Resumen
The concept of autonomy support is a topic of growing interest in educational research given its recognized influence on the learning process. Support for autonomy translates into the generation of learning environments that support the basic psychological needs of students, promoting high-quality autonomous motivation. Given the growing number of investigations, a systematization is necessary to facilitate the understanding of the main areas of influence that these classroom environments generate in the student. Therefore, the present study performs a literature review identifying the main areas of influence generated by learning environments that support the autonomy of higher education students. The results of this research suggest that autonomy supportive environments mainly influence areas related to learning and emotion. Therefore, the present research highlights the need to consider the cognitive aspect, as well as the emotional aspect of the student in the learning process. These results and guidelines that facilitate the generation of supportive climates for autonomy in higher education are discussed.

Resumen
In meetings preceded by the "Dairy Platform" in the province of Tungurahua through dialogue, several inconveniences were found in the sector, however, the main requirement is to provide support to strengthen and reinforce the sector, that is, to organize the information to know the reality of the sector and determine a price according to its production.
As an inter-institutional agreement, they undertake to deliver databases that are managed by the milk receiving institutions and to be able to purify the information of the entire sector of the province of Tungurahua. The information obtained includes reception data from 2019 so that the current state of the sector can be known.
The total volume of milk collection for each of the cantons was determined monthly, organizing the information through tables and graphs to compare the price relationship and the influence of fat and protein in milk, with this organized information the variation can be determined and the trend of milk collection and subsequently apply a multiple regression model to predict the sale price of the product.

Resumen
Consumers are usually the decision-makers to accept or not what businesses offer. In this way, the survival of a company could depend on them. If companies develop marketing strategies without considering the consumer, they risk all their investment. Therefore, the objective of this article is to analyze the elements of the consumer behavior process. The theoretical review was the methodology used. The development section of this article includes external influences (marketing and sociocultural factors), psychological factors, recognition of a need, pre-purchase search, evaluation of alternatives, post-decision behavior, and post-purchase evaluation. The main conclusion extracted from this research is the need for companies to know consumer behavior needs, to achieve this goal, it is necessary to approximate from different points of view and areas of study, such as economic, psychological, sociological, and anthropological.

Resumen
The aim of this research work is to see how and what kind of " reciprocal interactions" (Wechselwirkung) are produced in social distancing in the context of confinement and health crisis, some elements of this new social change are already visible in various parts of the planet. From this new way of life that we will experience there will be significant changes, since we still do not know how much longer the pandemic will last, hence I propose first to analyze social distancing, social interaction (Sabido, Simmel and Goffman) and their current implications, and then in a second moment analyze the important aspects of relational sociology and the new types of " reciprocal interactions" that arise from the current conditions of confinement and finally, starting from a methodological design, I present some scopes from, interviews and experiences in current situations.

Resumen
La formación en instituciones religiosas en la República del Ecuador, coexiste con la formación en instituciones no religiosas. Ello implica, para las instituciones de primer tipo, un esfuerzo adicional en lo relacionado con procesos didácticos y educativos típicos de la educación religiosa.
Debe entenderse, por tanto, que los docentes requieren una atención especializada en cuanto a su preparación mucho más exigente para poder brindar un proceso instructivo y formativo de alta calidad, en consonancia con las características de esta formación e institución (Fernández, 1998; Navarro, 2010; Villarroel, & Quishpe, 2018).
La ética profesional en la educación religiosa no es privativa de las instituciones educativas, también se practica a través de los procesos de desarrollo espiritual de las iglesias. Pero en el caso de la formación religiosa escolar su atención sí es una prioridad en las instituciones educativas de carácter religioso, aun cuando las mismas puedan desarrollarse como parte de alguna orden religiosa, como es el caso de las Escuelas Cristianas de La Salle.
La fortaleza de la ética profesional de los docentes en estas instituciones debe ser una preocupación constante en favor del mejor desempeño pedagógico para lo formativo y didáctico – metodológico para lo instructivo en la preparación con pensamiento y acción acorde a la formación religiosa de los estudiantes.
La importancia de esta investigación dentro de la Unidad Educativa La Salle, se refiere a que los profesionales de la actividad docente educativa desarrollen, desde fundamentos axiológicos acorde con la formación religiosa, una buena metodología y didáctica para la “enseñanza-aprendizaje” es crear conciencia en los docentes sobre la necesidad de conocer y escoger estrategias cautivadoras que mantengan motivados a los niños, con profundidad en su concepción teológica y la sensibilidad ante las necesidades y problemas del prójimo en el diario vivir.

