En la última década se transformó la matriz eléctrica de Uruguay logrando incorporar un elevado porcentaje de energías renovables intermitentes. Esto generó desafíos para la operación del sistema. A su vez, la migración hacia la movilidad eléctrica tiende a profundizar estos desafíos. Los sistemas de gestión de la demanda son posibles soluciones a esta problemática, en particular la gestión de cargas de vehículos eléctricos (VE). En este trabajo se diseña un algoritmo basado en blockchain para la coordinación de cargas de VE y se muestran los beneficios energéticos de su implementación. A su vez, se estudia el impacto de la penetración de VE en el futuro y se simulan los resultados que se tendrían con el sistema de coordinación. Se concluye que se tendrán problemas en la red de distribución asociados a sesiones de cargas de VE con la actual infraestructura, y la gestión de cargas de VE sería una solución efectiva.

La tecnología FPV se describe como paneles solares montados sobre cuerpos de agua para aprovechar el coeficiente térmico negativo del panel. La FPV es una tecnología emergente y en crecimiento, hasta el momento no existe una evaluación del potencial de generación de dicho sistema en México. El objetivo de esta investigación se centra en determinar el potencial de generación del sistema fotovoltaico flotante (FPV, por sus siglas en inglés) en México. A su vez, en analizar los aspectos técnicos y ambientales, y las perspectivas de implementación de los sistemas FPV en el país. Para ello, se seleccionaron los embalses de potencial generación mediante parámetros y criterios de factibilidad señalados en la literatura, como la superficie del cuerpo de agua y embalse, la disponibilidad del recurso solar, la profundidad, entre otros. Derivado de ello, se seleccionaron 429 sitios para una capacidad total instalada de 97,238.06 MWp y un potencial total de generación de 145,307.96 GWh, siendo San Luis Potosí con 69,363.94 GWh y Veracruz con 54,924.78 GWh los estados de mayor potencial de generación al registrar el 85.5% del potencial total de generación FPV. En este contexto, esta investigación busca contribuir a la discusión y el conocimiento de esta tecnología, y a la toma de decisión en torno a estos temas.

The research that was developed during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, served to determine the socioeconomic dynamics that was generated in the actors of the National University of Loja, measuring through indicators the social reality in a period of two years. For which a methodology with a qualitative and quantitative approach was established, which contemplates a field study, description and analysis of the socio-contextual data and social resilience in the university community, facing the phenomenon of the COVID-19 pandemic, for which the survey technique was used and applied to students, administrative and teaching staff of National University of Loja, In this period of analysis it is observed that the income of students was affected, decreasing considerably, the food issue was severely affected in families, the shopping system was changed to supermarkets and neighborhood stores especially, the frequency of purchase of medicines is fortnightly and monthly, a high percentage of family members have serious illnesses, which did not have access to health services; High levels of student desertion are observed in the family members of those investigated, which leads to the conclusion that there have been negative socioeconomic impacts of the pandemic on the National University of Loja actors. The objective of this article is to determine the problems encountered during the health emergency situation by COVID-19 that occurred during confinement in order to take preventive measures that protect the comprehensive health of individuals through the Intervention of the Social Worker. in times of the Covid-19 Pandemic in zone 7; taking as reference the research that was carried out on the students of the National University of Loja, applied by the team of teachers responsible for the project of the INFORMATION AND HELP NETWORK BEFORE THE EMERGENCY OF COVID - 19, and determine if they are informed about prevention measures to act against possible infections and their action against the health emergency. An investigation was carried out in which the elaboration and application of a socio-contextual survey was used as a tool in which different perceptions were identified among students regarding the handling of the present situation, the mishandling of the spread of the virus; the weak management of how to take preventive measures and identification of resources and capacities; These elements were the basis for intervening from the professional point of view of the social worker with technical tools for their application, such as the development of biosafety protocols for students to avoid massive contagion, with this it was intended to contribute to raising awareness with measures that respond to situations of high risk or that generate high levels of stress. In this process, the socialization of the biosafety protocols to the university community was carried out through the Social Work career of the National University of Loja and the student welfare department. In this article we will know the main problems given in the different areas of the students as well as the intervention measures for the solution of the problems, regarding the Covid19 pandemic. In present descriptive and correlational research was decided the scale of perception towards disability, in this way was possible to establish the strategies and mythologies exposed by teachers to work with students with disability for which was used two resources previously authenticated with reliability of ALFA DE CRONBACH. The issue of this research born of the believe that the integration of children with disability has no influence in the educational field pretending continue with the traditional education in which every student learns at the same time, using the same methodology. Furthermore, it was worked with a quantitative standpoint with a population of 164 students of 4th to 7th of elementary school and 36 teachers. The information