Magic has existed in all periods of antiquity. In classical Greece it was very present in all areas of life, although it was not well received. This condemnation is accentuated when the people who performed these magical practices were women, known as witches and sorceresses who, at the same time, were protected and supported by goddesses related to this discipline. All of them gained a place among those women vexed by society due to these mystical knowledges that they gathered. Despite this, their stories have survived to this day, as well as their artistic representation throughout the History of Art.

The Judgment of Paris, a recurrent myth on Art History that continues with the current validity. In order to help the iconographic analysis of these representations, some of the most important sources of the myth have been recognized and analyzed, as well as an approach to the characters. In addition, the work has a motivation to briefly capture the trajectory of history and its representation, basing on the transmission of the tradition.

The graphic illustration presents a great variety of themes and techniques. In this article we will study specifically the LGTB illustration and caricature of a burlesque and erotic characteristic with a great emphasis on satirical magazines from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, like L'Assiette au Beurre, due to its great relevance and repercussion. We will also see other examples of equal historical and artistic relevance such as Gerda Wegener's illustrations for Douze sonnets lascifs.  

Law’s importance in application and execution of Justice is shown in this virtue both theoretically and visually. Law is concreted visually in Justice’s image through different attributes which highlight the importance of law in its practice. Moreover, law has been considered by thinkers as one of virtues that compose Justice. This consideration has visual repercussions both for the Law and for Justice. In this way, Justice’s attributes are the visual display of the aspects that compose it. For this reasons, Justice share attributes with allegory of Law.

The artist Federico Castellón Martínez (Alhabia, 1914-New York, 1971) has remained almost forgotten in Spain until recently, in contrast to his country of adoption, the United States, where he has been admired since his youth. Fortunately, with the increasing studies and exhibitions of his work in his native country, the true artistic dimensions of this Almerian are being discovered.

The avant-garde Soviet porcelain made between 1918-1923 is one of the most prestigious and expensive in the world. It's an unprecedented case in Art History. This is due not only to the exceptional quality of porcelain, but also because of the revolutionary designs that glorified the newborn country. The aim of this work is to approach the history of production, its relationship with the state and study of Soviet avant-garde porcelain.

¿El control de convencionalidad es una facultad exclusivamente judicial o corresponde también realizarlo a la administración pública? Se indaga en el comportamiento de la administración frente a la norma inconstitucional. Posteriormente se considera el control de convencionalidad a partir de la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana y fallos de la Corte Suprema de Justicia Argentina. Consecutivamente se analiza lo que sucede en el derecho comparado, en particular Perú, México y Colombia. Finalmente se esbozan reflexiones en la convicción de la importancia que tiene, para la administración pública, el respeto por los derechos humanos en el ejercicio de la función administrativa.

Se analizan las conexiones entre razón y voluntad con el derecho como facultades humanas que han sido definidas de formas distintas por varios autores, dichas precisiones se proyectan al campo jurídico de diversas maneras. Se asocia elementalmente a la razón con la capacidad de conocer “teóricamente” diciendo cómo son las cosas y estructurando razonamientos o “práctica- mente” discerniendo y dirigiendo la conducta y la voluntad con la capacidad de querer y concretar las operaciones humanas. En términos kantianos, la razón teórica quiere discernir qué es lo que podemos conocer, mientras que la razón práctica indica cómo debemos actuar.

Resumen: Son innumerables las investigaciones que se han realizado en el mundo sobre los efectos y beneficios de las nuevas tecnologías versus población y la ciudad digital en sus análisis y conclusiones consideran que existe una nueva problemática en el mundo a la que se le denominó “brecha digital”. Sin embargo, no se han realizado investigaciones acerca del efecto que tienen las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación TICS sobre el tejido asociativo inmigrante de Argelia, Bulgaria, Colombia, Ecuador, Mali, Marruecos, Rumania y Senegal en España. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es determinar la incidencia de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en el tejido asociativo inmigrante en España, así como conocer el uso de éstas en el quehacer cotidiano de las asociaciones y sus implicaciones para las mismas, partiendo de una metodología no experimental, comparativa, descriptiva y de etnografía virtual. En sus conclusiones queda claro que la brecha digital afecta las asociaciones a partir de la diferenciación entre las que tienen acceso a internet, los conocimientos para el acceso y cuentan con contenidos de calidad, de las asociaciones que no.   Palabras clave: Tecnologías de la información, Redes Sociales, Migración.   Abstract: Countless researches have been done in the world on the effects and benefits of the new technologies of information and communication ICT versus population and the digital city in its analysis and conclusions consider that there is a new problematic in the world called "digital divide". However, there are not conducted researches about the effects that ICT has had on the immigrant associations network of Algeria, Bulgaria, Colombia, Ecuador, Mali, Morocco, Romania, and Senegal in Spain. The main objective of this article is to analyze the impact of new information and communication technologies on the immigrant network in Spain, as well as knowing the use of them in the daily work and their implications for them based, starting from a non-experimental, comparative, descriptive and virtual ethnography methodology. In its conclusions is clear that the digital divide affects these associations from the differentiation between those with internet access, the skills to access and the quality on the contents, from those without internet access   Key words: Information Technologies, Social Networks, Migration.
