Resumen
The title of this issue Education, learning and otherness is due, in the first place, to the reflection provided by the Spanish pedagogue Pedro Ortega Ruiz, member of the Quality Committee of the Ibero-American Network of Pedagogy, Redipe, on the presence of ethics and anthropology in education, proposing a new approach in education, a discourse that brings pedagogy out of routine and fatigue that always repeats the same. He states that anthropology and ethics go through educational action from beginning to end; that education, like ethics, is an encounter with the other that demands welcome and recognition from the authority of the vulnerability of his face. On the other hand, the bulk of the articles that the magazine involves include the learning processes, an area of education that cannot be strengthened without the eventual annealing of the other.

Resumen
Anthropology and ethics go through educational action from beginning to end. They are their necessary references. Education, like ethics, is an encounter with the other that demands welcome and recognition from the authority of the vulnerability of its face. All educational action, like the ethical response, is unique, original and unrepeatable, so it is never extrapolated to other individuals or situations. It constitutes a new birth, the beginning of something new. This requires not only a different way of thinking about education, but also a different way of putting it into practice, a new practice. This is found in the narration of the life experience of each student not only the most appropriate strategy, but the very content of the educational action. The beginning of something new, the birth of a new creature are the figures that best describe education as an act and as a process.

Resumen
The content of the Physics Courses and in particular the electromagnetism course is presented in isolation, as subjects without any interaction and little contextualized with their professional profile and with the technological advances of today's society. In search of improving the teaching of the general Electromagnetism course in the Engineering and Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Physics at the University of Cesar, the ECINAMA Educational Sciences in Natural Sciences and Mathematics research group, with its FIEDUSICO Y PENSAGEO research seedbeds, they proposes a teaching of Physics and Mathematics through contextualized situations, with the purpose that students apply the knowledge and skills associated with situations, such as the operation of a cell phone charger. In this research, the first phase of the knowledge associated with the aforementioned situation is presented, through the general problem: How does a cell phone charger work?
The operation of a cell phone charger has the following: transformation, rectification, filtering and regulation. The study presents the electromagnetic knowledge associated with the transformation process performed by a single-phase reducing transformer of a cell phone charger. The methodological design followed in this research consisted of: characterizing the type of transformer of most cell phone chargers, and identifying the electromagnetic phenomena present in its operation and determining the school knowledge that explains the phenomena presented.

Resumen
The educational institutions have the purpose of contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of society. That is why this manuscript aims to analyze the perception of the training and business community, of an entrepreneurial teaching model offered by an educational institution, which leads to reflection and strengthening in this emphasis. The research was theoretically based on the epistemology of entrepreneurship and the laws governing technical secondary education in Colombia and business training, these are: Law 115 of 1994, Law 1014 of 2006 and Guidelines 39 and 21 of the Ministry of National Education (MEN) For its realization, a mixed approach was chosen, with quantitative predominance and descriptive scope. Information collection was obtained through the survey technique, administered to students, graduates, parents, teachers and teachers; and the interview technique through representatives of the productive sector. Among the most significant results, is that technical training and entrepreneurship generate an added and differential value compared to other types of education.

Resumen
This article studies the configuration of the aesthetics of the absurd in Todos estábamos a la espera (1954) and Los cuentos de Juana (1972), storybooks by Alvaro Cepeda Samudio. From the first critical approach of the absurd, formulated by Martin Esslin, this article analyzes its different categories and adds others that are characteristic of this aesthetic.
These works deal with seemingly independent stories developed in everyday spaces. However, and directed by a different path to the traditional one, it mixes in them some elements that are part of the literature of the absurd as the nonsense, the grotesque and the dreamlike. These components will be the principle of analysis to the works of this writer

Resumen
The intention of this study is to analyze the relationship between reading comprehension and students’ ability to identify media bias in written press. The participants for this study were sixty EFL students from a language department of an Ecuadorian university. There was no random assignment of participants to the control and experimental groups. Information was obtained from a questionnaire by Browne and Keeley (2004). Data was coded manually, and the outcomes showed no significant improvement in students’ ability to identify media bias referred to the variable “time”. Also, there was no significance in the interaction of the variable “time” and the variable “group”, and there was little difference in the two times the test was taken by both groups.

Resumen
The topic of education opens a range of possibilities for discussion; to this day, it never ceases to amaze us with adaptations and new reforms. About indigenous education, the picture becomes complex, as the institutionalization of education was designed for a non-indigenous monolingual population, following the patterns of a system that forces us to see education as a step to achieve human and social development. This research investigated and analyzed how the study population, upper middle indigenous women, are perceived and built within the education process.