collected shows clearly how the integration of children with disability demands meaningful changes that encompass from better adapted arrangements, as well as shows that the educative processes need be design in agreement to every case. It’s important emphasize that the interdisciplinary work will allow encompass every facet of the student achieving that the educational field be a support, and avoid in the future the social isolation that will produce psychosocial harm that gradually will affect to the quality of life and education of students. In addition, is suggested an exemplary protocol of social intervention focus on three stages and with the goal of lead to the professional social workers BEFORE, DURING and AFTER of the integration of children with disability to archive that the students to accomplish a socio-emotional comfort and a good academic performance. The article was the result of the linkage project: "Information network of health, psychological and economic aid to students of the Peninsula State University of Santa Elena, within the return plan for the period 2022-1". The objective of the research was to characterize the socio-economic and health situation of the families of the student community associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to provide the Department of University Welfare with student services and scholarships, which allow them to remain at the University until their degree, guaranteeing an inclusive education. The research was quantitative, a survey was applied that went through several validation filters. The results obtained allowed us to verify that the loss of jobs, as well as the deterioration of working conditions, causes labor informality that leaves many people outside the existing social protection mechanisms, which deepen poverty rates, deteriorating living conditions, which caused in most cases, the desertion or abandonment of university studies. The UDIPSAI Center aims to provide a psychoeducational support service to students with NEE associated or not with disability, through this aid it aims to promote inclusion in the educational field, as well as to evaluate the different difficulties that users present, either through psychological, academic, social level, as well as promoting and improving the oral and speech health of the beneficiaries. It has been recorded that 90% of students have learning problems, while 70% of users require continuous attention during the process. Through TIC, the different adaptations have been made to prevent interventions with virtual modality, as well as the organization of didactic resources to be used and the strategies to achieve the objectives set. However, the new normality affected to a certain extent the optimal development of those services that require social interaction to guarantee compliance with results, or due to a limitation in access to services and devices that allow constant remote monitoring. The present investigative work sought to identify the reason why Ecuadorian educational units have not prioritized the change of uniform, from skirt to pants in female populations. Analysis chat sought to link the patriarchal development of the educational society from an internal perspective. Therefore, it was necessary to focus on the exercise of power according to authors such as Michel Foucault. Likewise, the scope of the inheritance of machismo was taken into account in definitions of normality and abnormality; statutes that are thought, put into debate obligations such as the laws of a State. To support the argument, the application of interviews in response to the qualitative methodology contemplated within the inductive method was valuable. Interviews were applied to a specific sample of two educational units in the sector that years ago were characterized by one being a female school and the other a male one. The pandemic originated in 2019 by the SARS-CoV-2 virus not only affects the physical well-being of people, but also the mental health of each one of them, considering confinement as one of the main causes. The World Health Organization determines that the pandemic caused by Covid-19 has caused people to go through or develop anxiety, depression and stress. The objective of this research has been to diagnose the psychosocial impact due to confinement by covid-19 in university students. 109 students from the Santa Elena Peninsula State University participated. The DASS-21 instrument was used, which allows knowing through 21 questions or sections whose objective was to detect the maximum number of relevant symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. Three main symptoms were selected to perform the analysis of this group of young people. Results of anxiety, depression and stress are evidenced in all the scales that affected the psychosocial well-being of the students. Confinement and virtual education affected the emotional well-being and mental health of students. To minimize the negative effect of confinement and experiences of negative emotions, the mindfulness technique is proposed, which consists of paying attention to the situation that is going through without judging or making negative comments, being focused on the mind and thoughts of the here and now. This article analyzes the brain zones of children between the ages of 9 and 10 in the fifth year of elementary school that are stimulated through the use of a didactic video game called CIMOGSYS KIDS- KIDS IN ACTION; Multiplatform video game engine for the subject of mathematics of the Fifth year of Basic General Education. To achieve the objective we have used two logical research methods: deductive and inductive, and an empirical research method that was observation. In the result of the interaction with the interactive free software, a significant change was found in the performance of the students with positive results of 1.54 points with respect to the initial perception; revealed in the evaluation stage and with respect to the brain areas activated in these children through the video game, improved attention span, greater ability to interpret maps, more speed in decision making, processing speed and nervous system.
