Resumen
With the results of this research it is sought to make a theoretical contribution in the field of mathematics education, in particular to pre-calculus teachers, through a classification and description of inquiries; in which specific characteristics of logarithmic functions are recognized. A process of review and characterization is carried out based on the notion of didactic knowledge of the content, with a frame of reference in the historical and epistemological development of the concept, from the delineation presented by Vargas (2017).The path was followed with the intention of impacting the training of teachers, with the analyzes concerning research reports, by establishing an alternative to concerns concerning identifying ¿From the knowledge of the historical development of the concepts logarithm and logarithmic function, what contributions can they be proposed for conceptualization by mathematics teachers in training and in practice?

Resumen
Every teachers in general live worried in a certain way, especially those of the area of mathematics, to generate in their students the development of competencies: argumentative, propositional and interpretative competences. The memoristic way in which some notebook factories have promoted the multiplication tables, have originated during the generations that the purposes of the areas are truncated in my point of view by the bad using of this marketing strategy.
The “Maya” Method was born 10 years ago, the same age than my son Juan José, trying to do an educational and social contribution to the community; innovating since the didactics and the significant learning strategies, typical of the constructivist theory which holds that maintains that the knowledge is not discovered, but on the contrary; Knowledge is built from their own way of being, thinking and interpreting information.
I pretend to diminish the possibility of not naturalizing the memoristic knowledge about learning the multiplication tables. The “Maya” method insists on applying certain properties of the multiplication of natural numbers and other methodological strategies, letting that, when handling the multiplication algorithm, it is enough to know “from memory” the product of 15 natural numbers by the non-null digits, making more attractive the learning of the named multiplication tables. The usefulness of this method is that it is the gateway to mental calculation and the development of skills and competences in mathematics.

Resumen
Incompatible objectives are inherent in any human group, in it social relations structure a theoretical component that, warns in the conflict of the presence of the collective actor that operates the relations of influence of one on the other.
Power, the central axis of the conflict, establishes in the culture its own codes that interweave the actions of the group.
What is the meaning that the different groups identified in individual-collective interaction give to the conflicts established in the organizational context?
In the investigation process the world view and the interests of the investigator that will lead him to approach one way or another to the facts are highlighted. Ethnography is the approach to investigate human groups, this is a micro or basic work that analyzes the interactions of the collective actor based on the idea of the social machinery that interweaves school conflict.

Resumen
In the last three issues of the Boletín Redipe Magazine we have been including some articles for reflection on Covid19, in particular regarding the experiences of the confinement that the pandemic caused by it has demanded. Others are included in this issue. One of them is the editorial article by Dr. Nancy Arteaga Arteaga, regarding Cuban policies regarding the phenomenon in question. As is known, Cuba is the American country that was able to confront it with the greatest success, to the point where great countries, including world powers, have required the support of this country to alleviate the impacts that they have suffered in terms of health and lives.
A review of the articles included in this issue is set out below.

Resumen
The aim of the research is to implement a genetic algorithm using a computer application based on neural and evolutionary computing to obtain the best adapted chromosome, such development demands statistical analysis of decriptive based on genetic algorithms. I know specifically used twenty types of chromosomes that the input data will be a network in Pajek format (*.net) and the output data will mention the highest modularity partition found, in Pajek format (*.clu), and its corresponding modularity value, i.e. after chromosome selection, crossing or mutation is performed the evaluation for decoding by means of the Fitness parameter , thus selecting through the Wheel of roulette to obtain the best-adapted chromosome.
Twenty types of chromosomes transformed into Pajek (.net) format were specifically used and genetic algorithms (AG) work between the solution set of a problem called phenotype, and the set of individuals from a natural population, encoding the information of each solution into a string, usually binary, called a chromosome. The symbols that make up the chain are called genes. When the chromosome representation is done with binary digit strings it is known as a genotype. Chromosomes evolve through iterations, called generations. In each generation, chromosomes are evaluated using neural and evolutionary computing using some measure of fitness. The following generations (new chromosomes), are generated by applying the genetic operators repeatedly, these being the operators of selection, crossing, mutation and replacement, to obtain the best adapted chromosome.
This article explains the implementation of a genetic algorithm using a computer application based on neural and evolutionary computing to obtain the best adapted chromosome, which starts from a population of solutions, and based on the value of the adaptation function for each of the individuals (solutions) of that population, select the best individuals (according to that function) and combine to generate new ones. This process is repeated cyclically until a stop criterion is met.

