Resumen
The present work makes reference to the analysis of didactic strategies applied in the Mathematics subject with the students of the Third BGU Unified General Baccalaureate course of the Pujilí Educational Unit, since there is low academic performance, usually the students memorize and repeat the information taught by their professors developing scarcely logical and mathematical reasoning skills. In this study techniques such as survey, interview and observation were used. The results obtained show that students subjectively apply their previous knowledge to solve real-life problems, because it makes it difficult to build new knowledge, the training of entrepreneurs who manage to provide solutions to real problems applied in diverse contexts. It is necessary to identify a new learning method that helps students to be able to solve autonomously challenges that arise in real-life situations, through the construction and application of knowledge. In conclusion, a method that allows problem solving is Problem-Based Learning, giving rise to the fact that the speaker is the one who builds knowledge through experiences related to their environment.

Resumen
Looking for new outlooks of interpretation into historical sources to contrast them with the current educative modalities and to continue thinking philosophically is the objective of this essay that inquires into the aptness of the hermeneutics of Mensaje del president de la República al Congreso constitutional de 1875 from the notion of the educative relationship, inscribing the task in rifts of disciplinary fields as Philosophy of Education, Pedagogy and History. The results become into an assignment of roles, Gabriel Garcia Moreno is constituted as teacher, senators, and deputies into his interlocutors; therefore, the situation of the Ecuadorian government in the last presidential period is the knowledge that must be taught and learnt.

Resumen
The intention of this work is to expose how the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) facilitates the development of the Digital Competences, in students that take the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program; in ISM International Academy. To achieve the stated objective, three phases of investigation were required: (1) an initial phase in which the problem was identified and the intervention was planned; (2) field work, which deals with the collection and initial analysis of the data through a mixed approach: qualitative and quantitative; and (3) the information processing, phase in which the data was organized, interpretations were prepared and the research report was transcribed from comparisons and contrasts, specifying the limitations of the study and viable lines of future research on the need to develop Digital Competences in students for effective use of ICT.

Resumen
The ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Standard assumes a set of standards oriented mainly to the optimization of resources and an adequate management of business management in general, many companies in Ecuador, especially dedicated to manufacturing, apply it as part of their policy Internal quality, since it is not mandatory, however, service companies also apply it to obtain an improvement in the perception of customer service, which is combined in a competitive advantage of the institutions that apply it. This study focuses on demonstrating the level of knowledge of the people of managerial and administrative level of the Institutions of Higher Education (IES) and especially the case study of the Technological Institute of Administration, Commerce and Marketing ISMAC, with the benefits obtained by its accreditation in the first instance of the ISO 9001: 2008 Standard and its subsequent transition to the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard, which implies a joint work of all personnel. In addition, it has been corroborated through field research, that there is a lack of knowledge about the ISO Standard as such and in the same way the advantages or benefits that it brings to management. It was established in the same way that very few HEIs have applied this norm due to ignorance, even due to a lack of generalized Quality culture in the country, therefore, to help know the advantages of an implementation of a Quality Management System It is intended to socialize the experience acquired by the ISMAC, as part of the study.

Resumen
This article shows a Customer Relationship Manage-ment (CRM) Management model for Atrain microbus buses Courier; which was developed with the aim of improving customer service for the inter and intra provincial transport company. A methodology with a mixed approach was applied, through the different inductive-deductive methods, logical, analytical-synthetic historical method due to the treatment of data obtained through techniques and collection instruments such as the survey and the interview. The study population was represented by the company's clients, the objective of the research document is to propose a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) management model that improves service and customer service for the company Atrain microbuses buses Courier. The results show that there are various shortcomings in the company regarding the management of employee reliability, safety and tangibility. Where it can be evidenced that sales promises are not being fulfilled, in addition to not having modernized equipment; as well as payment methods, poor visualization of the physical facilities, the staff does not inspire confidence due to the lack of interaction with the client; In addition, it was shown that people do not have knowledge of processes in minimizing time in the sale; therefore, a proposal was developed that has the peculiarity of being valid for transport companies focused on promoting customer retention through continuous improvement of customer service, this through the development of three main components that are related to the operational area of the company, which are: the service area, marketing area and the sales area.

Resumen
The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of the 5s in the area of maintenance and repair of an import, sale and advice company of air conditioners. The study is carried out with a cross-salt cutting methodology, the selected method is oriented in a qualitative research, with the technique of participatory observation, in addition the data was supported by conducting an in-depth interview, He proceeded to prepare a verification form with the elements corresponding to the 5s techniques. For this purpose, it is applied within the organization to collect the data by evaluating the indicators. The results indicate that although the company does not have a 5s program, its start-up level corresponds to an effectiveness of 25%, it is necessary to carry out an improvement plan to increase efficiency in the workplace Thus, we proceed to prepare proposals for each of the stages of selection, order, cleaning, standardization and discipline.

Resumen
This article delimits his study in the city of Portoviejo and aims to analyze the impact generated by women involved in direct sales and multi-level businesses within the family economy, deriving from the problems that are exposed by the lack of decent employment and the need to get a source of income that allows people who make up a household to survive. For this reason, a structuring of the theoretical context on family economy and multilevel business is carried out, in addition to its evolution at global and local level. Subsequently, with the implementation of a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, information is collected from a primary source, provided through surveys directed at the female gender (wives) present in households. The results found made it possible to demonstrate that this economic activity is frequently implemented in the examined town (Portoviejo) when the respondents indicated that more than 90% incur in such work. All the data collected allowed us to conclude that the contribution generated by this type of business averages 20% to 40% of the total income of a family, proving that it has significant relevance within people's finances.

Resumen
The textile sector has been affected by the poor implementation of advertising strategies that facilitate the marketing and production of clothing. The objective of the research is to design a social media strategy that allows the increase in sales and evidences growth as an effect of brand positioning. The methodological design used in the research was a qualitative approach, since several theories regarding the study variables were analyzed; and of quantitative order, since, it allowed to realize a comparative analysis of sales in three consecutive periods. The study is correlational, since the sales scenarios were analyzed before and after applying the strategy. The statistic used was the analysis of variance of a factor. The main result is the increase in sales after having implemented the social media strategy, thus achieving brand positioning. It is concluded that companies in the sector must be linked to the development of digital strategies over time

Resumen
In Ecuador, with the validity of the 2008 Constitution, new labor policies are created to promote the hiring of people with disabilities in the business field. These policies try to guarantee the inclusion and respect for the rights of these historically discriminated population. It is at this point, where the criteria of many entrepreneurs becomes antagonistic since they do not know whether this type of compulsory contracting becomes an unnecessary expense in labor, or whether it could be a benefit for the business sector they represent. Therefore, this qualitative research aims to elucidate the opinions of representatives of the business sector in El Oro province- Ecuador regarding the contracting of individuals with disabilities. The results show that such contracting practices help to strengthen the corporate image, increase internal competitiveness and more humane working environment as well as getting tax benefits. It is concluded that the employment of persons with disabilities constitutes a benefit for the business sector.

Resumen
Corruption is a global problem that has generated increasing interest due to its serious consequences on countries, for this reason, the objective of analyzing the economic and social implications of corruption has been raised. To measure corruption, the Corruption Control Index was used, the variables were selected and the correlation analysis was performed. The results obtained coincide with previous research, which shows that corruption affects various economic and social variables.
