Resumen
The bulk of the contributions included in number 9_3 of our Redipe Bulletin Magazine revolve around reflections and inquiries about critical and formative reading and writing, educational inclusion, teaching and application of mathematics and technology. Other works address educational processes related to the perspectives of global and human development, and of an eventual, critical and purposeful education against the ravages that a savage capitalism makes of life, ecosystems and the human being.

Resumen
University teachers downplay cultural stories in the classroom, and although knowing the identity of their students generate little interest in an academic from non-social areas, in the language classroom the importance of identity should be a very important factor. The objective of this study was to find cases of multilingual university students who attend English classes in the Language Centers of our region, whose mother tongue is a language of the Original Peoples. The reason for the study was to listen to their different narratives to learn about their linguistic and identity experiences when passing through different cultural contexts. For the analysis of this study, Anthony Giddens’s theories were considered where the individual is perceived as an acting being and able to dialogue with the different situations and institutions in which they need to cohabit. To obtain results, two instruments were prepared primarily: a survey from Google Forms, to know how many multilingual students were studying at the Language Center and how many of them could have been contacted, and a semi-structured interview based on questions of the kind proposed by Martens (2010). The interviews were transcribed and evaluated by means of codifications, an analysis of comparative narratives was performed according to Hernández Sampieri, Fernández Collado and Baptista Lucio (2014). The results obtained in the narratives demonstrate the linguistic and cultural maturity of the participants within the institutions they have had to pass through.

Resumen
In Ecuador in the year 2019, the percentage of the population with visual impairment was 11.79%, of that percentage only 4.51% were children transiting school age and should be included in regular education however many must attend specialized schools since not all institutions are prepared to include them. Technology, teaching resources, among others, constitute some of the elements necessary to include children with visual disabilities in the classroom, since they develop a learning process based on other senses, especially touch, with which they can perceive objects or forms in general. This article allowed us to analyze whether 3D resources favor significant learning in students with visual disabilities. For this purpose, customized resources were developed in a special educational institution and the survey aimed at both teachers and students, an interview with the director of the institution was applied as a technique and it was obtained as a result that resources printed in 3d technology influenced the significant student learning.

Resumen
Currently, special relevance is being given to university education by competencies. Among the various competences to be used, argumentation stands out especially. In the case of Law, argumentation is particularly relevant because it is more than just a core competence for the work of interpreting legal norms; it would be, therefore, a whole field of study. In this paper, it is intended a brief approximation to what legal argumentation means for Law and therefore for professional training, which entails new teaching and evaluation strategies.