Resumen
This article emerges as a synthesis of the research “Conceptions of University Social Responsibility: A Look from the Students of the Faculties of Education of the Surcolombiana University and the Francisco José De Caldas District University” carried out in the context of the Master's Degree in Education and Human Development, which offers the Center for Advanced Studies in Childhood and Youth of the University of Manizales and CINDE. The purpose of this study was to understand the role of teachers in training, from emerging discourses, who are on the verge of being the trainers of the new generations and to identify the concepts that have around Social Responsibility. To this end, they investigated what they understand about their professional profile, the ethical imperatives that emerge from their experience after a comprehensive learning process, the contributions of their training process in undergraduate programs and their reflective exercise on their role in the social development of the region. This research was developed in light of the qualitative approach, based on the hermeneutical method from Gadamer's perspective as a tool for understanding emerging realities supported by ATLAS.ti qualitative data analysis software which allows integration and analysis of different data collection methods.

Resumen
The Neapolitan 17th century was characterized by such great cultural and artistic ferment that it was labelled as the Golden Age. A myriad of architects, sculptors, painters and craftsmen created works of great value that changed the face of the Viceroyalty capital forever.
Among the most appreciated painters at the time, as shown by the many works that are now part of his catalogue, but for a long time fallen into oblivion, also for the almost total absence of documents, there is certainly Antonio De Bellis: an artist who has aroused the interest of scholars since the 1970s, also becoming part of the group of painters involved in the vexata quaestio on the identity of the Maestro degli Annunci ai pastori.
Often mistaken for Bernardo Cavallino, as proof of his works’ quality his artistic path has its roots in Caravaggesque naturalism as interpreted by Battistello, Filippo Vitale and Jusepe de Ribera. Following in this latter’s footsteps, like so many others, he participates in the coloristic revolution coming on the one hand, from Rome, with the rediscovery of the 16th century Venetian Masters by a group of French artists, first of all Poussin, and, on the other hand, from Van Dyck’s works, full of Mediterranean light.
Antonio De Bellis’ attempt to maintain the link with his formative painting style while adhering to these new instances, however, does not last long and so his final two canvases lack the mordant of his previous production.

Resumen
Throughout this article we propose to approach the figure of María Magdalena through the different literary sources and their impact on the iconography. She, disciple of Jesus, witness of his teaching and of his life, was the first person who had the news of his resurrection and the communication to the disciples. This woman has been the object of admiration, but also of controversy throughout the centuries. Her name is not limited to a male, it does not bear the surname of her father or her husband, but that of the city of Magdala. It is nicknamed a place-name, which is the place of origin, on the north-western shore of Lake Tiberias in the Galilee region, from where he had followed Jesus. The history of Christianity changed her into one of the most popular characters, being a source of inspiration for numerous painters and sculptors; legends, fables, poetry, novels, plays, and essays have been made about her. It can be said that each age has created its Magdalena according to its needs and interests. Ideas and legends have been added to the original figure of Magdalena as a follower of Christ that came to shape her mythical image. The images change, but they are important to identify concepts and this has happened with the different images of Mary Magdalene throughout Antiquity, the Middle Ages and following times.

Resumen
The article aims to reconstruct the history of the “Company of Death”, debunking myths and legends behind its history. For a long time the “Company of Death” was considered a group of Neapolitan painters determined to participate in the days of Masaniello's revolt. According to the Neapolitan biographer Bernardo De Dominici, the “Company of Death” was organized by the painter Aniello Falcone and counted among his ranks many Neapolitan artists eager to participate in the days of the revolt. The gang would organize during night time punitive expeditions for the city of Naples, to the detriment of the Spanish who had abused young Neapolitan women. Was it really like that? Can we talk about the birth of a real painting of dissent? For the first time this phenomenon is investigated from the point of view of historical sources and artists' memories.
