Empirical evidence shows that the climate crisis impacts unevenly on different social groups. Public policies in general and, therefore, those referring to the phenomenon of climate change are not gender-neutral. This analysis shows that policies action plans against the effects of the climate crisis, can exacerbate structural gender gaps, by turning a blind eye to inequalities, or lessen inequalities by problematizing them from a gender perspective. In this way, they are configured as an opportunity to mainstream the gender perspective from a critical reading of the local context and their structures of inequality, the generation of gender-disaggregated indicators on impact and vulnerability, and a diagnosis of the role that women play in the management of natural resources.

In the following article, we will analyze Enrique Dussel’s and Franz Hinkelammert’s perspective on capitalist modernity. Firstly, we will present the authors point of view –reprising Michael Löwy’s readings of their work- based on a criticism of eurocentrism which interprets history from the experience of poverty and exclusion. Secondly, we will expose the myth of modernity as a fetishist process that turns the victim into a culprit and the victimizer into an innocent person. This will be done from Dussel’s guidelines. Thirdly, following Hinkelammert’s framework, we will address the objections towards the modern conception of subject that looks upon human life as reduced to the notion of the individual that cements all human relationships. Finally, we will focus on the manner in which these two authors review the marxian theory of fetishism to make it their own. In order to achieve this purpose, we will explain the fundamental aspects of Hinkelamert and Dussel’s philosophies.

The article analyzes the gender perspective that includes Law No. 26,150, which established the creation of the National Integral Sex Education Program in Argentina. A qualitative methodology was used and interviews were conducted with experts, as well as those involved in the application of the program within the classrooms. The work is part of a Master's thesis in Latin American Studies, which aimed to analyze the gender perspective presented by this Program for Secondary Education in Buenos Aires, throughout the period 2016-2018. It was evidenced in the investigation that to be able to state the Law it was necessary to use a neutral language that would not arouse the reluctant opposition of the most conservative sectors. In this measure, categories such as gender or gender perspective were avoided and attempts were made to give it concrete from other theoretical and practical aspects.

The present article tries to explain the most important topics related to the betrayal, perfidy and cynicism present in the characters of the novel Curipamba by the writer Ángel Felicísimo Rojas. The novel becomes an instrument of social denunciation; it allows to recreate the difficult reality in which the workers of the Curipamba mine were. In it we see how the industrial apparatus represented in Mr. Spencer seeks to appropriate the alien without mercy (gold resources) in cynical and culpable complicity of the representatives of the State (Cleofe Jimenez). This exploiter-exploited relationship is based on the pain and suffering of the poor miners of Curipamba. On the other hand, there appears a progressive opposition of the engineer Alejandro Sevilla, which seeks to claim labor and economically to their exploited congeners.
