Resumen
This study is to create a valid platform to respond to the current imperative demand which is modifying the field of evaluation from a complex perspective. The study is driven by the desire to contribute with reflection and debate using educational meta-evaluation in current development. The educational evaluation confronts us with a situation of conflict. Beyond the different dimensions and theories that address this issue, it is important to point out that evaluation always constitutes an activity of communication and epistemic construction insofar as it involves producing knowledge and putting it into circulation among the involved groups from the perspective of meta-evaluation as a recursive and dialogical construction.

Resumen
The paper investigates how, in the Ecuadorian siderurgical industry, the perceived value of the sales force diverges between the upper management levels and their corporate customers. An adaptation to the Hay Group model of competence assessment is used in this research, in which the upper managers and corporate customers played the role of assessors. The study identifies a gap in the perceived value. The customers perceive a higher value than upper managers.

Resumen
This research seeks to identify the factors that determine the sustainability of commercial enterprises in the Flavio Alfaro canton, to analyze their incidence and the determining factor, for this process the variables of greater incidence were selected, being these: Market study, training, accounting management, operative costs, commercial policies, political and socioeconomic factors, geographic and climatic conditions, which were analyzed around the reality of the commercial sector, the study is original and exploratory, in order to achieve the objective, quantitative, qualitative and documentary methodological tools were used, the interview and survey were applied as the main instrument to obtain real information, and finally the level of incidence of the indicated factors was identified.

Resumen
It is a proven fact that the organization and business functions are born with the repowering of the Capitalist economy from the Industrial Revolution. Since its inception, small and medium-sized companies begin to emerge, which is known today as SMEs.
Currently the SMEs that are on the market come in all shapes and sizes; being able to exist with a single owner, with the freedom to carry out various activities of production, commercialization or provision of services, always in order to achieve an economic profit. According to the information derived from the Study of Competitive Management of SMEs in Ecuador, they represent 95% of the productive units.
However, for several years periodical studies have been carried out on the development of SMEs in the Country and it has been verified that, although they represent an important weight in the production and trade sector, their structural and functional evolution does not present progress.

Resumen
The objective of this study is to analyze those aspects that influence an inefficient handling of information of financial interest that involves commercial micro-enterprises in Cantón Machala. The research is framed within a cross-sectional approach, that is, data provided by the companies from the period of time from 2017 to 2019 is considered, based on these elements and with the support of secondary data, a method is selected qualitative type, thanks to the support of structured interviews, directed towards the representative of the accounting area, in addition the study is complemented with a quantitative type model, the sample considered for the study is 50 commercial micro-enterprises according to the Superintendency of Companies Later, a survey file was structured to extract the research findings. The main results show that micro-enterprises constitute small structures, in the introduction and growth stage within the market, they manage and present their financial-accounting information with the advice of a private accountant, lacking an accounting program that allows a better organization of resources, in turn, the presentation of reports and audits is carried out in an inefficient and disorganized way.

Resumen
Emerging competition in today's commercial markets requires increased efforts by business vendors. In many cases, the sales process is affected by the empathetic effects caused by the seller, which has caused the loss of customers. The objective of the investigation was to measure the empathy in the effective performance of the seller of the commercial sector of Ecuador. The qualitative method allowed to propose the construct and evaluation instrument. The quantitative method was applied to measure the degree of empathy of the sellers. The study is correlational, since the relationship of empathic effects on seller performance was validated using the theoretical model and Spearman's Rho statistic. The study sample was sixty (60) vendors from the Ecuadorian commercial sector who provided key information for the development of the research. The main result obtained is that the sellers are at a medium level of empathy. It is concluded that women tend to empathize better in sales. However, they present difficulties in skills competition. However, they have positive attitudes in the sales process.

Resumen
The research presented is intended to outline an optimal path to enhance the value of scholarly communication in the educational process of primary school. There are multiple antecedents addressed between scholarly communication and the educational process in primary school students, which demonstrate that such communication achieves greater coherence in terms of educational influences between the school and the family. In this paper, the author tries to offer a way of a solution to the limits that scholarly communication within the family pose on the dynamics of the formative process of the primary schoolchild. A theoretical-methodological conception is proposed as the main contribution of the research, which focuses attention on a set of structural and formal elements typical of scholarly communication and the formative processes of the primary schoolchild that enable understanding of the dynamics of scholarly communication in primary education. The researcher emphasizes the contributions in constitutive areas for scholarly communication, which are methodologically concentrated, and which offer diversified results depending on the role of the family and the students themselves.

Resumen
From the fourth industrial revolution, new digital strategies emerge, applied in the new disruptive technologies that lead from a traditional organization to become an organization with exponential growth. The objective of the research is to determine and analyze the digital marketing strategies implemented for linear to exponential growth. The methodological design was of qualitative/quantitative type; qualitative, it was analyzed the five dimensions of an organization exponential and quantitative, it was validated by means of the combrach alpha the instrument a of the millennials with the object of investigation. The study sample was of two hundred and eight millennials from the city of Ambato. The scope of the study was correlational, because the hypothetical criteria of each dimension were detailed (purpose of massive transformation, community and crowd, algorithms, engagement and social technologies). It is concluded that the digital strategies in exponential organizations is the use of the Internet, Big Data-Marketing and Cloud Marketing.