Resumen
During the COVID-19 pandemic, several drastic changes have taken place y in social activities and human interaction. Mainly in Education.
This led to mistrust and certain resistance from students, this in part, to the transition from in-class tuition to online education. The unfamiliar scenario, the lack of training in different platforms and learning management systems, and the rediscovering of the NICTs. This gives way to the focus of this article leading to evidence in student behavioral change when utilizing new technological tools and identification of the underlying causes for the reluctance to a seamless use of tools is needed in order to upgrade or update the current resources and teaching methodology to suit the current context.
Taking into consideration the factors that were evaluated in this study (Ortega, 2018, as cited in Hernández, Fernández and Baptista, 2010) a quantitative, exploratory and descriptive research model was carried out, since it is necessary to use a structured technique with established variables that are aligned to the problem. For this reason, the empirical approach was used for this research using two surveys directed at students during the training process in relation to virtual tools and platforms, so that information could be obtained and analyzed to find different solutions to the problem.
At the end of this study, several factors associated to student’s resistance to change were uncovered along with conditions that may create a broader sense of trust and motivation in them, thus, avoiding student desertion.

Resumen
The business environment is very dynamic, where organizations face an huge challenge: to meet their management efficiently and effectively, along with the demanding demand for customer for products and services with improved characteristics and conditions; in these circumstances, public administration through its companies seeks to modernize processes, sustainability and the provision of public services of optimal quality for the benefit of the community.
The research aims to determine the existence of correlation between the variable Management based on the application of quality principles and performance; from the perception of the officials, who are the executors of the activities in the Cotopaxi Public Mobility Company.
The method of research is non-experimental, transversal, correlational; the work allows to diagnose the current management situation by analyzing six quality dimensions involved in performance, carried out by the application of a survey of 50 items subjecting to the reliability analysis, with a reliability index Cronbach's alpha of 0.98.
The average value of 4.09, indicates that management practices under quality principles applied and developed in the company are at a high level of acceptance. Similar situation presents the dependent variable, placing officials in a performance assessment determined on the value scale as "Very good" with 9.1 points. The results of the study establish the existence of a positive and significant Pearson correlation with 0.637 at the level of 0.01 (bilateral) considered as a positive relationship at the middle level. This asserts that the result in the performance of the company's public servers is affected by the interactions of the quality practices integrated into the management system.

Resumen
The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between individual factors and the recognition of opportunities of entrepreneurs in the district of Villa el Salvador. A quantitative, correlational, non-experimental cross-sectional design was applied. The non-probabilistic and convenience sample consisted of 178 entrepreneurs. The instrument used was designed by Nikraftar & Hosseini, (2016) who applied it to entrepreneurs in Iran. The results present a Spearman's Rho of 0.696 and a p value of 0.000, which indicates a moderately positive and highly significant correlation between the variables, thus confirming all the proposed hypotheses. Likewise, it was found that the individual factors of the entrepreneurs of the Villa el Salvador district are at a developing level, who need to strengthen their self-efficacy, their prior knowledge, their social network and entrepreneurial alertness to improve the ability to recognize opportunities.

El cuento de Borges «Abenjacán el Bojarí, muerto en su laberinto» fue publicado en Sur en 1951 y luego incluido en la segunda edición de El Aleph en 1952. El sobrino de Borges, Miguel de Torre Borges, publicó el fragmento final de ese manuscrito en su libro de fotografías y manuscritos de su tío. Ese fragmento se estudia aquí en detalle, utilizando las herramientas de la crítica genética, en la línea de How Borges Wrote (2018).

Resumen
This article aims to reflect is to reflect on the transnational dimension of many contemporary authors in Italy and within the framework of the European context. Transnationalism assigns a pivotal role to the construction of a cross–border or hybrid imagination, on different cultural and communicational levels, for example by encouraging the attention to those productions in the literary, cinematic, and artistic field which would be unthinkable if we relied on the traditional concept of space where physical, cultural, political and social geography are perfectly matched. The paradigm of transnationalism also sheds light on the productions of contemporary literary authors who have multicultural and multilingual backgrounds, live and operate in a specific national context or in different periods, move from one nation to another, or even follow intercontinental trajectories.
