, which constitutes a growth opportunity for HEIs through the application of the Related Diversification Strategy: redesigned study programs aimed at hybridization and ubiquitous learning.

Resumen
Digital trends are giving new opportunities to the human being, a business level, e-commerce is covering those expectations, this scientific article aims to know the entrepreneurial attitude from a digital perspective, given that a qualitative study has been used, giving necessary approach in the research of various authors who describe the importance of digital culture and electronic commerce taking into account business management and productivity that is at the hand of entrepreneurship. The methodology applied in this study was bibliographic, with deductive-inductive, analytical methods, knowing essential information about the entrepreneur's attitude, showing that the behavior influenced by the objectives and goals to be met, in addition to the innovation that forms a positive strategy in the digital field for the benefit of electronic commerce.

Resumen
This essay is to present and explain the applications of he civil product liability policy coverage as an addition to the general civil liability policy. Regarding the analysis of its evolution, coverage and participation within the insurance sector in the country, along with application of quantitative and qualitative methodology of research. Starting from primary information analysis from official pages and bibliographic references regarding this topic, as well as statical information referring to the both important aspects, such as: results based on net premiums emitted and pay-outs from the last 3 years, applying the linear regression methodology to the defining existing correlation between the variables researched. This way we were able to determine how to apply this coverage to manufacturing companies, such as food industries while indetifyng the risk where a preventive alternative policy with its products merchandising in mind. Throughout the manufacturing processes risks are present. As an example, in food manufacturing, product contamination can bring out a range of problems that can affect others as well as the company operations. Facing such issues can bring negative economic repercussions. In conclusion, a civil product liability policy could be highly regarded as a strategic prospect for any industry.

Resumen
This study reviews the measures adopted to prevent the spread of covid-19, control its expansion and forestall the collapse of health care systems, highlighting how these measures have generated a change in the behavior of Ecuadorian customers, towards the use of digital media. Through bi-biographical review it was possible to define how improved access to digital media and a new consumer behavior due to the pandemic, has generated growth in the use of digital channels compared to traditional business channels transactional. Faced with the pandemic reality and the analysis of the effects it generates, the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean have taken rapid and important measures to respond in the initial stage of the crisis by adopting economic policies to mitigate its effects, which has motivated the preference of the use of digital media, Following this global trend in Ecuador the number of users who make online transactions has multiplied, The COVID-19 has substantially transformed the reality of e-commerce at a global level so that the Accelerating the rate of adoption of non-face-to-face purchases is a propitious context in the midst of the crisis to stimulate the economic sectors and allow companies to innovate and reinvent themselves in this new environment.
