Resumen
Between lights and shadows, fears and hopes, Colombia is walking in the process of implementing peace, therefore, the public university in the Amazon must stand up for the work of monitoring and accompanying the indigenous, Afro-descendant and peasant communities in defense of compliance with the agreements signed in 2016.
In the post-conflict period, the university should be thought of as a “university for peace”, projected in its social function, as an agent of peace, fostering access with equity, promoting relevant academic offerings, expanding coverage, training competent and socially responsible professionals and contributing to the elaboration and resignification of the nation project starting from the recognition of who we are from the Amazonian territory.
May the revolutionary spirit of the students of Córdoba illuminate the conquest of the right to stable and lasting peace for the Colombian Amazon, led by the Public University.

Resumen
Cost is an important indicator to be considered in order to achieve improvements in the administrative decision making process. The objective of this article is to analyze the use of cost accounting tools in operational decisions of comprehensive services in public health units; the research is of a qualitative nature, and an analytical study was conducted on the results obtained through a survey applied to the twelve heads of the different administrative areas of a public health institution of second level of care in zone 4 Manabí-Santo Domingo, in Ecuador, where it was possible to confirm the limited knowledge and application of cost in decision-making.

Resumen
The Covid-19 pandemic has forced many companies to implement teleworking to continue operating. However, most of them had never considered this modality, especially in the construction sector. That is why the study aimed to determine the performance of administrative teleworkers in the construction sector. A case study was carried out, analyzing the company EPICOM S.A., since the management decided to implement teleworking in the administrative area. The 270 degrees evaluation method was applied to all administrative workers, obtaining a total of 100 evaluation sheets. The results show that there is a job performance with a high trend, which confirms that this work modality is a solution to ensure the continuity of the companies in this sector, specifically in the administrative area.

Resumen
This investigation looks for to reflection about some education issues occasioned in the education field during covid-19 pandemic. For these I have described the currently situation in which we pretend educate analyzing from a historical perspective the distance education and Emergency Remote Teaching in social and education gap. In this frame I show the relation and conflicts between classroom education and distance education product of the technologic revolution. Finally, I propose five possible ways contemporary education in pandemic situation.

Resumen
On the occasion of the health emergency due to coronavirus COVID-19- and the measures taken by the District Secretary of Government of Bogotá, in conjunction with the Ministry of Education of Colombia, when the pandemic was declared, an initiative arises from the Secretary of Education with the name of '' Learn at Home '', a strategy that aims to guarantee the right to education of children and young people in Colombia, designed from the strengthening of the home as a learning environment in pedagogical proposals oriented from the school, and supported from co-responsibility , autonomy and care for students.
However, despite all the efforts that have been made, it has not yet been analyzed what happens to those children who, having a history of having been violated at home, have to confine themselves permanently, facing not only difficult daily situations, but also that also the one that, from the pandemic, begins to exacerbate conflicts within their family environments.
It is here where the school takes relevance and in it the accompaniment that is bridged through educational psychology which, if it is difficult to develop in person, becomes more urgent to understand its dimensions in the distance and in the lack of security of the environments here the children are.
For the purposes of this study, the following will be analyzed: the role of the family as a generator of a secure bond; the role of the educational psychologist as a facilitator of the educational processes of boys and girls, of their families, forming a model of school as an environment oriented towards caring for the other.
Thus, finally, denote the importance that educational psychology has in schools, identifying some of its greatest tensions and raising some proposals for reflection that allow re-signifying the accompaniment that the school provides to children in vulnerable situations.

Resumen
The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality factors of the service applied by the Ricolombia Cake Shop company to offer its products to the customers of the city of Machala. The report will have an introduction that the problem of the case, its study indicators and the competitive advantage of the case to improve the production process of the company. during the development of the project a brief description of the company was made, the statistical analysis and results were proposed to identify the quality of service provided by the company as well as its related products, factors involved such as facilities, accessibility, Personality, The gastronomic service, consistency, perseverance, where it was identified that there is a failure in the personality factor, ie ways of psychology with the mind of the consumer by this factor of verification that there is delay in delivery of the final product, The Customer became impatient. As a result of the investigative process we recommend some strategies for the prevention of discomfort and misunderstandings in consumers for the waiting time that implies a service of consumption of the company Ricolombia Cake Shop, culminates with their respective conclusions.

Resumen
The tuna activity is consolidated as an important activity in the Ecuadorian industrial fishing sector, due to the generation of foreign exchange and sources of employment. This article aims to analyze the Ecuadorian tuna industry with respect to the cluster, productive value chain and productivity. The methodology used is descriptive with support in the documentary research technique; The study sample is limited to the provinces of Guayas, Manabí and Santa Elena because they concentrate 92% of the tuna industry in Ecuador. The dimensions of the cluster are based on Navarro (2003), the productive value chain in FAO (2013) and Torres (2016); the indicators of labor productivity and capital in Cobb-Douglas (1928). Research findings show that the tuna industry cluster has a vertical integration, offering primary and processed tuna products; the province of Guayas has strength in its cluster due to its level of labor productivity and capital compared to Manabí and Santa Elena; However, the deterioration in the productivity levels of the tuna industry due to external shocks and the effects of the informal economy, reflect a decrease in exports in 2019, reaching 31% for raw materials and 4% for manufactured products. Companies located in the province of Guayas and Santa Elena must give way to innovation to achieve better levels of productivity, while the province of Manabí must make adjustments in port issues; all changes must be considered from the perspective of a sustainable industry.

Resumen
Content marketing is a marketing technique that is based on creating, publishing and sharing content of interest to the target audience. Thus, this article aims to diagnose the influence on the use of content marketing to increase sales in times of COVID-19. As it is a descriptive-exploratory study, it details the study variables and investigates this little-studied topic. A desk research was used to gather relevant information from scientific articles, books, theses, and government documents. The study population is 41,790 companies in the province of Tungurahua, with a sample of 268 companies, which correspond to MIPYMES (micro, small and medium-sized companies); and to whom a structured survey was applied. Within the results, 4 blocks are presented: A) demographic data; B) use of Marketing in companies; C) Management of COVID-19; D) Implementation of Content Marketing and statistical analysis. In conclusion, the sales of MSMEs are benefited by the application of content marketing, since they achieve a profitability level of 80% to emerge from times of pandemic. So, this type of marketing is a viable strategy for MSMEs that use digital media to expand their activities, which was evidenced in this study.

Resumen
The ability of companies to attract the attention of consumers with creative, fun and informative advertising has a great influence on the acquisition of products and/or services. So, the BTL media have a constant growth in the field of advertising and promotion of products, since these media generate advertising with a high degree of generation of the element of surprise in consumers. The research objective is to identify the main components and/or elements of the BTL media as an advertising tool. To approach the methodological process, the following components were analyzed: 1) methods, 2) participants, 3) instruments and 4) data analysis plan. The implications of the present investigation may have positive repercussions on the Tungurahua trade sector and the current and future perception of advertising. It is concluded that the elements of the BTL media as an advertising tool are: 1) advertising content, 2) reaction, 3) types of BTL advertising and 4) characteristics of advertising.
