Resumen
The extensive proliferation of social conflicts of groups that claim political exclusion, institutional indifference, and underestimation of their forms of life, are evidence of the conceptual insufficiency of the end of history of Fukuyama's Hegel. These collective subjects are not perceived as part of the organic unity that is the social, but rather as cleaved fragments, unrelated to it. I suggest that we can give explanatory value and to grant a normative solution to this social fracture through the concept of recognition developed by Hegel in his Jenense period. Thus, as an update of this concept, these social conflicts can be understood as struggles for the recognition for some of its dimensions, affective, legal and/or social, that have been unjustly denied.

Resumen
The text analyzes three different conjugation of the notion of Enlightenment in Hegel’s reflection. It aims to show that Hegel’s goal is the unfold of a new notion of reason, in comparison to which the enlightened reason proves to be a necessary, yet incomplete instance. In Hegel’s view Enlightenment becomes an historical experience of negation of the existence which spreads out as an infectious disease destroying the collective body that hosts it. However it cannot and must not be stopped. Rather, the only way to produce the antibodies necessary to overcome that unrestrained contagion is to undergo the abyss into which Enlightenment plunges the link between the I and the world, the particular and the universal.

Resumen
In the Introduction to the Grundlinien der Philosophie des Rechts, Hegel expounds briefly and essentially, his conception of a free will within the speculative framework of his philosophy. The preceding reflections on this theme are to be found in the first edition of his Enzyklopädie der philosophischen Wissenschaften im Grundisse [1817]. In the Introduction to the Grundlinien the conceptions of right itself and freedom suggest the main line of thought for Hegel’s understanding of the the will which is free in and for itself as developed in different stages. We contend that Hegel’s account of the will is a cornerstone for the whole argument of “Abstract Right”, “Morality” and “Ethical Life”.

Resumen
Brandom’s reading of Hegel’s metaphysics offers an excitingly rich interpretation within the context of contemporary modal metaphysics. Brandom reads Hegel’s determinate negation in the way that the concepts of material incompatibility and material consequence relations operate. Brandom recognizes incompatibility as a modal concept and places it as a primitive in the foundation of Hegel’s metaphysics. This paper examines of Brandom’s modal foundationalist claim in comparison to how Hegel conceives of modality in his Logic. Upon this examination, the paper suggests that Brandom’s interpretation remains problematically indifferent to the anti-foundationalist aspect of Hegel’s Logic and Hegel’s understanding of modality.

Resumen
Objective: To assess the values of maximal static inspiratory and expiratory mouth pressures in healthy young Latin American adults, as well as the instruments and technical characteristics of measurement.
Materials and methods: Observational studies reporting the values of maximal static inspiratory and/or expiratory mouth pressures (Pimax and/or Pemax) in Latin American young, young adult, adult, and student subjects were included. Articles without full access to content, published over ten years ago, or written in languages other than English, Spanish, or Portuguese were excluded. The search was carried out in Medline/Pubmed, Virtual Health Library, and SciELO databases. Risk of bias analysis was performed using the Newcastle Ottawa scale. A qualitative synthesis of the results was performed. OSF register: https://osf.io/32jqp/
Results: A total of 9 observational studies were included. The age range of subjects was 15 -35. Mean Pimax and/or Pemax values were higher in male subjects. Measurements were made using digital and aneroid manovacuometers, with rigid and diving nozzles, in the supine, sitting, or semi-sitting position.
Conclusion: Most studies on the maximal static mouth pressures of healthy Latin American young adults were conducted on subjects aged between 15 and 35. Higher values of maximal static respiratory pressure were observed in male subjects, and measurements were made in the sitting position, using an analog manovacuometer. Future studies are needed to help implement these findings into actual evidence-based practice.

Resumen
Objective: To describe the clinical-demographic characteristics of chronically critically-ill pediatric subjects hospitalized in a weaning center. The secondary objective is to describe the weaning and decannulation success rate and mortality rate.
Materials and method: A descriptive case series study of chronically critically-ill pediatric subjects hospitalized in a rehabilitation unit.
Results: The subjects had at least two categories of chronic conditions according to Feudtner´s classification, the most frequent being technology dependence. Congenital, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions were the most common medical history. The rate of weaning, decannulation, mortality, and home discharge of subjects admitted with a tracheostomy tube was 50%, 18%, 9%, and 27%, respectively.
Conclusion: Chronically critically-ill tracheostomized pediatric subjects hospitalized in our rehabilitation unit had at least two categories of chronic conditions. Most subjects were male, under two years of age, and with prolonged hospitalization. Although half of the subjects achieved weaning success, only 18% were decannulated, with a low mortality rate. Therefore, pediatric subjects with technology dependence and high survival rate need to receive care in specialized and cost-efficient units, with a multidisciplinary approach.

Resumen
Due to the geographical location of the Chilean territory, within a convergent margin to the west of the Pacific Basin, its coastline is permanently exposed to the threat of tsunamis of seismic origin, both from near and distant field sources, thus revealing the necessity for coastal communities to have tools to allow them to carry out adequate territorial planning in such a way that spaces can efficiently be managed to avoid the loss of human lives and to mitigate damage to infrastructure. In the present study, the degree of exposure of the county of Coronel due to tsunami threat was determined using numerical modeling methodology and integrating it through Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with territorial databases to interrelate the degree of communal exposure. The obtained georeferenced thematic hazard maps, generated through this methodology, allowed the identification and visualization of the most critical geographic areas for the county, revealing their usefulness as tools to adequately manage the risk and support the implementation of the necessary prevention and mitigation actions for the coastline of Coronel, taking into consideration factors such as vulnerability reduction and territorial planning.
