Resumen
The concept of health has evolved from a primarily curative conception, that is, absence of disease, a more preventive approach. However, the definition of the World Health Organization goes further and sets welfare as a goal. This is the challenge of the society of the 21st century. Scientific evidence provides more and more data on the influence that emotional management and physical activity have on personal and social well-being. Therefore, the objectives we set were to analyze the relationship between these two topics, to describe the influence they have on health and well-being and to make recommendations for an exciting and healthy physical activity. Among the conclusions, we highlight the influence that physical exercise produces on emotions as it produces hormones responsible for well-being or cognitive learning, so it helps to have more energy, more self-esteem, more self-control, less stress, improves intelligent decision making , social relations, facilitates learning, etc. On the other hand, emotional intelligence facilitates a more efficient and satisfactory sports practice. Among the recommendations, there are ideas such as setting clear and short goals, establishing positive communication with ourselves and others, living each experience as a success, surrounding yourself with active and healthy friends, and especially enjoying the practice of physical activity before, during and after its completion.

The Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology has developed a project, based on the co-administration of Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) and Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide 6 (GHRP6) for its application in the indication of ischemic stroke. The article aims to develop a prospective business proposal for the introduction of the project in the international market. The four stages deployed for project negotiation are presented: characterization of the product and its application, definition of the target market, determination of the value of the project and proposal of the business model. The negotiation proposal can be generalized to many other innovative Research and Development (R&D) projects in the Cuban Biopharmaceutical industry.

For this reason, it is necessary to know the characteristics of this process, the volumes of drugs they receive and their relationship with the population. In this paper an analysis is made of the distribution of pharmacies in Havana and the delivery volumes of three drugs with high demand in the population; Dipyrone, Loratadine and Ciprofloxacin. Its relationship with population densities and age composition is studied for each of the city's municipalities. In these analyzes, the use of spatial analysis and representation tools of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) was fundamental.

Resumen
The paper conceived the objective of investigating the theoretical aspects that link queuing theory with the quality of services; in the research process, the performance indicators that allow evaluating the quality of a certain service were detailed. To concretize the study, a bibliographic search was carried out that allowed exposing the essence of the different concepts addressed and interpreting them in order to enrich the subject under study. As a resultof the investigation, it was concluded that, from a conceptual perspective, queuing theory and its management level are essential factors in evaluating the quality of a service seen in two dimensions, the one related to the client and the one associated with the characteristics of the service, and that the statistical analysis of the performance indicators allows the continuous improvement of a service process to be promoted.

Resumen
The year 2019 has been very active in the critical analysis and improvement of our Science, Technology and Innovation System, and has produced a good harvest of proposals and results. All of this has been widely reported by our press these days, and we can then not use this small space to celebrate (precisely) what has been done, but to reflect on what to do from now on. Anniversaries are cause for celebration but also for reflection. What has been done is a starting point.
