AbstractThe study of the parameters that affect the optimal building energetic use and solar gaining is crucial for a correct building design. A key factor is to manage the direct daylighting to handle the heating and cooling loads needed to keep in the comfort temperatures.This article’s objective is to study the horizontal slats system installed on the east façade of the Eneres enterprise building, located in Apolonio Morales st. 29, Madrid. The purpose is to set up a control system to control the slats’ position based on climate parameters to handle the incident daylighting.The study starts with the Design Builder model carried out by R. Laera. It is leveraged to make the programme simulations that it’ll be used to test the building performance.The results will be given by the comparison of the programme simulations results about the chosen configurations. They will be: the slats configured in manual mode, as they are actually in the building, the slats’ angle programmed according to the sun azimuth, and the building without slats. All of them simulated in the week that R. Laera studied and in a week of July.In summary, there is not many variation among the manual slats and the programmed, but there is an acceptable difference between the building without the slats and the othersResumenEl estudio de los parámetros que afectan a la óptima utilización de la energía y la captación solar de los edificios es crucial para un correcto diseño del edificio. Un factor clave es gestionar la incidencia solar directa para controlar las cargas de calefacción y refrigeración necesarias para mantener la temperatura de confort.El objetivo de este trabajo es el estudio del sistema de lamas horizontales que encontramos en la fachada este del edificio de la empresa Eneres, situado en la calle Apolonio Morales 29, Madrid. El fin es establecer un sistema de control de su posición en función de los parámetros climáticos para gestionar la luz solar incidente.El estudio parte del modelo en Design Builder que realizó R. Laera del edificio en cuestión, y se aprovecha para realizar las simulaciones en las que comprobaremos el comportamiento del edificio.El resultado del estudio vendrá dado por la comparación de los resultados obtenidos en dichas simulaciones con las configuraciones elegidas, que serán: lamas en modo manual, lamas en modo programado con orientación solar y el edificio sin lamas. Todas ellas en la semana de invierno desarrollada por R.Laera y una semana elegida de julio.Como resultado obtenemos que hay muy poca diferencia entre el edificio con lamas de manera manual, como se encuentra actualmente, y sistema de lamas programado. Pero sí existe variación entre el edificio sin lamas y las otras dos variantes. 

Varias de las características de Internet, y principalmente su internacionalidad, nos llevan, como corolario, a definirla como un espacio esencialmente extraterritorial. Nos encontramos ante la misma extraterritorialidad que es inherente a la existencia y necesidad del Derecho Internacional Privado, que lo caracteriza y le concede su razón de ser. Sin embargo, la ubicuidad de Internet conlleva numerosos problemas jurídicos, en particular en materia de conflicto de leyes y de jurisdicciones, propios de nuestra disciplina. De allí, la intima relación entre Derecho Internacional Privado e Internet y las nuevas tecnologías en general. En este sentido, estas irrumpen en los tres sectores de nuestra disciplina: la jurisdicción competente, el derecho aplicable y la cooperación jurídica internacional, ya sea para complejizar o para facilitar sus soluciones, según el caso. Precisamente, en este trabajo procuramos compartir algunos aportes a la comprensión de las incidencias de las nuevas tecnologías, y en especial de Internet, en tales ámbitos.

The article addresses the negative influence of gender stereotypes in the investigation and prosecution of crimes that include domestic and sexual violence against women. First, some theoretical considerations about stereotypes are made, as they are identified as a form of discrimination against women when they are use to establish gender hierarchy. Then, the reception of the subject in the international human rights system and in particular the work of the CEDAW Committee are detailed. Cases of sexual violence tried in the Philippines are reviewed and the case of Ángela González Carreño - who denounced Spain before the appointed Committee - is used to illustrate how harmful the application of preconceived notions about gender violence in courts.

In the United States of America there is an event of significant importance when income tax returns are filed before the I.R.S known as tax day. In our country there is the same tax event for the same type of tax, however, the significance of the deadline to file income tax returns does not share the same characteristics. From the analysis of the tax day, its origins, characteristics as well as its differences and similarities with the Argentine Law; this paper will intend to explain why it is so important in America.

The life imprisonment assumes various modalities in Argentine and Italian legislation. In these modalities it´s possible to find diverse incompatibilities with fundamental rights and principles of criminal law, such as reasonableness, proportionality, equality, the reeducational purpose of punishment and the culpability. Likewise, the institute of life imprisonment as such is analyzed and various reflections are made regarding its legitimacy in contexts of free and democratic states of law.

The present work offers a periodization of the argentinian constitutional history, which is then developed contextually taking data from the political, social and economic history of our country. The analysis of the stages is preceded by a brief review of the circumstances prior to 1810 that we have considered relevant.

Today's families operate in scenarios of multiple intergenerational interactions, that is, linkages between subjects that belong to different generations (Dabove, 2008), among which in this work those between grandchildren stand out. and grandfather / as well as between great-grandchild / great-grandfather (Chechile-Herrera, 2012). The intra-family relations between the subjects that make up those generations receive their due protection in the legal complex, through responses inspired by the protection of the “person”, in particular, through a special protection of the rights of the / grandchildren or great-grandchildren who are children and adolescents (Fernández, 2015)), and grandfather or great-grandparent who are older people (Dabove, 2018). The Civil and Commercial Code reflects in its various deposits the protection of intergenerational relationships between grandchildren and grandparents, as well as between great-grandchildren and great-grandparents, integrating into the legal system in accordance with the demands that come from the standards international and constitutional on the matter. Hence, the purpose of this work is to show that the significance assigned to such interactions is evident from the analysis of various institutes incorporated into the Civil and Commercial Code based on the impact of International Human Rights Law, as well as from the “re -interpretation ”of figures traditionally received by the legal world. Therefore, the subject is approached from a cross reading of different institutions of Family Law that demonstrate the above.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the protection afforded by the Buenos Aires legislature to housing, which is unique and permanently occupied, when it has stipulated its inembargability and inejecutability through Law 14432, in the light of the constitutional and conventional state of law. In this context, the position of the Buenos Aires courts on this matter will be analyzed, with special attention to the decision of the Civil and Commercial Appeals Chamber, Chamber I, of the Judicial Department of Azul, since it was inclined by the unconstitutionality of the inembargability and inejecutibility of the single dwelling of permanent occupation.Also, in contrast, it will be considered a ruling of the Second Chamber of Appeal in Civil and Commercial Matters of the City of La Plata, from 2015, where Judge Bermejo performs a conventional control of the regulations in question, declaring its constitutionality.

Se llevó a cabo un estudio acerca de lo que significa la evaluación cómo procesos diversos y sus implicancias en el ámbito universitario de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, más específicamente en la materia Derecho Romano. Para ello se realizó un trabajo de campo sobre de los mecanismos pedagógicos vinculados con los procesos de evaluación de los aprendizajes requeridos por los alumnos en la búsqueda de la efectividad de que cumplan con las exigencias curriculares al ser evaluados y no que sea un mero instrumento que les ponga límites en el momento de ser calificados. La evaluación es un tema de complejidad y aquí se lo vincula al análisis del error, su concepto y clases, porque la evaluación es una constante evolución pedagógica y no un instrumento estanco, se promueve el desarrollo de habilidades tanto para el docente como para el/la del alumno/a.

How do these technological developments relate to the participation, representation and electoral processes?
